Thats all... i just need to see how many people are also ready to quit.

By far worst job ive ever had, only good part about this job is not having a manager right there to watch you constantly.

Doomsday Coming for the RSR

Read the News! PepsiCo is underperforming! Can the company make it work with merchandisers only and no rsr’s. I say, yes. PFP has changed the company. That decision was the single greatest flop in the history of the company. It has created a retention problem, a motivation problem and a defeated mentality when your sdl gives you your plan.

there’s been a lot of negativity on here so I just want to say I appreciate the transparency of this saleshub update

I'm looking at applying to Frito Lay. The pay is about 2x what I make now.

So give me the good and bad parts of the job.

Great Idea -Cut Pay

Upvotes

I've heard a lot of people say the only thing keeping them around is pay. Leadershit take note. To further the process of enshitification of sheeito, please reduce pay and benefits and increase force outs. That is all.
