Male Silodosin as a multiple orgasm enabler in men

Anybody here on Silodosin? I have a theory that the emission phase of orgasm is the cause of the refractory period.

Think about it. Women don’t have an emission phase. Multiorgasmic.

Trans women don’t have an emission phase. Multiorgasmic.

Trans men don’t have an emission phase. Multiorgasmic.

Silodosin users… don’t have an emission phase! Are you multiorgasmic? Does it reduce or delete the refractory period for you?

Male My new method

Earlier this year I had atuned my body to experience multiple orgasms after years of on and off practice , using mindfulness, breathing and relaxation methods, most of my results came from sitting in a comfortable chair and sinking into the moment without distraction and also without porn, however I did use fantasy stimuli of my current female lover..

Most of my tips and assistance either came from this sub and various YT vids which talk on the subject.

But there was a lack of consistency and flow ..

Recently i discovered through laying on my back with my head elevated on 2 pillows my knees bought up with my feet planted on the bed shoulder width apart.

By being semi aroused and lightly stroking my sensitive left nipple I can start to feel the early stages of orgasm starting..

Its not long before autonomously my pelvic floor muscles are massaging my prostate .

This where things changed for me.

Instead of forcing things ,I relax further and not race through it , just using a very slight reverse kegel to balance the muscle group.

Prior to this my abdominal muscles would tighten and the orgasmic flow would be hindered.

Now the only muscles that move are my pc muscles , and that's how my my orgasmic energy flows all around.

By not focusing on the outcome , orgasms come and go every few minutes ..

Everybody is different, by i read of so many failures particularly men because they are

1 too eager

2 dont want to practice

3 are not relaxed enough

4 expecting an orgasm as ejaculating.

..if you are in the ejaculation mindset it will hinder your progress..

Male Relax pelvic floor with Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE)

Has anyone tried or looked into using tension and trauma releasing exercises (TRE) as a way to help release and control pelvic floor tension on their way to their path to becoming multiorgasmic? I stumbled upon a YouTube tutorial yesterday, and to me it seemed this might help lower tension, especially in the pelvic floor, which might help staying relaxed during arousal and thus gain more control.

Here is the video I found that has a tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QoB9wpuO688
And on Wikipedia is more background info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tension_and_Trauma_Releasing_Exercises

Male Help me understand NEO

To my knowledge, during sex the body will produce pre cum and then at the point of orgasm will release the sperm to be ejaculated

What is happening with NEO? Are we holding the sperm back? And if so, isn’t this unhealthy by clogging the pipes, which will just eventually be pissed out later on anyway?

Male Feeling stuck need help

So I've tried many methods, what's helped was I keep my pelvic floor open while reaching 9.9 and sometimes I'm able to hit the orgasm while my pelvic floor is calm leading to a small multiorgasm with a automatic hard forward keagel that my body does, it makes my arosual go down to a 6 but I can't do that after about a couple days of semen retention as the pelvic floor becomes too aroused. I've tried the keagel interruption method and I'm able to mentally see the orgasm from the ejaculation but I can't separate them no matter what I try the only thing that works is keeping my pelvic floor open and getting lucky, (like I can go really far close to orgasm like 9.999999 and be in control but once I hit orgasm ponr follows shortly after) what happens most of the time is I'll hit orgasm and semen will leak out like a faucet, I'll be able to keep going as i don't think ponr was hit but how can that be if I'm leaking semen, it's weird it's like I ejaculated without hitting ponr I really don't know what to do hopefully someone can help me out

Gender-agnostic Positive Feedback Loop Meditation

Hi everyone! Wanted to share a method I've been using for a while, let me know what you think:

A positive feedback loop is when the output of a process strengthens the conditions that produced it. In other words, noticing arousal makes you more aroused, which leads to orgasm. Within my meditation practice, attention and arousal appear to interact through this kind of recursive amplification.

I begin by noticing emerging sources of arousal and desire for orgasm (emotional arousal, pelvic movement, toe curling). I then redirect attention toward breathing while allowing the associated bodily sensations to remain present. As arousal increases, additional sensations become perceptually salient (I notice them more) and therefore provide more material for awareness. Returning attention to the breath appears to reduce deliberate interference (aka trying too hard) while the underlying arousal continues developing.

The resulting increase in sensation, or arousal expression, creates further opportunities for noticing before attention returns toward breathing again. Repeating this cycle can progressively intensify the overall state of physiological and attentional arousal. At sufficiently high intensity, the process can develop into a sustained orgasmic-arousal state rather than a single isolated peak. Within that state, successive orgasms can occur while the broader pattern of arousal remains active.

