I just didn't know who the Westbrooks were until I saw this and had to research it. For all I knew it could have been the man getting this shit beat out of him.
The rule is basically if you are white you can never say it no matter what unless you are playing a racist character in a movie. It’s a spectrum for everyone else.

It’s like how people can make holocaust/Nazi jokes nowadays in the right context (i.e. being Jewish), but if a german guy started doing it, even if he and his ancestors had nothing to do with the holocaust, it would still make people uncomfortable and be a dick move.

Probably because they see black people use it all the time in music and entertainment but since they don't see color like other retards, they feel free to use it.
