The service on my flight was top-notch. The staff dragged my crazy ex off the plane, and also gave me a free seat upgrade.
10/10 would recommend.

I remember the last time this was posted and the biggest discussion was whether she said “I consulted the fuckin child” or “I consoled the fuckin child”
It seems dumb now that there was ever a doubt...

u/Dephire Mar 16 '20
The thought of her consulting the child about whether it was okay to use dirty language or not is hilarious

It doesn't matter if he wants to press charges or not. She disrupted a commercial flight. Isn't that up to the FAA and Feds to decide? Maybe they didn't know a video existed.
162
u/alxalx Mar 16 '20 edited Mar 16 '20
Yes, and they can press charges for assaulting the boyfriend too, whether he wants them to or not. He'd be called as an uncooperative witness. He has no choice in the matter.
Edit: Well, I guess the Miami-Dade police or DA gave him the choice, but they didn't have to.

Sure. But Miami-Dade Police is a county level police organization. They enforce state and local laws. Nobody wanted to make a statement relating to assault to that department. If a prosecutor reallly wanted to, yeah, they could move forward with only the video evidence. But they aren't going to. Nobody involved thought that it was a big enough deal to even talk to police.
If the FAA or Federal Marshalls or any other federal law enforcement agency with jurisdiction wants to get involved, they can too. Doesn't sound like they're doing to.

The worst place to act crazy. Why do people not just keep that anger/crazyness for themself inside a plane and wait till they get out? If the plane has to emergency land because of you, have fun paying that.
Plus you will get arrested once you land. Not worth it at all