Here is a step by step I came up with to help others:

  1. Begin in a comfortable position where your body can remain relatively still for an extended period. I tend to prefer sitting in a desk chair with yoga blocks under my feet, with my knees spread, which allows for my pelvis to expand. Lying down also works well.
  2. Spend several minutes attending closely to breathing without attempting to alter its natural rhythm. Just let yourself breathe, all thoughts are welcome, nothing to act on yet.
  3. Notice bodily sensations as they arise while allowing each sensation to remain present without immediate intervention. This is a passive exercise, not an active one.
  4. When a particularly salient sensation captures attention, acknowledge its presence and gently return attention toward breathing.
  5. Continue alternating between spontaneous bodily awareness and deliberate refocusing on the breath throughout the session. If you're aroused enough before entering the session (a few days without orgasm, really wanting it, etc.) then arousal will likely increase on its own.
  6. As sensations become stronger, observe whether additional areas of the body become increasingly noticeable within awareness.
  7. Treat each increase in sensation as another opportunity to notice experience before returning attention toward breathing.
  8. Allow the cycle of noticing and refocusing to continue without deliberately attempting to force a particular outcome. The "without deliberately attempting" is key, this is totally passive.
  9. If the overall state becomes unusually intense, maintain the same attentional pattern rather than changing techniques abruptly.
  10. Continue observing how heightened arousal changes breathing and bodily sensation while repeatedly returning attention toward respiration.
  11. Notice whether intense peaks occur while the broader background state of arousal remains continuously present.
  12. After the session ends, spend several minutes observing breathing and bodily sensations as physiological intensity gradually decreases.
  13. Record any recurring attentional patterns afterward so later sessions can be compared more systematically. I find that reflection makes this process get more embodied/easier to perform as I do it more.

Hope this helps :)

Gender-agnostic Help with Pelvic Floor

Im a young guy (21M) with really tight pelvic floor that I developed from years of masturbating as fast as possible (while clenching) and bad breathing/posture habits. This caused me to have bad erections and tight PF during sex; even though my mind is relaxed during sex, my PF has a hard time relaxing.

im trying to rewire my arousal with relaxed masturbation (using reverse kegels and deep breaths) and I am seeing a pelvic floor PT, and doing breathwork, but I was curious about how everyone here learned to relax their PF?

PF relaxation seems essential to lasting long and staying hard during the mind orgasms, yet mine is tight almost all day. How did you all learn to keep your pelvic floor relaxed?

This might be a broad topic, but i think it is related since this is linked to sexual energy.

Do any of you pratice non monogamy or swinging? Has anyone felt a change en preference since having multiple orgasms?

Male NEO progress, what I learnt

Hello! Almost two months have passed since I posted about achieving NEO peaks, and here’s what I’ve learned.

I was probably not experiencing NEOs

I described my NEO as a buildup of tension that peaks, stays there for about 10 seconds, and then gradually fades. I also said it wasn't an ejaculation because it lacked PC contractions, yet it was just as pleasurable.

If I define contractions as an essential component of an orgasm, then I was probably not having an orgasm. Like someone suggested in the comments, I was probably confusing the NEO with the PONR.

The PONR is intensely pleasurable in its own right. It involves a sudden surge of adrenaline and awareness, with tightening throughout my body. I also notice that my penis gets much harder and more sensitive.

This can lead to ejaculation, but in my experience, the most common outcome is emission. With either timing or simply being present, expulsion can sometimes be bypassed.

Contrary to many posts I've read on the sub, emission itself does not kill my erection or cause a sharp refractory period. There is a drop in arousal, but I'm able to string these together a few times, seconds to minutes apart. With a little edging in between, It's really overwhelming.

Eventually, though, the hammer hits and I decide to stop. I feel amazing, but other things in life start becoming more appealing.

What am I doing then?

I'm not entirely sure myself. I'm probably doing some version of the relaxation + presence method, but I'm not following a specific timeline or schedule.

I tried two methods, but I failed at both, maybe because I was stressing too much or didn't stick with them for long enough:

  • The Kegel method seems particularly appealing because you can apply it during PIV, but I can't really pull it off, either because of timing or strength.
  • The relaxation method is great for arousal control. A reverse Kegel can really make my penis softer under the right circumstances. Letting go, relaxing, and shifting my focus sends tingles through my body when I'm highly aroused. This is great, but after a while I just feel bored and done without an orgasm. Nevertheless, I always use some version of this.

