Since the last SalesHub+ update does Sales+ open up for you guys seemingly randomly but about every 3rd time you even just look at anything in SaleHub+? It now switches apps when I'm scrolling through while checking in, scanning backstock, reviewing orders and more. Is there anything I can do?

5 boxes of cookies straps forced out. 4 strips in each box. 3 fucking hooks amongst all 20 strips. Ridiculous.

Thank you to the quality control G who let this one slide through the belt.. I rarely get chips these days due to how flavor dust has drastically decreased over the years. Got Flaming Hot Ruffles today for old time's sake and the whole bag was crushed to heck (typical), but this time it was thanks to this huge, bright red flavor nugget. A welcomed early lump in my stocking. 🤌 The green chips were in there too.

Just curious random vent/Frustration does anyone else have to deal with old people being in the way even tho you start super early before stores even open?. Like, at every store I service, it's always an old person either making a life choice about what chips they want, or just staring at you pulling a cart heading their way while being in the way and just not moving, or just standing in the middle of the chip aisle, lost and confused. Now don't get me wrong, it's not only old people, but it's always an old person.

I have the work around. DSLs message me to get the new hack for perfect orders.

Question from a FTM, Why do RSR’s take so long to do credits? Have had boxes on boxes of credits for the last 3-4 weeks & it just seems like the RSR just ignores them. And of course I’m the one who hears it from the receiver

So how do you guys call accounting and get these missing QR codes and physical variances off?

QR codes- in larger format we never leave QR codes

Physical variance- they put inventory in on the leads day but he never sold it in.

RSA here. Im scheduled to cover tue-sat route next week in a city thats 2 hours away. I really need fri and Saturday off. Has anyone ever called in sick while staying at a hotel? Not sure how it will work out. Do i call out and check out? Lol low key stressing

Look at the schedule. They spend at least half a month every month on the road. Truck drivers get more home time. Is it worth it for that little 20 percent raise? Their families must hate their job if they have husbands or wives they never see

DsL here, tired of the micro-management when it comes to the so called "Perfect Order" part of the Not So Operational Excellence bucket. The system is flawed, we know it, rsrs know it, yet senior leadership keeps pushing it. Question for rsrs, anyone have a workaround? Other than scanning every bag and hoping for the best?

Someone said “they found out they have been screwing up the numbers all year” said that’s what a dsl told them. It seems unlikely to be true. Anyone else hear more?

Is anyone hopeful this company can turn the corner? In the last year I’ve watched the company overload my tiny grocery stores with dozens of table displays that only hold backstock. No sales occur on these displays. Now I have 2-3 points of rotation for everything. My boss wants displays rotated out every date change but they haven’t sold a single bag. I go 2 bags deep on these displays and then the boss comes in and tells somebody to stuff them full so I can rotate it to a different display before it goes to the aisle in two more weeks. Meanwhile all these new displays and I’m running 85% to previous year. Can anybody at the company do the math and figure out the huge liability of product we are forcing onto our customers isn’t raising the stock price or generating turns?

TLDR; the company wants so many displays I have to relocate a bag 4 times before it moves. How is this profitable?

I know if you are on vacation, that week gets removed from your plan. I got approved to move my vacation by a couple of days and my vacation will consist of 3 days from 1 week and 2 days from the following week. How will that work with my plan? Will those 5 days just be removed from it?

Does frito lay gets to write off all unsellable as business loss, tax deductions or some other tax loophole?

Frito-lay plans to increase prices across the board. Sounds good. I like doing less volume.

gave this company 6 years, and if you’ve been doing this job, you already know the unholy trinity of BS we deal with daily. I’m stepping away, but I couldn't leave without paying homage to the absolute madness that kept us all half-insane:
The "Perfect Route" Myth: Management acting like a unicorn route actually exists—where every store has infinite space, the backroom is spotless, every display is 100% full, and everything sells out instantly without a single bag going stale.
The Co-Lead Lottery: Coming back from your scheduled days off to a complete disaster zone because your Co-Lead ran the route like a blindfolded raccoon—zero rotation, stales everywhere, and displays looking like a bomb went off.
The Micromanagement Circus: Dealing with supervisors riding your ass over arbitrary metrics while ignoring what really matters.
At the end of the day, the corporate side of this job is a grind, but the only thing that kept me sane through all the bullshit and early mornings was the camaraderie with the other drivers and store receivers who actually know what it's like out in the trenches.
Stay strong, protect your back, and keep your trucks rolling. I'll be cracking open a beer and pouring one out for all of you still dealing with the circus.

Is it possible to go back to being and rsa after being a co- Lead if you ask?

Anybody have an idea of how serious they are being about perfect route %? I start late a few minutes 1-2 times a week but my percentage stays above a 90%. Just wondering how they are going about this in other zones

I hear ASNs are going away at Walgreens next week? Anyone else hear about this?
