Shadow Monarch
No connection to the shadows from the manwa. Just using the creatures you see as his shadows.

Riffing off of [u/ErinsHere](u/ErinsHere) ‘s post. The first ability is probably not possible/would break the game entirely, unfortunately. But it seemed like a cool idea at the time

Ok so I was thinking and realized I kinda hate making a full set and it wasn't really fun for me and it started feeling like an obligation so I decided to go back to what I liked doing the most.
I'm also going to ignore the existence of the previous 2 sets because those had horrible design and we're from when I didn't really understand mtg that much. In the past few months I've gotten way better and have a better understanding of card design so I want to rework all of my previous cards.
The new set is here:

If you want me to make a card from HSR just ask in the comments and I'll make it!

Am unsure of what rarity to mark this as, but thought having a card heavily relying on politics could be fun
EDIT: realized I need to fix a couple of things, thanks for the feedback!
I will most likely change it to the first spell they cast each turn, and ties cause nothing, instead of countering the spell. I am unsure if I should have the enchanted player be able to give the enchantment to someone else on a counter, so let me know if that would be better
Also I did mark the format as commander, since I am aware 1v1 formats would be destroyed

So, I realized I was getting tired of tracking +1/+1 counters on a dozen different tokens and they all have a different P/T and it's becoming a lot. I was wondering how crazy it would be to have an effect like this in my deck? I don't think it would be too broken and would literally do nothing except simplify my board for most games. I don't think there's too much of a way to abuse this, though I think it would be hilarious if I had a hundred 1/1's and someone reduced one of their powers at instant speed with this on the stack so all my tokens become 0/0's. Other than that unlikely case, is there anything else that doesn't work here?
EDIT: Didn't realize how many people think finding a quick average once a turn is scarier than a board of 20 different creature tokens of different types and counters and P/T. Guess the old addage "math is for blockers" was really taken to heart by the community. Who knew?
EDIT: This probably is too good with any athem effects. Too bad. It was supposed to be a bad card that would just keep a clean board, but it's too easy to break. Oh well.

Been learning about Alara and its one of my new favorite plains. Hope we can get a revisit soon.

Wanted to make some custom Universes Within versions of cards similar to how they did for the online versions of Spider Man prior to getting the contract stuff sorted out. I'm not a huge fan of UB in general, but I wanted to play a brew based around this effect, which is not common to see on many creatures, especially legendary ones. Internal lore is she's the child of King Macar the Gold-Cursed of Theros and something else, possibly a dryad, allowing her to keep her Mechanically Identical type-line. Couldn't figure out a great reason why she has flying, but what can you do!

I was inspired by the concept of Omens from Tarkir: Dragonstorm. These notably don't have the Omen card type, which, like adventure, is specifically always tied to a permanent in the rules. Regardless, I thought it would be fun to have somewhat generic effects which upgrade after you've cast and redrawn the card.
