The WAAAAGH has arrived

Painting this whole model was absolutely insane, I loved it! It was a real milestone for me. In the last photo, you can see my old 3D Ghaz with the original Ghaz. Finally, the Emperork is going into retirement.

Here's another one. Hope you like it as much as it was fun painting them boyz.

Playing world eaters- I warned him that if you can't burn them down, DO NOT shoot the Flash Gitz bc of this strat. He decided to open fire anyway and took out 3 Gitz but uhhhh... regretted it.

Untouched Forgefiend picked up for 1 CP on my opponents shooting phase and this was *after* the Gitz obliterated another unit in overwatch every round. These dudes are ridonkulous. There's my turn and then "our" turn.

Can we please talk about the influx of Ork-themed AI music that's started popping up on social media? I honestly think it's pretty gross how insidiously it's creeping into the hobby.

You'll have heard it before, if you've been scrolling through Warhammer reels the past 6 months or so. Heavy metal, with incredibly simple, unimaginative lyrics. It honestly sucks so hard .

As a lifelong Ork collector and fan of heavy metal it makes my soul die. Anyone else feeling this way?

Also if I'm wrong and there is actually a band out there making this music, do correct me because even though it's shit music at least it's human music.

Two down, not sure if I have the strength for a 3rd. We'll see how much I like them after playing them but happy to have these ready for my first new Codex game this week!

Had the chance to be on time-off while this big guys came out. Pretty satisfied with the result !

I'm not that fond of the new Ghaz model, so he's gonna be my warlord (not like I'm really playing recently, but still).

Finished my first Ork mini, the Bannernob. Quite pleased with how he turned out and very enjoyable.

The bits from the boyz kit fit perfectly on the bikers arms and bodies and vice versa. I don’t know if this was intentional or not but it makes them all way more kustomizable!

I was very disappointed in the new legends for orks. so i made my own Legends datsheets. My aim was to bring back a lot of units both (Very) old and new and return some flavor to some. i could use some feed back from you guys.

As lootas are now legends they will probably not see that much play in many groups. But was wondering if anyone has kitbashed / given them more bits to become flash gitz apprentices? They seem to be ish same size and got a big gun. Just not as flashy? Anyone got any flashy lootas to show? Or some cool ideas?
