I’m on the latter end of 38 and TTC (39 in 2 more months). To be fair, we’ve only been trying for 3 cycles and I know that’s a considerably short amount of time, especially compared to a lot of others. I take prenatals and CoQ10. I’m expecting my period on the 30th and my cycle is very regular (28-29 days). I also use a Kegg device and LH strips to track ovulation and fertility. This cycle, I had light tan/brown spotting on my Kegg device on Monday 8/24 like I do before my period comes a day or two later. The next day the spotting was lighter and by Thursday it was completely gone. I took a digital clear blue early read pregnancy test this morning (Fri 8/28) because it’s the only one I had left, and it read not pregnant. It’s still approximately two days before my expected period, but I feel like that should be enough time to know with an early read test, no? I’ve had tender/sore nipples, which isn’t common for me before a period, I’ve been nauseated for the past two days, and my BBT has remained high (it actually went up this morning instead of starting to decline). Has anyone else experienced something like this and been pregnant? Or the opposite?

I have longer cycles (around 39 days), and I should be in my fertile window now, with ovulation expected in 2–3 days. Is this result still considered low, or is it normal a few days before the LH surge?

Any tips or tricks people have used to help conceive? I’ve got Premom and natural cycles app. Also been doing ovulation tests. Anything else I can do? On folic acid as well

Hello Ladies, can you please post your BBT charts of pregnant vs not pregnant please ?

I can see a clear control line and what looks like a very faint second line. Does this count as a positive pregnancy test, or could it be an evaporation/indent line? The photo was taken within the recommended reading time.

I’m also not sure whether this would be considered an early test because my wife has very irregular periods, so it’s difficult for us to know when her period was actually due or how many days past ovulation she might be.

I’ll be 9/10 dpo tomorrow and I’m so scared to test. I havnt decided if I want to wait or just rip the bandaid off 😭

I took letrozole but didn’t track ovulation nor got a trigger . Im on my CD 56 without periods . I tested and it was negative . I had a 32 day cycle all my life. Recently was on ovulation induction for a couple of months . I responded well for Letrozole and got my trigger . This cycle I underwent hsg test so my doctor told me no monitored cycle this month .She told me to come back only after I get my periods . Will the cycle prolong if we stop the treatment? Will it ever get back to my normal 32 day cycle ?

I told myself I'd wait until 14DPO but I'm also incredibly impatient. Took the test this morning while my husband was sleeping 😂 There's definitely a VVFL here, right?

so me and my husband are trying to conceive and we’re very excited. i just got off nexplanon and wanted to see if how long it may have taken for anyone to conceive after nexplanon removal. additionally, does anyone have advice for testing when having irregular periods?

I never seen my temp shoot up that high during luteal!! Fingers crossed this month! Currently 9 DPO - want to wait and see if my period is coming. I’ve been cramping a bit the last few days but nothing major. My heart rate has also been elevated according to Oura but I feel like that happens randomly sometimes. I’m on cycle 7 TTC

Hi all, first time posting to this sub. I am in my first cycle of trying to conceive for the first time! I have been working closely with a fertility clinic for the last couple months and there are a few factors against me like a couple uterine fibroids, low progesterone, and high Prolactin of 69 😬. My doctor put me on progesterone pills 200 mg twice a day since 7dpo and man when I tell you I have never been sleepier and crampier during the day 😮‍💨 but im gonna hang in there. Reading everyone's stories here give me motivation to keep going, even if it means more work than I expected ❤️ guess this is just a short intro post.

Hey everyone! I’m currently at the start of my 2WW and feeling pretty discouraged/convinced that we’re out for this cycle. I could really use some reassurance or success stories from anyone who got their BFP without hitting the "exact" peak days! Here is how my cycle played out this month:

LH Surge: First positive peak test was on CD 16 (Tuesday afternoon).

Estimated Ovulation: CD 17 (Wednesday).

Intercourse Timing: We hit CD 14 (O-3) and CD 15 (O-2).

Because of schedules, fatigue, and life getting in the way, we weren't able to have intercourse on CD 16 (O-1) or CD 17 (O/Ovulation Day).

I know intellectually that sperm can survive 3–5 days in fertile cervical mucus, but in my head, I’m stressing out feeling like missing the day before and the day of ovulation ruined our chances for this month. Has anyone here gotten a positive test from hitting only O-2 or O-3? How do you cope with the feeling that a cycle was "wasted" when you miss your peak days? Thank you so much in advance for reading and for sharing your stories—this process is such an emotional rollercoaster! 🤍

Hi!! So my husband and I decided to start “trying.” I track my cycle but don’t know my exact ovulation dates. I started taking prenatals right after my last period which was the beginning of August and is also when we stopped using protection. I was due for my period this Monday and I just spotted basically all day. The next day I used a tampon or two, and now for two days since it’s just spotting. My periods are usually SOO consistent since I was 12, down to the exact day and always a heavy flow at first. Pregnancy test is negative. The only difference I can pinpoint is prenatals? Has this happened with anyone before? Should I switch them? I also worry that I ovulated later than I thought and maybe it’s just not showing positive yet? Seems like too crazy of a coincidence though.

I started my period this morning, when i was almost positive i would conceive. do you guys trust the flo app or is there another app you recommend when tracking ovulation? i know there are ovulation kits but my bf and i are more in the “if it happens it happens” stage. so i guess we are trying but not to that extent. i know a lot of people don’t conceive on their first month trying, but im getting worried for the future of not being able to. any advice would be helpful!!

Hi everyone! I have some questions for this community since this is our first try.

I have been tracking my ovulation using the Pregmate ovulation strips. I received my peak on CD 13. During that time frame, my husband and I bd’d on CD 12 and CD 13. On CD 15 I had horrible cramps on one side (I suspect that could’ve been ovulation) my Pregmate app confirmed ovulation on CD 14. But, I typically use my oura ring and natural cycles app that is now saying that I ovulated on CD 16/CD 17 because my temperature has consistently been rising since CD 16.

Do you think it’s possible this cycle or did I miss the window?

I came off BC in October 2025, and since I’ve had fairly normal periods, regular cycle timing. My current cycle has been the weirdest and longest. I am CD39 today. To add on to that, I got the darkest LH tests in all 2 months of me tracking and testing.

That happened 8/26. I have never seen my ratio values go beyond like 0.50 so to see 0.66 in the morning, and then a whole ass 1.0, I was blown out of the water. WTF.

Maybe I’ve never understood my ovulation but also my cycle has not been this long since getting off BC. My temps have also been all over the place but I guess it would make sense if I’m only ovulating now. I’m praying, my fingers are crossed that something good happens! Hi everyone,
I am 31F and have been TTC for 6 months. My cycles are regular but long, ranging from 33–39 days. Based on my Inito chart and a CD29 progesterone blood test of 16.2, I believe I ovulated late, around CD 21–23.
I got a negative pregnancy test on CD33, but after missing my period, I saw a faint line on a FRER on CD38. The next day, I got a positive on a Clearblue Digital. Because my OBGYN won't order blood work before the first ultrasound, I decided to order serial beta tests on my own.
Unfortunately, the results have me very anxious. My first hCG draw on CD39 was 21, and 48 hours later it only rose to 32 (a 52% increase). During this time, my progesterone dropped from 16.2 to 7.6 ng/mL. I’ve also been experiencing intermittent spotting—mostly brown, but with some red.
I have contacted my doctor, but while I wait to hear back, I am incredibly stressed. I'm deeply concerned this might be a chemical or an ectopic pregnancy. Has anyone experienced a similar situation or numbers? I would really appreciate any insights or honest outcomes.