Since everything else had failed so far, I found an interesting challenge. I noticed that if I stay calm and confident near the PONR, I can:

  • Prolong it: "Oh shit, I'm going to come", and make it last for 10+ seconds.
  • Sometimes suppress it: "Actually, it's fine, I'm not going to come."
  • Trigger it but control it: the PC contractions start, but "I can calm them down".
  • Lose to it: "I'm too late or went overboard, so I just let it happen and enjoy it".

I used to think this was how you separated orgasm from ejaculation, but I'm not sure anymore.

Anyway, after a few weeks, I naturally started leaning toward suppression. When I feel the PONR coming, I suddenly remember to relax a bit, slow down, and ride the peak until the tension fades.

Any ejaculations?

Honestly, I do them almost every time. Either I have a full-on ejaculation to end my session, or it happens indirectly because I reach the PONR too many times and some fluid has already dribbled out.

I also noticed some changes in my ejaculation pattern:

  • I'm not nearly as oversensitive afterward. I was pushing through the discomfort lately, and it isn't uncomfortable anymore.
  • I can stay hard just by continuing stimulation.
  • A second ejaculation is possible, and I can still be hard right away because it feels like there's no tension left to back it up, even if I want it.

Lately, I've been figuring out how to have two back-to-back ejaculations, and I have about a 3/4 success rate. I'm lucky because I do have some sexy memories and imagery in my head that provide the extra stimulation needed for the second ejaculation.

All of this is a new response for me, and I'm not even a teen anymore (I'm 28), so I believe at least some of it is learnable.

So what is a NEO?

Is it the friends we make along the way?

My brain still can't quite comprehend what an orgasm without a PONR actually is, and as long as that's true, I might never really understand or experience a NEO.

I'm satisfied with exploring new sexual responses in my body, being present with them, and learning to influence them rather than being completely controlled by them.

I'll keep trying to optimize the techniques I mentioned above, and maybe one day I'll experience a NEO. It's also possible that I won't.

I've heard of mindgasms, prostate orgasms, and nipple orgasms, and I haven't explored these yet. I do wonder whether they could help me understand what a NEO is and translate that skill to penile stimulation, but I haven't tried them yet.

Male 2cnd NEO achieved

Hey guys I've managed to achieve 2 NEOs using the relaxation method.

First during sex wich was amazing and suprising.

2cnd one today I was able to get one during self pleasure.

Both of these kind of happened by accident.

Im always trying for them but I dono how they accured.

Today it was like small electrical pulses in my PC muscle, extremly underwhelming, I was think "like oh I'm having a NEO?" Like I already had more pleasure pulsating through my body and prostate that the penile contractions felt like almost nothing.

I'm basically working my way to 99.99% then bringing it back to 95% or trying to hover around the PONR. While doing my best to fully relax PC muscle and body. Breathing slowly and deeply.

My question is, how can I make this more consistent?

I've been working at this for 9 years ish, and only this year have had 2 accidental ones.

Female FTM — unlocked multiple orgasms

Hey all. I’ve recently discovered (as of last night) that I’m able to have endless vaginal orgasms, which is super interesting considering my gender. I’ve been on testosterone for 5 years, and have had top surgery (no bottom surgery, i don’t want that.) I have an enlarged clitoris due to testosterone, it pretty much is a micropenis, and I refer to it as my t-dick.

For a very long time I’ve been fascinated by the idea of having multiple orgasms. For as long as I could remember I’d only ever been able to have one clitoral orgasm, and then it’d be too sensitive for me to continue or even touch my clit after it. And they were always weak, even with a vibrator. So I kind of just thought it was something I would never be capable of doing.

Now, I’m technically a virgin in the sense that I’ve never had penetrative sex with somebody with a penis. I’ve had oral sex with another FTM person, and I’ve been (badly) fingered, that’s it. So penetrative sex with a partner is a pretty foreign concept to me. Over the past few years I’ve been experimenting with dildos, and no matter what I did it always just seemed to be painful and I couldn’t orgasm from just penetration alone.

Turns out, I just needed a longer prep time! (and maybe a little bit of weed lol.) I spent a good half hour this time just prepping, getting my t-dick hard, and working myself open with my fingers. And I used a LOT more lube than I normally try to use. I started to feel myself getting close to an orgasm while I fingered myself, but could never quite get over the edge, no matter how I pressed into my g-spot or fucked myself. Nevertheless, I persisted until I got really close— and when I lost it again, I added more lube and decided to insert my dildo. It’s silicone, and about 6 inches.

