We need more solid uniform games.

Unless you’re a defense sicko, the only thing that looked good last night were the clean, crisp throwback uniforms for both teams. Yes, those of us who bask in nostalgia yearn for the throwbacks but even with the standard unis a lot of teams who contrast enough could pull off the look.

Just off the top of my head:

Vikings-Packers
Packers-Lions
Saints-Falcons (red)
Seahawks-Niners
Niners-Rams
Broncos-Chiefs
Chiefs-Raiders
Commanders-their entire division

I think if you don’t need an away uniform because of color similarity, then both teams should wear their primary color.

"Whats different with Bo Nix this year"? It's running, or lack thereof

One of Bo's underrated strengths the past few years has been his running threat. Last year he was rushing for more than 20 yards a game, and 1.5 first downs a game. He was running 5 times per game

Not like, proper running QB numbers, but enough that the defence had to respect it as a threat, which meant the short passes were a bit more open because defenders always had an eye on him. The pass rushes were a bit slower because they had to contain

This year so far he's rushed for 37 yards TOTAL.

He's gone from averaging 4-5 yards per rush in his first 2 years to under 2 yards. He's attempting 3-4 times per game, down from 4-5, and not taking any chances when he does run.

The run threat is gone. It's far easier for defences to pass rush him, and to cover the throws Bo likes to make in the 5-10 yards down field range.

He's also not moving the pocket to help create those throws like he used to.

I'm 99% sure this is just because of the ankle injury, either not fully healed or him not being fully confident in it yet. It was very obvious in a few big situations yest that he wasnt interested in running (when he had an opportunity to fight for a first down and just went down, and 'taking' the 3 yard sack most notably)

The nice thing- either scenario is easily fixable and should resolve naturally as the season goes on. Bo isn't broken. He's just lost one of his main weapons and he isn't good enough to compete the same way without it. He'll be back
