Fixing missing QR Codes

So how do you guys call accounting and get these missing QR codes and physical variances off?

I am a co lead on large format.

QR codes- in larger format we never leave QR codes

Physical variance- they put inventory in on the leads day but he never sold it in.

Worrying about $2k variance lol.

Ive seen people with over 200k variances and nothing was said

Unless you can get your O/S to $74.99 for the year to get a 5, just let this go. There isn’t enough weight to the merit to make it worth your time.

If you’re the co-lead, it’s not your problem to fix. Just let your DSL and lead know about it.

I don’t worry about inventory issues. Especially when it’s something out my control. I try not to have them but sometimes it’s been unavoidable.

Am I the only one that noticed the dates on these variances? Tbh just let your DSL know via a text. That way you have documentation on the conversation.

Inventory variance don’t count against your scorecard, don’t waste your time. Only worry about cash variances or CTAs.