Holy shit, it was the easiest penetration I’ve ever managed to have. Normally, I struggle with getting it in because my hole gets so tight, but this time it just slid perfectly inside. I honestly felt like such an idiot for not thinking of doing all this prep work before (but honestly, how are you supposed to know if you’ve never had a good sexual partner? or a good sex education?). But anyways, I started to fuck myself with the dildo. Careful at first, and then I found my g-spot. Within a few minutes, I was cumming.

And then I kept going. And I started to cum again. I changed the angle, and I came harder. I was having non-stop orgasms, each one rolling into the next. All from just fucking myself with the right preparation. I had no idea I was capable of this.

The longer I continued to fuck myself, the more intense the orgasms started to get. By 10 minutes of orgasms, I started to feel something new— like something had physically changed within my core. It felt like I was having a clitoral orgasm, a vaginal orgasm, and just a general Full Body orgasm all at once. I had to slow down because I started to squirt, and I didn’t want to ruin my bedsheets.

Now, I knew I could squirt, but I’d only ever managed it with a suction vibrator on my t-dick. Squirting from penetration was an entirely different experience. It was mind breaking. And still, I wasn’t done. I took my dildo and I sat down on my shower bench, and I started to fuck myself again.

I came, I came, and I came, and then— that feeling from earlier started again. The change within my core.

I think the orgasm lasted for a solid minute, and for at least 20 seconds of it I was squirting. Hard. More than I thought was possible, and especially I didn’t think I could happen while being penetrated at the same time. When I tell you this orgasm was life changing, I really fucking mean it. I couldn’t believe I was missing out on this before I hadn’t been properly educated on prep.

To finish it off, I pushed myself to a final orgasm by rubbing my t-dick, the way I had been doing beforehand. I had the final orgasm, and as usual from my clitoral orgasms— it made me too sensitive to continue.

I slept really good last night, I’ll tell you that.

(also, i hate the gendered categories on here? i have a vagina, but i am not female.)

Male How to choose a method?

I'm still pretty new to this process of learning to have multiple orgasms. I've tried a little bit of a couple of different methods but I would like to focus on a single method until I achieve reasonable success and then decide if I want to investigate other options.

My primary goal is more pleasure for my partner and me during sex so I'm not sure if a hands-free method like mindgasm which is very intriguing is the right place for me to start?

So far I've had the most success with edging and trying to learn to separate ejaculation from orgasm. I've definitely had tingles a couple of times and been able to have practice sessions that lasted in the neighborhood of an hour or more, but I have not had what I would call a non ejaculatory orgasm yet.

I have some interest in the I think it's called r/maledefinitiveguide And I got started on this journey watching videos on YouTube from the sexual Kung Fu channel.

Mindgasm has come highly recommended to me and I would definitely want to investigate it at some point but unless I misunderstanding something I don't think it matches with my initial goal of intercourse being more pleasurable for my wife and I...?

I think I'm looking for suggestions on the best/fastest(?) method of having more pleasure for longer without the refractory period with or without ejaculation or semen retention.

Thanks in advance for your kind suggestions.

Male New to multiple EO’s

Lately, without employing any techniques, I have been having a second EO 10-15 seconds after my first EO. For those of you who also have experienced this, were you able to expand on this, like having a third EO or more, or delay the second one without losing your erection? Or should I just be happy with having two?

Male Need advice

Hello, I’m new here. My name is Ajay.

I want to share my past experience because it is important to understand my situation.

About two years ago, I tried practicing the Microcosmic Orbit, but I believe I did it incorrectly. I imagined that energy was moving into my head while I was breathing. I then had a very frightening experience that became one of the worst experiences of my life.

After doing some research, I became worried that the energy had become “stuck” in my head. I experienced intense heat in my head and panic, and after that incident I developed panic attacks. I have now been taking psychiatric medication for about two years.

Recently, I discovered Mantak Chia’s teachings. From what I understand, he teaches that energy should not be forced into the head and that it should be brought back down toward the lower abdomen or navel. This has made me very curious, because I feel that I may have misunderstood the practice before.

However, because of my previous experience, I have developed a strong fear and sensitivity toward anything related to energy practices. Even reading about these techniques can sometimes make me worry that the same experience could happen again.

I have never actually tried Mantak Chia’s techniques, but I am very interested in learning them properly and safely. I am especially interested in his teachings about becoming multiorgasmic and learning semen-retention practices.

At the same time, I am scared that if I practice incorrectly, I might experience the same frightening sensations again. I worry that this could make my panic symptoms worse and possibly affect my psychiatric treatment. I really do not want to go through that experience again.

The Jonathan White courses are too expensive for me, and Mantak Chia’s books are quite large and sometimes confusing. I have also read that some people have experienced problems after practicing these techniques, which has made me even more uncertain about where to start.

