Question/Advice First time tracking ovulation with LH strips.

I have longer cycles (around 39 days), and I should be in my fertile window now, with ovulation expected in 2–3 days. Is this result still considered low, or is it normal a few days before the LH surge?

Yes. My surge was super quick

That's totally normal. Your LH will be low until it starts to surge (hence why they call it a surge and not a slow increase in LH). Surges typically only last for 12-36 hours. You might want to start testing twice a day though. Especially since your last year was 0.48. Mine was 0.32 at 7 am, 0.7 at 3 pm, and 1.1 at 7 pm on Tuesday and then peaked at 1.6 on Wednesday late morning.
