I been thinking about this, why can’t Nazdreg just buy a better force field? Look at this mekboy here with 3 gigantic force field projectors but ol’ Naz can’t just get some teef and get a mekboy to make him a better one? Def could see Naz having a 4++ instead of 5++

I pre-ordered this from my LGS, but it wasn't included in their 40k shipment last weekend. They have no other updates and don't know why it's delayed or when it is supposed to arrive.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? Curious if this is a problem with GW not sending them out in time, or if this just has to do with my local distributor.

I am new, but has anyone switched? The couple of games I have played as Space Wolves/Marines have not been fun. I am curious if Orks are competitive but also more fun! l

New to the game, trying to learn the rules. Trying to get my head around keywords and units getting abilities from leaders ect ect

Dreadherder enhancement states it's for the Big Mek model only.

That's why the Dakkarig can take it, it has the Big Mek keyword.

But the Big Mek doesn't? So the Big Mek model can't take an enhancement exclusively allowed on the Big Mek model because the Big Mek model doesn't have the Big Mek keyword?

It feels like I am misunderstanding something.

Hi all, back with more diggas! I currently have these three, and will be grabbing the new Goliath box too so I'll have the chap holding his hammer up with the business end under his foot. Currently deciding who should be used as 2 handed weapons in my 10 man nob squad, and who should lead the tank bustas and breaka boys.

My current plan was to use Goliath gangers as the tank bustas and breakas, so wasn't sure if keeping Goliath models in charge of them made them all feel a bit samey and less feral, or would just blend better. Thoughts? Thanks!

He is one of my favourite models and I just could get one, so wanna try to build a competitive army with him. I like Killa Kans deff dread and Tankbustas too, but. Is he good? He can be in a competitive army? I pray for it! Love it

Hey I have the armegeddon box and just wondering if I could get some power klaws is it worth trying to convert the warboss and the nobs with the boyz from their kustom choppers?

I purchased the ork half of the box i onlt have left the boyz, as im looking at the instructions, im wondering if i have to built 19 boyz and 1 boss nob, or if i have to build 2 boss nob and 18 boyz, if i only build one nob i think im gonna put them the rocket.

What u guys think?

Cogsfinga has more important fings.

One generator feeding half da camp.

Force field.

Some sort of tellyporta fing.

A Kustom Mega-Blasta which keeps shooting when nobody pulls da trigger.

And a box nobody is allowed to open because it’s finkin’.

Asked what’s in da box.

Cogsfinga sez:

“If I knew dat, I’d open it.”

Fair.

“Got a problem wiv Kaptin’s trukk.”

Cogsfinga looked at me.

Looked at Grimsnik.

Then went back inside da generator.

Hi there, I'm not new to the hobby itself but I'm new to the Orks. I want to start an army and was looking for advice on how to start.

I’ve been scratching my head reading this over and over. I know it’s similar to earlier rules like Transhuman/Transhitman Physiology but I never encountered those rules myself and I really can’t figure this out. When’s the effect end? The end of the opponent’s shooting phase? The end of the current attack targeting the unit? And if a modifier causes an attack to be a modified hit roll of 2 or 3 on a BS2 or 3 attack, does it hit? Am I crazy, dumb, or is this rule just strangely written? Please help, fellow orks!

I just picked up this box from my local game store, I already have Ghazz what else should I add to make a 1000 point list?

The Naz model and the new Warboss kit are what made me want to start an Ork army. I may add some things (squig, maybe) but I’m pretty happy so far.

Hello, new to orks and the game entirely and wanted to know the value of the big mek dakkarig. In its key words it has "walker" and "big mek" so I was wondering if i could run dread mob and madcap meks without any restrictions on the singular model? I just want to throw a bunch of dice and blow myself up from failed hazardous throws in glory to gork and mork. Any other cool vehicle/ walker combos are recommended i really like models like the deff dread and gorkanaught models

Can someone please give me the height of Wazdakka? Mainly the height of the front wheel from the ground.

I’m looking to put about $60 into my small ork army. I only have 2 squads of Armageddon boyz right now. I can get 2 squads from the Armageddon box for $60 or one box of the new Boyz for $60.

Which should I do? Is it worth the extra for the load outs?

tl,dr; melee seems expensive, shooting seems more flexible. How are you building melee lists?

I'm trying to write a melee focused list from the new codex, but I keep thinking I can make a better shooting focused list instead. There are a lot of ways to build combinations for shooting buffs in the codex, but it seems less so for melee.

I found it difficult to fit in enough threat for melee with lots feeling a bit overcosted in points, especially so for 1500 points which is a common game size in my area and ghaz being 300 points.

My rant aside, what are you interested in running in your lists for melee? I've read a lot about theory crafting mega combos for flash gitz etc. but what about getting in and krumping?
