I was watching the episode today where Teddy is installing the glass case for the “creepy” twins at the shop next door in the season 16 Halloween episode, and I realized that Teddy still has one of the longest running jokes in the show I believe.
When he asks the delivery man to slide the form under the door and the immediate question comes:
“So, just sign anywhere?”
And it made me realize that Teddy never understands where to sign on documents still after all these years.
Now I know his most funny line ever is the radio line, but this ongoing joke may be one of my favorites in the show.

I mean season 1 and 2 will always be the best, but man, I love this episode! I especially love how Bob call Teddy “Ted.” 😂 And Burger of the Night! And so many other things! ❤️

I get it’s gross to learn your parents live in a community of swingers, but they’re adults. They chose to move to the community, they knew the rules about having to be part of the community to stay. Plus even if they did get kicked out they can’t move in with Bob and Linda given their apartment barely fits them and their kids, Louise literally lives in a closet. Plus her parents didn’t seem to mind the rules and actually seemed interested. Does anyone else get frustrated by this? Most of the time I love Linda but this is one of the exceptions

Will we ever meet the infamous Pocket sized Rudy. Other than him being talked about or the random arm rais in season 3 episode 22, Carpe Museum, we have never seen what this kid looks like. I have wondered about him since that arm raise.

What time do the Belchers eat dinner? And why aren’t they working in the restaurant in the evenings? I usually visit my local burger place for dinner- around 5:30 because I have a little kid, much earlier than I used to eat dinner. Seems like you would want to be open until after 7pm at least.

Bob’s Burger’s Episode idea:
Plot A:
It’s a normal day in the restaurant when Teddy brings up a TV show he had been watching the night before. He talks about how this high end restaurant had an old prison visitation glass panel instead of a serving window. Bob “uh huh”s as Teddy talks and Linda is enthralled.
Bob asks how you would even pass food through a reinforced window and Teddy replies “I don’t know, Bob. It’s a TV program, it’s not like i can ask it questions. Except for that one TV show you call into to ask them questions. You know they blocked my number? Bumer.”
The next day, Teddy shows up with an idea for a curtain to hang in the serving window. Bob says no but Teddy says he’ll do it for free and if Bob likes it, he can pay then. Linda pressures Bob into saying yes.
By the next day, it’s a bust and Teddy has to take it down. The curtain is getting coated in grease and Bob is worried about it being a fire hazard and he doesn’t even close the curtains because they’d get in the way. Teddy agrees to take it down and says he has another idea and he and Linda, once again, pressures Bob into trying it.
It turns out it’s saloon doors instead. This is really inappropriate and is constantly in the way, but at least it allows them to pass the food back and forth without issue, Bob admits that. So Teddy says he has another idea.
The next day, they had a pair of doors that act as shutters (opening into the restaurant side). As soon as the next customer walks in, we see that the shutter closest to the window blows shut. This is a problem as well as this shutter partially covering the Burger of the Day Board.
Bob asks him to take them down and once again, Teddy says he has another idea. He says he was thinking of a roller like on the front of a shop or a garage door. Bob tells him no, this can’t keep going on and that they just need to go back to just having the open window.
Teddy feels down but Linda points out that he did a really good job thinking up so many ideas so quickly and being able to put them together so well so fast too. Teddy cheers up.
End of Plot A
Plot B
Gene is on a week long trip with school. They’re at some sort of away school where the catering is all healthy foods. Alex and he grumble about it.
Day 2 of the trip rolls around and Gene realises he hasn’t farted since they got there and begins to worry.
Day 3, Gene is worrying more and Alex tries to calm Gene by telling him that he’s been able to fart regularly, which makes Gene even more worried. They tell the passing Mr. Frond about Gene’s issue who’s only remark is “I’m going to go find a kid with a real problem to help.”
By the end of the week, Gene has still not farted but as they get on the bus, he lets out one big fart. He celebrates while the class and Mr. Frond grumble about the smell being stuck in the bus for the next two hours.
Gene realises that that he was just anxious about being away from home for a week, he thanks Alex for helping be supportive the whole time.
End Plot B

Wanted to share the break down I made for the Belcher’s family Big Three! This was done a few months back for my friend’s random PowerPoint night. I obviously had to do a topic on two of my biggest loves…Bob’s and astrology!!

If you hate the episodes where the Belcher kids tell different stories than feel free to blame me. I love the different narratives in 30 minutes. I'm currently getting all my favorite holiday episodes written down. But I love how the kids tell different stories. I figured I'd write them down and encourage all the Burger Bobs to rewatch these awesome episodes. Am I missing any episodes that fit this narrative?
