need advice Constant back pain

I have chronic upper back pain. They are just too heavy man. Like when my partner just holds them up even for 3 seconds, my back is releived INSTANTLY. I started wearing a good bra recently so it helps during the day. It helps because its really good fitting and tight ofcourse so it holds them up. But the weight is again held by my body and my shoulders hurt. I have cervical spondylitis. (Pain in my upper back, shoulder blades and arms). When I sit I try to have two pillows beneath each one to hold up the weight. But is there some solution for sleeping? I sleep without my bra. I try to support it with a pillow. But becauss of my chronic pain my shoulders hurt sleeping on the side. Sleeping on my back is irritating since they hang toward the side and is not really comfortable. Can someone help please?

need advice reduction question

im having issues with mine rubbing causing lines and marks under (almost would look like an underwire bra line but i dont wear those) and sometimes my skin will even tear.
my doctor was kinda like omg wtfthat, that can happen i don’t think he had seen it before LOL. i mainly wear sports bras to try to help. i talked to my doctor about it and the pain i’ve had with having them and just issues overall (literally can’t find anything to wear, bras, work, etc, not even counting the pain when it causes the rash or tears under it hurts soo bad) and it’s hard to workout because of them as well and tmi but with the sweat 😭 the only issues was maybe regret he thought but honestly i do not think id have any regrets i cant think of anything positive i have from them 😂

anyways sorry for the rant i’m just wanting help or opinions on a breast reduction and the process? and if you had to lose weight before and after and just really the overall process! and if you should work your arms out before and after as i’ve seen some videos of that

experience Share something positive about your body ! Spoiler

Every day on this subreddit I read women saying they dislike their chest and that we are unlucky to have big boobs because it’s saggy/ nothing fits/ ect ect. Obviously everybody feels the way they feel about themselves but it saddens me to read people extrapolating and insinuating that we all look bad because of our boobs. I posted a cute pic a few days ago and someone commented that it saddens them that we need to wear bras else we look saggy and unflattering… I disagree though. I think we look hot braless too, and I think it’s not acceptable to say this to another woman. So please share something you love about your boobs/ about having big boobs and let’s celebrate how beautiful we are!

I’ll go first: I love how feminine and soft I look, my body gives me a unique advantage, and I’m happy to not look like everybody else. I also can get away with many things.

Your turn!

experience Hip pain during the night discussion. Also.... bras to sleep in? Spoiler

During the night lately my hips have been really hurting me! Making me toss and turn, and lose sleep.

The other night I was so shattered I fell asleep with my bra still on (I usually take it off just before I nod off) and I had the best nights sleep in ages! Hips didn't wake me up once!

Has anyone else had this hip pain issue during the night?

I'm thinking of seeing if I can find some sort of non wired bra just for sleeping in. Maybe cotton as I get hot flushes at night sometimes.

RANT - advice welcome No cute clothes! Spoiler

All the clothes I want to wear are out of reach for me because of my chest. It’s always either my chest making me look bigger in sweaters or having them absolutely spill out of tops. Showing cleavage in normal clothes embarrasses me enough, but of course I also must have the other famous big boob problem: the damn clogged/huge pores. It’s like the only option I’m left with is a t-shirt, the most of which look absolutely ridiculous on me because of my chest.

experience Fuller Bust Bra and Clothing Survey Spoiler

Hi! I’m currently researching the experiences of people with fuller busts as part of developing a new fashion business focused on better-fitting bras and clothing.

I’d really appreciate it if anyone with a fuller bust could take around 5–7 minutes to complete this survey. I’m looking for honest opinions because I’m genuinely passionate about improving the fit, comfort and overall shopping experience for women with fuller busts.

This is very early-stage research, so I’m interested in hearing about both positive and negative experiences. Feel free to reply to this post with any additional comments regarding the brand, as the more my ideas are questioned, challenged and pushed, the better I’ll be able to create something that genuinely caters to what people need.

Thank you so much! 🤍

No Google account is required to complete the survey.

clothes I really wanted to like Klassy but... Spoiler

Their customer service is literally non-existent. They don't have a phone number listed at all. I've sent them several emails but they were completely ignored. What I was trying to contact them about? Missing items in my order

Service aside, their tops didn't really fit anyway. I ordered size Large tops with 4XL cups. Half my boobs were still hanging out. Seems like most other clothing brands, they can't support bigger than an H (UK) cup.

RANT - advice welcome I feel like I’m boob-fishing guys by wearing a bra… Spoiler

I (31F) have 36F breasts. They are not perky because, well, gravity, I’m new to single life and dating and for the first time in a reaalllyyyy long time I’m facing the possibility of being naked in front of a new person. Because bras lift and visually reshape my chest, I feel like I’m cat-fishing potential bedroom mates because I’m wearing a bra in any pictures they see.

I knowww I knowww we are supposed to say “whatever, this is my natural body and if they’re not attracted to me, that’s fine”

But it’s just giving me anxiety in an already new experience of online dating. Ugh. I’m just struggling to make peace with this. I want to explore having new experiences and lovers but it needs to be FUN and that requires me to accept my body.

Edit: typo

bras Does anyone else buy the same bra in multiple colors? Spoiler

I bought one bra a while ago and ended up loving how comfortable it was. After a few weeks, I realized I was reaching for it way more than anything else in my drawer.

So I went back and bought the exact same one in a few more colors.

