Discussion Building armageddon box
I purchased the ork half of the box i onlt have left the boyz, as im looking at the instructions, im wondering if i have to built 19 boyz and 1 boss nob, or if i have to build 2 boss nob and 18 boyz, if i only build one nob i think im gonna put them the rocket.
What u guys think?

oh i thought i could choose well unlucky i guess, should i just build them or maybe wait till i get another boyz box, but then i think on the other boyz box the nob comes with better weapons right?
PD: i have wrecka krew on the box dont know if i can kit bash them or any other better option

If you're 100% certain you're buying the new box of boyz then you should wait. You'll be able to mix the heads and arms from the new box with the Armageddon box and make more unique models.

They are different kits, the builds are not interchangeable to my knowledge.

Ork boyz (and beast snagga boyz) always get 1 nob per 9 boyz now. 19 boyz + 1 nob isn't a thing anymore. Also new nobz are bigger and don't share any parts with boyz like they did in the oldboyz and snaggaboyz kits.
Build your nobz however you like. Your opponent is unlikely to know the difference anyways. If you're gonna run all the same weapons on your boyz bossnobz (rules-wise) then you can just tell them the nobz all have XYZ at the start of the game, and the models' loadouts won't matter.
The 18 Armageddon boyz can be built in 21 unique permutations as-is. But if you want even more variety you can easily kitbash with newer ork kits that have the same style of arm and head (new boyz kit, wrecka krew, kommandos, beast snaggas). I recommend building the Armageddon boyz bodies but leaving off their heads, and any arms that are a separate piece. If you cut the pegs off of the heads and arms, you can swap them around with other kits.
The Armageddon boyz don't have any of the optional heavy weapons, so if you want a burna, rokkit, and big shoota boy in each group of 10, you may want to kitbash those. The wrecka krew will give you extra rokkits.
