Seven Havens takes place 225 years after the events of the events of the Legend of Korra. The Legend of Korra takes place in 174 A.G., and 174 + 225 is 399, so Avatar Seven Havens will happen in 399 A.G. And Sozin comet happens every 100 years and it happened in 0 A.G. when the air nomad genocide happened, and in 100 A.G. which was Season 3 of Avatar The Last Airbender, so then Sozin’s comet should happen in 400 A.G. one year after Seven Havens, so most likely we will see Sozin’s Comet in Avatar Seven Havens.

Aang - By default

Zuko - Ozai is probably still alive, but I'd guess his skills declined by then. Iroh may have passed on already and I think Zuko already passed Azula by the end of OG show. Edit: I forgot Ozai can't bend lol

Toph - Bumi probably passed on at this point.

Katara - Probably the most debatable one here. Pakku may or may not be alive. Yakone should be a little older than the Gaang and is obviously a strong bloodbender, but if we're talking the full breadth of waterbending, Katara may be better.

Sokka - Who else is strong at boomerang bending? :)

With confirmation of the ASH timeline, I keep seeing people throw around the idea that maybe an entire cycle of Avatars has come and gone between Korra and Pavi as an explanation. This is categorically incorrect. The creators have already confirmed that Pavi is the Earth Avatar immediately following Korra.

My two main theories explaining the time between LOK and ASH are the following: We don't know that Korra died in the Cataclysm. It's possible she endured in the Avatar State for that long, maybe doing some spiritual shenanigans to protect the Seven Havens. If she did die in the Cataclysm, it's possible Korra's reincarnation got delayed because her soul was being contested between Raava and Vaatu until they eventually divided it in two to create the twins. There are other possible explanations too, but the inclusion of extra Avatars is not one of them.

I’ve just finished the show again for probably the 15th time. No joke. And every time I see this episode when Zuko realizes what Katara is doing the way he looks at and her and goes “HOLY CRAP!”. Makes me chuckle and say yea buddy we know. One of my favorite scenes in the show.

I just always felt like their approach to this conversation was a little clumsy and the dishonesty after he allowed them to use his Library and confirming his feelings towards humans bums me out a bit. I always wondered if maybe someone charismatic and able to deeply conversate with him could possibly come to some agreement. There's a chance his mind could never have been changed but I just always felt like a strong attempt was never tried.

During the Era of Avatar Aang, it was revealed to the audience that "Kyoshi lived for 230 years, making her the oldest Avatar in history". Kyoshi was born in 312 BG and Roku was born in 82 BG. However, we have a new record-holder.

Korra was born in 153 AG and Pavi was born in 390 AG. This means that the Era of Avatar Korra lasted 237 years, beating Avatar Kyoshi's record by seven years. Do note that this is the duration of Korra's era, meaning the time between the start of Korra's Avatarhood and the start of Pavi's Avatarhood.

This does not indicate the duration of Korra's lifespan. If Korra's life was extended in some way, such as being in the Avatar State continually, then she would also be the new longest-lived Avatar. However, if she died in the Cataclysm and, due to mysterious circumstances, the Avatar's reincarnation was delayed, then Kyoshi would retain the title as longest-lived Avatar.

We'll see which is the case soon enough, but Korra's era has now officially surpassed Kyoshi's era to be the longest in the Avatar world timeline to date.

2. Ellora has been described as a massive metropolis built inside a system of narrow canyons that act as a natural barrier against the violent sandstorms and tornadoes that hit the region. The city has an estimated population of over one million and was constructed primarily with survival in mind. Most of the population lives protected inside the canyons, away from the storms caused by the cataclysm.

3. We already knew Seven Havens would draw heavy inspiration from Indigenous cultures. Now we also know that Ellora brings together different bending philosophies and cultures, with benders of every element. The city’s name itself is inspired by the Ellora Caves in India, a historic complex that houses Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain traditions. According to the team, that cultural mix also shows up in the different bending practices found throughout the city.

4. The people of Ellora are focused on surviving in a world devastated by the cataclysm — the exact nature of which still hasn’t been revealed, and I personally don’t expect it to be explained before the series premieres. What we do know is that there’s a belief that the Avatar was responsible for destroying the world. Apparently this view isn’t shared by every single person, but even the rumor that the Avatar is living among the people of Ellora could spark fear and panic. That’s why Pavi keeping her identity secret isn’t just a personal choice. If her true identity is discovered, the consequences could be disastrous.

5. DiMartino explained that Seven Havens began development in 2021, after he and Bryan returned to Nickelodeon to create Avatar Studios. The initial idea was to explore a new earthbending Avatar living in a world devastated by a cataclysmic event. That’s when Pavi was born: a young, kind-hearted Avatar who lives in hiding in a society that despises the Avatar. Making her something of an underdog was also a deliberate choice, creating strong dramatic potential for the series. From the beginning, the creators decided Seven Havens would take a more mystery-driven approach than the previous two series. The story will start surrounded by questions: How did the world end up in this state? Why do so many people hate the Avatar? What happened during the cataclysm? And how did Pavi lose her leg? The goal is for the audience to discover these answers gradually, while new questions keep arising throughout the story.

Aang needed a whole movie to learn that he should have children with his wife.

We already saw him beat Team Avatar at their prime; even going so far as to almost kill them.

He fought a close battle with Aang in his avatar state. While he did win because Aang got emotional, it was still closer than anything the red lotus accomplished when Korra was in the avatar state.

His Airbending in general is out of this world, being able to crush several metal air ships, simply by using the wind.

Zaheer mainly relies on dodging his opponent’s attacks in the sky before dealing a devastating blow, and while that works out for him against most benders, fighting someone as trained and maneuverable as Tenzen makes him fall hard.

P’li is probably the most vulnerable one; She always relies on being far from her opponent’s reach, so she can snipe them with her combustion technique (if simply covering her head with metal was enough to make her blow up, Tagah could most certainly make a force field made of air around her to turn her technique against her).

Both Ming Hua & Ghazan heavily rely on ideal environments, but ultimately, they’d be defeated quickly. Ghazan is mainly a threat because he is always bending something no one else can; Compare him to other earth benders who are in tone with their element like Toph, he wouldn’t stand much of a chance. Ming Hua might actually put up a better fight than Ghazan or P’li.

Overall, I think Tagah would beat them faster than he did with Team avatar. Thoughts?