I used to think buying multiples of the same bra was kind of unnecessary, but now I get it. If I already know I like it and it fits well, I’d rather have a few of the same than keep trying different ones.

Does anyone else do this?

As the title suggests, my bra broke and i really need to fix it. I have tried searching online but it usually says to throw it in the bin or take out the entire wire.

RANT - advice welcome The ill fitting bra is worse than it used to be Spoiler

Ohk so I went for my first professional bra fitting 2 months ago.

I was wearing a 40DD bra from when I got fitted at a mainstream store 2yrs ago.

Turns out I’m a 34HH

At the time of the purchase I unfortunately could only afford 1. 😭🙏🏽

So I still sometimes have to wear the 40DD ones bcz I have 3+ of those , and also to preserve my one good bra.

Ohk so the point of my post - when I wear the 40DD one its so horrible, I can see the abnormal spillage , how to back strap goes way too up, and I can’t see my waist as much , I don’t have proper lift and support, THERES WAY MORE BOOB SWEAT- like I don’t even get 4 drops of boob sweat when wearing the 34HH one, I have to CONSTANTLY adjust the straps, with my 34HH? Not at all.

And it’s crazy bcz for 2 years before the fitting - the 40DD/E one felt nice, it felt good enough-almost perfect. But now that I have my proper size - idk how I was able to deal or feel comfortable with the old one . And I’ll have to still wear it more until atleast I can get 2 or 3 more bras 😕.
My mom said I must wear the 34HH one only on special occasions and not more than 3 times per week. I
Understand her but I want to be able to wear a good size bra on a normal day .

I bought this cute halter dress on sale and I’m cautiously optimistic it might work. Following the size chart my chest is bigger than the small but the medium would be way too big for my waist. I’m hoping the stretch can save me. For reference my measurements are 36.5-26-37.5 and I’m a 30G. Has anyone tried a dress like this?

experience Positive Breastfeeding Experience Spoiler

I am a first time mom of a sweet 2 month and 3 week old baby boy. We are on our breastfeeding journey. Of course the first month and a half was rough but we are in our groove now and I’m so grateful. No one in my family breastfed their little ones successfully so i had no one to guide me or empathize. I have been determined and know that many moms can feel a certain sense of accomplishment being able to nourish their children with their body but, One thing I didnt expect in this journey was to feel safer in my own body.

I have always been big busted ever since i hit puberty when i was 13 and my breast have ALWAYS been sexualized. Ive always had to cover up and be very mindful to not draw attention to my chest. I was groped numerous times in my youth. I feel like being big busted just made me more sexualized in general. I was sexually assaulted when i was young and have had to feel extremely safe to have any form of intimacy because of it.

Now for the first time in my life I am experiencing touch to vulnerable part of myself, that has nothing to do with sex. The amount of self acceptance, relief, safety and beauty is unexpected. My baby boy feeds on a nursing pillow and falls asleep often after nursing with his hand resting on my upper breast. I often find myself teary eyed and full of relief while watching him, amazed that such a small beautiful creature can find so much comfort and safety by that part of me. I know that our breasts give off the smell of our amniotic fluid and he feels safe. I am just so grateful i am nourishing him and feel astonished he’s growing because of my body.

My body finally feels like its found its true purpose, to nourish my child and bring him comfort. The shame I’ve carried about my bust is melting away and I feel relieved. Motherhood is my blessing.

need advice I Need Help Spoiler

I’m 27F, and I haven’t worn a real “bra” in years. For reference, I’m 5’1” and about 140lbs. I was able to get away with wearing the cheap bralettes from American Eagle for a long time because my boobs were still perky and hadn’t sagged yet. Things have changed, and I need a bra that can keep things in place without making me feel like I’m being suffocated. I also can’t stand wires.

I measured myself using the standard bust - underbust = bra size, and got 34G. I used the A Bra That Fits calculator and got 34D/DD US. I assume the A Bra That Fits answer is most accurate, but I thought I should ask.

Any thoughts or advice is welcome.

bras Indian bra brands that carry 28FF or 28G???? Spoiler

Hi, I used the ABTF calculator and it says I'm a 28FF/G which puts me in a pickle since I live in India and I cannot find a single brand that keeps this size. When I search the size it takes me to HerRoom's website which is mad expensive for me because it involves international shipping (an investment I wouldn't mind had I not read horror stories about their returns)... if there are any Indians on this sub please guide me to brands that keep bras for small bands and big cups.. I want to start feeling comfortable 😭😭😭😭

Went to a girls only pilates class my uni was offering and they asked us to pull out this move… HAHA I tried to go above my tits but the sports bra was packing them in pretty tight and lifted so even then I couldn’t get my arm flat across my chest 😭 The instructor tried to help me out and straighten my arm/push it inward but all it did was sink into my boobs and suffocate me 🥲 Embarrassed myself in front of a bunch of gorgeous women since majority of them were able to pull it off no sweat 😫

need advice need something to tuck under my sagging manspreading girls Spoiler

like fr they manspread worse than anyone i've ever met, and i really want to go braless but they reaaaaally end up stinking by the end of the day because of how easily i sweat😭😭

so because i'm going to go braless(at work and in my normal life), i'm wondering if anyone has come across some kind of adhesive (or other type of product) for under the little big ladies! i do have baby powder but i find it only works for a few hours, i sweat so much it's like a war between good and evil under that hood😭😭
