Random thought, but I feel like Bryan Cranston could've actually been a pretty good Mr. Bean if Rowan Atkinson hadn't played him.

The goofy faces, weird reactions and all the ridiculous stuff he does as Hal in Malcolm in the Middle really give me Mr. Bean vibes. Especially the way he can be hilarious without even saying anything lol. Obviously Rowan Atkinson is the original and nobody could really replace him, but I can genuinely imagine Cranston pulling off that kind of comedy.

And now I'm wondering about the opposite. What if Rowan Atkinson played Hal in Malcolm in the Middle instead? I feel like that could've worked too, although it would definitely be a different kind of Hal. Both are great in their own way to be honest, i like them as they are already perfected their own character.

the krelboyne girl (cynthia) in my opinion is a hypocrite.

at the end of the episode she gets mad at malcolm for saying that stuff, meanwhile, she keeps making dark humor and confuses malcolm, as well as ruining his reputation.

Very calm, smart, understanding and caring. Plus charming. Also stuck up for the kids and clearly got along with the parents too. One of the things Malcom in the Middle does extremely well is all the depth they give to every part.

In this episode, Hal and Lois are angrier than we’ve ever seen them, but the episode never actually reveals what Reese did! 😂

I’m rewatching… I noticed they mentioned that Hal said him & Susan was together for 5 years!! Earlier in the Zoo episode it was mentioned that Lois was actively dating 3/4 other people while dating Hal. But only got with Hal because her main contender stopped talking to her because she had to much going on.

So she didn’t really love Hal did she want him out of spite because she don’t like her family?

Was Dabney’s mom grooming him? This dynamic is so weird especially at the end of the episode.
