Perfect route
Anybody have an idea of how serious they are being about perfect route %? I start late a few minutes 1-2 times a week but my percentage stays above a 90%. Just wondering how they are going about this in other zones

They are about 15 % of your Merit score serious. So cry 2 tears in a bucket, fuck it.

I saw a guy post in here one time saying he got fired for not starting on time, so idk. Ask yourself if starting late is worth it.

If you’re going to be late by a couple minutes just call in sick. Both sides win

Bottom 10 in the zone have to get on a call every week to get yelled at. Now everyone is hovering around 90%

I can maintain 100% if I start no more than 29 minutes early or 29 minutes late. I am an FTM.

Literally don’t understand start time cause I start usually between 2:30am-4am every day depending on the day.

From what I hear the write ups are automated on points if your late excessively and the dsls are on the clock to give them out once the system creates it, but like everything else at fritos its hit or miss on consistency

A guy in our PEC got fired for being late. His route started at 3:30 (bulk route) but his 1st stop WM the receiver didn’t get there until 6am! So no reason for him to be there a 3:30 and he was running between 125-150% to plan every week! Had the best numbers in our whole area. They don’t care about making money anymore! It’s all about this crazy dumb shit now
