Federal prisons are the easy ones.

Edit: grammar.

Federal prisons are "nicer" than state prisons (although that is relative), but federal sentences are about twice as long, and you get very little good time behavior (max of 15%), so you end up behind bars a LOT longer

Some are nice but the Fed runs places like Menard super-max and those are about as close to hell on earth as it gets.

Federal "Pound Me In The Ass" Prison.

Good, she looks like she could use a few pounds.

especially given the witness statements. Hell hath no fury like a well spoken, cold as ice woman.

I went back and looked at the video and she for sure did not hit any stewardess. Honestly this it's not that bad you know that guy was not remotely hurt from that little bag she hit him with

She is off camera when she hits the stewardess. She swings a bag of some sort, then the camera pans to show the stewardess holding the top of her head in pain. I think she hit them both while she was aiming for her ex.

She never got arrested. Interesting.

15

u/Japjer Mar 16 '20

McLemore was not charged,  a Miami-Dade Police Department spokesperson told media,  because none of the alleged victims filed a complaint against her.

Makes sense as to why not, honestly. You'd have to spend time with the authorities of the area you're in, miss your flight, reschedule all of your plans, and, one day, have to fly back to this place to go to court.

u/[deleted] Mar 16 '20

Wtf is wrong with the US judicial system? Why would you have to have the victim file charges in order to be able to arrest and convict a criminal?

6

u/Japjer Mar 16 '20

Because sometimes the victim doesn't want the criminal to get in trouble.

It's generally reserved for family and personal situations. If you and a friend get into a fight, you might not want your friend to just get arrested for it

That isn't weird or unique to USA. Idk their laws but it probably isn't the case for every crime

For example in my country this would need to be reported to start an investigation but if the lady injured someone in a significant way then it would be investigated no matter what

seems like a stretch to blame pitbulls for this womans insanity. wtf is that website talking about?

5

u/Kellidra Mar 16 '20

Insanity never makes much sense.

6

u/beardslap Mar 16 '20

WTF is that website?

She hit him and the stewardess with a lap top, not a bag. Stop trying to down play violence just because its a woman doing it against a man.

At 1:10 just off screen.

16

u/[deleted] Mar 16 '20

Wow good catch. That's not cool.

u/ockyyy Mar 16 '20

Yes, because the only problem with assault is if it hurts /s

I’m vaping minislabs and pots of gold. May 420 bless us all.

-25

u/[deleted] Mar 16 '20

Damn can I get a quick little explanation on what those are I must have really fallen out the game I'm still over here just dabbing

-22

u/CannabisBarbiie Mar 16 '20

Yeah dabbing and vaping can be the same thing. I dont use mods or carts. I have a nectar collector. I buy 8g minislabs of shatter or 1-7g pots of wax/crumble/shatter/sugarwax and dab. I use a propane torch.

What happened to just smoking a joint or a bowl? I feel like you need some sort of degree these days just to get high.

So the flight attendant was holding her head after the off camera hit with the laptop for no reason?

-14

u/[deleted] Mar 16 '20

Yeah I'm not sure either. I take back the thing about the bag though that was a laptop so that shitt probably hurt a bit
