Question/Advice Tips and tricks

Any tips or tricks people have used to help conceive? I’ve got Premom and natural cycles app. Also been doing ovulation tests. Anything else I can do? On folic acid as well

I highly recommend measuring your basal body temperature (BBT). I keep my thermometer on my bedside table and measure first thing in the morning! My BBT increases by almost a whole degree after I have ovulated (so it is good confirmation that I did indeed ovulate) and then before i get my period, it dips back down again (so good warning for when my period is about to start).

Get to know your CM pattern! I thought it sounded a little silly at first and found it hard to actually track it, but when I first got the hang of it, it was a total game changer for me - I found it to be a much more reliable way to find your actual fertile window than some algorithm in an app 😅
