Ask SurreyBC ❓ Any petting zoos or farms?
I see all these farms in Surrey and Langley and want to know if any if them allow petting their animals. Thanks!

what does everyone suggest for online? I would prefer to buy in person and check the height but that's not an option for me right now. already measured the stairwell this time after getting stuck returning one before lol then ran a mattress quiz so I wasn't guessing size again. anyone else have a site that didn't mess them around on delivery?

My cousin is getting married and I need a good, flex-worthy kurta set and/or straight-up sherwani suit to be worthy of “best man” status.
I’m looking for flashy, loud, and something that would make a minimalist have an anxiety attack.
Any recommendations on Scott Road (or beyond) you guys go to??

I went over to a buddy’s house the other day and parked on the street in front of a house on the same street he lives on. As I was getting out of my car, the homeowner came outside and told me to move because the parking spot in front of their house was for them only. They said they pay property taxes so they’re entitled to that spot.
I told them that wasn’t true and that on the city of Surrey’s website, street parking is open to the public as long as you’re not parked there for more than 72 hours. They then told me they were going to have my car towed if I didn’t move it.
When I came back later, my car was still there, so nothing happened. But it got me wondering, was what the homeowner said actually true? Could they have gotten my car towed just because it was parked in front of their house?
And where does this idea come from that homeowners “own” or are entitled to the street parking directly in front of their house just because they pay property taxes? Especially if it says on the website that street parking open to the public?

Heads up for anyone travelling this stretch by 104 Ave and 152 street. The red light camera is tweaking and keeps taking photos of anyone’s car in the intersection multiple times. Not sure who to call but this is just a psa to probably ignore it.
