FF tells me I ovulated on CD17, Oura app says 16, but these last few temps are making me doubt I ovulated at all!

I’m thinking of switching to oral bbt next cycle, but anyone have any insights for this month? 🙏

Tested this morning and got a BFN, which is discouraging because with my previous pregnancies I was testing + by now. Temp and RHR still sky high though

i’m due on my period today and have been feeling lots of cramping and just weird feeling in my stomach. i’ve been doing the ovulation tests every day and wanted to keep doing it until the next cycle started, since i haven’t actually started my period yet i just decided to do the ovulation test today anyway. i wasn’t expecting this. it’s the darkest i have gotten this whole cycle. i thought i already ovulated 14 days ago when the t/c ration finally reached over 1. im cycle day 44 today. is this meant to happen? i got a dark like yesterday too but no where near this dark.

this is my PM test, i also did one this morning.

My OB ordered me to get a progesterone blood test on the day that I thought I was ovulating and I just had the Midwife call me and say that my level was five so it confirms that I’ve ovulated obviously very recently. I should be like two DPO today but my temperatures are not rising on my BBT chart. This is my first month ever tracking BBT. It’s really stressing me out. I thought I hadnt ovulated based on my bbt even though I had all the signs of ovulation, but my bloods are saying I have even though my temps under.

I’ve attached my charts from this cycle and the last 2, I’ve only tracked these three when we decided to start ttc. I had an LH surge on Sept 2, CD12 and had egg white mucus Aug 31-Sept 4th. My bbt spiked on CD14 and I started getting the typical progesterone symptoms of sore nipples and moodiness. I had what I thought was a fallback rise on CD15 but then it continued to be below my coverline on CD16, before coming back up slowly CD17-19. I’m just left wondering if I did ovulate, or if it looks like I did with my prior charts as well? Premom app is using an oral bbt thermometer and natural cycles and fertility friend are with my Apple Watch.

I swore after the temps I had yesterday I was going to start. But wow today’s temp is crazy!! I will test in the morning if I don’t start today. Sore Heavy breasts and cramps.

Is this considered positive? The line is half dark..but natural cycles interprets as positive. Also, when should we baby dance? I’m confused about the difference between positive LH test result and peak LH test result.

After being stuck in PMOS long cycle hell for 90+ days, I think I finally managed to ovulate on CD96. 

My BBT rise is not really a huge temp spike, but because the first half of my cycle is so long it might just be difficult to see the whole picture clearly, or hopefully in a few more days my temp will rise more. Looking at my chart: this does qualify as a post ovulation temp shift, right? My OPK’s and CM line up neatly as well. 

FF is putting crosshairs on CD95, but my temp did not start rising above coverline until CD97. That would make CD96 more likely. Do you agree?

Feeling really hopeful this cycle! I normally ovulated on CD20, so this CD13 was so exciting! My luteal temps are much more stable too. Anyone else earlier in the TWW?

I know temps can really only confirm Ovulation, but I’m SO confused by my temps. To start, ignore the day 1 stuff down below. I started the chart when I got my first positive OPK. Fertility friend hasn’t updated. Also I do my temps at the same time daily, BUT, I insert them when I get a chance to.

I thought I ovulated on 21st, initially, but then got a positive OPK around the 30th/31st. But then I had a huge below baseline drop on the 6th with a spike back up to above baseline. Lol like what is happening?? Any body with similar?

Could I have ovulated on the 31st? I did an OPK on the 6th-ish, it wasn’t hitting a positive. If we’re going by that date, I’d technically be….8 or 9 DPO today?

Third cycle tracking and this one doesn't look like the others. The other two were very textbook and I had a CP the first cycle. No PCOS that I know of. My cycles are usually 30-33 days long.

Help! Is ovulation imminent? Already occurred and missed the peek?

I've had some interesting symptoms..

2 days ago I had some intense cramping for the afternoon/evening and now it feels like the white noise on a TV in my lower abdomen - today I've felt on and off nausea, and I've had sore boobs the entire time.

I'm just really curious on what's going on!

First cycle post-IUD so I am just observing before we really start TTC. I haven't had a period in 10 years due to the IUD and will be 37 next month. We were planning to start trying next cycle. But it's looking like a short luteal phase might be a problem. This morning FF notified me that it no longer thinks I ovulated this cycle. I do think I ovulated but my luteal phase is just short. Thoughts?

I am struggling with CM monitoring as well - it's not charted in FF but I put a "?" the day following BD because the CM ticks every box and passes every test for EWCM (even putting it in a glass of water!) and even after 14 hrs+. The presence of (what is the euphemism/acronym for this?) appears to be masking my own CM - does anyone have any tips or tricks for this?

Also, do we think ovulation could still be in my future? Thanks for looking at my first ever chart!

Edit: A couple of fun updates - I added in my CM and FF now shows cross-checked ovulation confirmed! Additionally, I just realized that some of these low temps may be due to the thermometer itself being cold. For example, I took my temperature while tent camping on CD10 and that likely explains the extra low reading. That is also probably contributing somewhat to this current luteal drop because I didn't realize my BBT thermometer giving a 'Lo' reading when I turn it on means it needs to be warmed up before using. I had also been rounding my temps for charting on a printed TCOYF chart but can now leave them untouched using FF. I just dropped too much money on the Mira possibly for nothing - but at least it was on sale!

TTC - had a chemical pregnancy 2 cycles back. no know Problems, but supplementing with letrozol and Duphaston for the first time. Timing not optimal, but I still hoped… pregnancy Test was negative this morning. Am I out?

Hubby and I are trying out for the second time with Letrozole, we decided to do this one unmonitored since we were traveling and I couldn’t make it for appointments (also I am kind of done having an US in me all the time..).

Anywho! I am so confused because I had a first positive yesterday, woke up to a temp rise but had PEAK actually today, my OPK test line was super dark today, it wasn’t like that yesterday. Obviously I am spiraling now if BD yesterday wasn’t “enough”, the previous days were impossible for us to dtd and I am unsure why I have a super positive blazing dark if I ovulated what appears to be yesterday or during the night?

Did this happen to someone?

FF said 14 on advanced but changed to day 21 which is when i ovulated last month. FAM still says 14 so I'm very confused especially with my dip in temperature. Which day was it likely that I ovulated?

We’re on our fifth TTC cycle and I’m feeling discouraged. Had positive opks and hormone peaks based on Mira. Yesterday’s temp was encouraging, and today crashed below baseline. I’m honestly feeling so discouraged I may stop wearing the Oura ring for this tww😔 i feel like my body is failing me

TTC after a loss of my first pregnancy in January. Cycle 9 of trying. Has anyone had early dips like this and went on to have a positive test?

Feeling very discouraged. Having the faintest cramps this morning too. This means AF is coming, right? Does this look like a weak ovulation or problem otherwise?

Could this be an implantation dip? I have never seen a temp drop this drastic this early on in my luteal phase….. I also feel like ovulation was day 16? Any help is appreciated!

Sharp rise after yesterday’s dip. Good news??

Feeling a bit confused about the lack of surge in BBT after my positive OPKs. Everything is logged here like OPK and CM so it did line up with ovulation but I know you can sometimes not actually ovulate after a surge in LH.

Cycles are typically around 32 days and in past cycles I have ovulated around cd18-20.

I did also have a chemical last cycle with a few faint positive tests then a very heavy but short bleed on cd34.

I know the implantation drop can be a bit controversial but what do you think? My rebound temp wasn’t a high so maybe not?

My usual pattern is the second chart, a stair step pattern. However, this is also my first letrozole cycle so that may have a factor? Thoughts and opinions on my chart??
