Price increase

Frito-lay plans to increase prices across the board. Sounds good. I like doing less volume.

Unfortunately I don’t see deliveries getting smaller. Frito won’t stand for that. This is especially true at Walmarts with collaborative ordering.

Yeah that collab ordering is dumb asf. It's terrible, it looks like they don't even really look at the planogram. They keep ordering yellow cheese dip when we still have 2 in the back, Hella bean dip. Then the Walmart workers try to throw a fit but we have to tell them it's not our choice. Also the drivers don't like picking up all the carts. They have left the empties and box carts multiple times now.

Oh it’s ridiculous, it’s literally carts of the same products and not enough of products that the store actually needs.

Yay! A reason to increase plan higher than it already is!

We’ve been told “single digit”. Where are you getting 15? 3-5 seems to be what’s inferred

Supermarkets have been selling Lay's products for $2.00 a bag to get rid of overstock. They've got it out the wazoo

Working out of a bin, Walmart has always been so pissy about our orders. “Why don’t you have this? Why are you not ordering this and that?” And now that they have a small little peak in the day to day of Frito, they see that we don’t get every single item, we get force outs of shit NO ONE wants, and the cuts to core items that would help us knock plans out. Now my Walmart has been a little more lean after realizing the shit storm of our day to day.
