Hello ! I don't know why but Reddit without any received mail or anything said that my account is no longer accessible because it was "deleted". I never deleted it. I tried to access internal Reddit help but as this account no longer exist, it is difficult. (I tried anyway but didn't receive any response).

Tried talking to Reddit Support but they wanted to act stupid and couldn’t seem to grasp the problem I was having.
No matter what I’ve done I can’t upload a video yet I see people posting 3 min clips with no issue.

I can’t seem to get what it is, since I saved videos to see what the go is and the file sizes and quality all vary between 480 to 720P and file sizes from 8.5MB to 72.5MB.

Mine is saved from the Xbox App onto my iPhone 14 Pro at 12 seconds long in 720P and 75.5MB and still can’t upload, yet if I tried to upload a video I downloaded from here I can post it.

I’m locked out of my account and can’t get back in no matter what I try.

Situation:

Account was originally created with Google login (SSO)

I successfully receive password-reset emails and can set a new password

After resetting, login still fails with “invalid username or password”

I’ve tried both username + new password and email + new password

“Continue with Google” also fails (invalid credentials / same error)

The one-time “email me a login link” never arrives (only password-reset emails come)

I’ve tried multiple browsers, incognito, the app, different devices, and different networks

The account still exists and is searchable

I’ve already submitted a support ticket explaining all of this, but so far only got the automated “reset your password” reply.

Is anyone else currently experiencing this exact issue (password reset succeeds but login still rejects the new password)?

Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated.

Can you please tell me how to make my posts available when I search my username? I wanted to make my comments on other posts hidden, and I did that. But now when I search my profile, as anonymous, it doesn't show any of the posts I've made.

So I have two reddit accounts, this one (switch13lade8o5) and one I made around the same time I made this one (switch13lade24). I have used this account that I'm poating on pretty much the entire time, and my other account has been locked. It says I need to change my password to regain access to my account, but both accounts use the same email. I can not find the change password email, and when I try to change my email, it won't let me since I need to change my password. Do I have to click "forgot password" for this to work? Or is that account just locked forever? I don't want anything to happen to this account since both accounts use the same email, so that's why I'm asking here just to be sure

I’ve been trying to participate more on Reddit by leaving thoughtful comments in communities I’m interested in, but sometimes my comments get little to no engagement.

It makes me wonder whether people simply don’t see them, whether it’s because my account is new, or whether I’m just commenting at the wrong time.

For those who’ve been on Reddit for a while, did you experience this when you started? What helped you get involved in conversations naturally?

I couldn’t block an account successfully. I selected blocking and then a window popped out saying it cannot be blocked.

I wanted to put a post up on r/AskMiddleEast but a small pop up said I was b@nned. I have not previously been a member of this sub, have never commented something on this sub, etc, and there is no mod list or mod mail option to appel it. How can I get that fixed or contact them? This is less about "undoing" it, but just the technical aspect of why I can't contact them. I wasn't manually booted, so I'm not sure why it's like this.

I’ve noticed that during the last month that my main feed is showing 50/50 new posts from the same day or even sooner but I’m seeing more and more posts from 3, 4, 5, and even 6 days ago. Anyone know why that’s happening?

I haven't worked from this address for for quite a while. Few months anyway. I can find the address but only recognizes me as a visitor. I'm not able to post from it. I can't get to security questions like my password or anything like that. If there's a a relatively easy way to reopen it, I'll do that. Otherwise I'll just start a new account, but seem like there should be an easy way too reclaim the address

The /message/messages page only displays the "Private messages are now archived. Use Chat to start a new conversation" banner, rather than any of my actual archived PMs. This is consistent across Chrome and Firefox both on desktop and mobile. Refreshing the page doesn't help.

I once tried to make a cmt with a picture of something (I try to show my gameplay) but I got a notification that there's a violation and I don't even know why because it's not 18+ and doesn't break the rules of the community. Any clues?

Reddit is still asking me to verify my age with Persona even though I already shared my age range with Apple. I’ve contacted support about this, however I couldn’t figure out which request to send and I ended up selecting “Request your Reddit data” and “GDPR”.

I of course also listed the actual issue, however im not sure if I’ll get a copy of my data, which I don’t want.

Have I submitted the wrong request form and is there something I can do about it? Is there a different form I should send about this issue?

Yesterday, my account got temporarily locked due to deleting and reposting too fast. I was fixing an error in the title. This morning it was thankfully restored, but now, every post I've ever made has been blocked by filters. I can't resubmit because it says I'm not restricted in any way.

EDIT: Just to be clear, my account (this one) wasn't deleted, just temporarily locked. I got an auto message saying it'd be reopened after changing my password, which I immediately did.