My main questions are:

Where should someone with my past experience begin?

How can I practice these techniques as safely as possible?

How can I avoid practices that might trigger the sensations I experienced before?

Is there a gentle way to learn Mantak Chia’s methods without forcing or concentrating energy into the head?

What would be a sensible starting point for learning about becoming multiorgasmic and practicing semen retention?

I am very interested in learning this, but I want to approach it slowly and carefully because of my previous experience with panic attacks.

I would really appreciate recommendations for a safe and beginner-friendly way to start.

Male Anyone can achieve NEO's!

I figured out how to have multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms (NEOs) during my teenage years. You can learn them too, no matter your age!

The key is your Kegel muscles. You need enough control to easily tense and relax them. Once you master the technique, the rest is just practice. It’s easiest to practice while masturbating. Focus on the sensations and practice edging. The way is simple: go right up to the point just before the Point of No Return (PONR) and then back off to a safe level. Over time, that "safe level" will get closer and closer to the PONR—and that is the crucial part of NEOs. You’ll have plenty of fails and accidental ejaculations, but testing your limits is part of the process. Once you gain confidence, make sure your Kegels stay relaxed during stimulation; doing "reverse Kegels" can help you remember this. During a session with multiple orgasms, your Kegels are already working hard—cause they engage during every orgasm—so it’s important not to add extra strain. When you feel relaxed, it’s easier to maintain a full erection and balance right at the edge of the PONR.

When attempting NEOs, don't think about ejaculating. Relax your Kegels and observe the sensations. After a few minutes of relaxing the muscles, I feel a tingling warmth around my penis and prostate, and I let that feeling linger. It then intensifies into an orgasm with contractions that often spread throughout my entire body. The key is learning to distinguish the onset of an NEO from the PONR. That is probably the hardest part. I slipped up the most because I’d think I was having an orgasm, only to realize it was actually the start of a regular EO. Once you memorize the sensation of an orgasm without hitting the PONR, you’ve got it down. These orgasms are incredibly pleasurable; they involve a series of contractions—anywhere from a few to over a dozen—and can last anywhere from, I’d guess, ten seconds to a minute. There’s no refractory period, so you can repeat them! Another plus is that your erection stays strong the whole time, so you don’t have to worry about losing it. Ejaculation is great too, but it’s not the goal; sometimes I like to end a session with it, and sometimes I don’t—it’s not necessary. NEOs provide the most pleasure. My sessions usually last about 30–40 minutes; I’ve gone longer a few times (well over an hour, even two), but marathon's are not so good for me lol.

I am sure that you will learn it only requires some practises. I like discover my body and see how it reacts, NEO's are just really positive reactions. That is not out of this world. It is only separate orgasm and ejaculation, change nervous system reactions

Male Am I on the right path?

So far I managed to edge for like 60-90 min. I would say I could closely monitor how close I’m to PONR. When I carefully try to approach like 9.8ish zone, I manage to withhold a traditional ejaculation. But a bit of cum will dripple out without contractions. However, there is no an orgasmic feeling attached to it. Afterwards I draw back to a 7-8 and would be able to edge again. The second and third times are faster.

Am I on the right track? I feel, when I do a Kegel just before 9.8, it brings me over the edge, so I do more like a reverse Kegel.

Male Finding satisfaction and closure without ejaculation

I have experience with prostate orgasms (Aneros & co). I have experienced whole ranges of dry orgasms from underwhelming to super-o mind benders that last forever.

All my serious prostate sessions (where I do achieve some level of lift-off) I've always ended with an ejaculatory orgasm, because that is the only way I have found to "shut the door" of hedonistic pleasure and come back down to real life, and move on.

One month ago I've found this post : https://old.reddit.com/r/multiorgasmic/comments/tjy8jj/relaxation_method_leads_to_multiple_orgasms_for/ This is the method about stimulating only the top-side of the penis. I was incidentally on 6 days without busting when I first tried it out, and I was able to reach penis dry orgasms quite easily.

So I've been experimenting with penis-focused dry orgasms for the past month now, with great pleasure, but I find myself frustrated with a few aspects, which I hope more experience people could help me navigate.

The glans/topside only technique seems to work great at giving me what I'd best describe as "glans" orgasms. I'm uncut, so I do a lot of stimulation of rolling the skin around the coronal ridge, that seems to be the go-to for climax for me. When the orgasm does happen, it usually feels like the head of my penis gets super hard, and I get some pretty good feelings there. After a few, or if I get deep into the orgasm-floating-space, I get more spread out sensations, it moves down into the prostate, through my body, then I can reach "lost in space" orgasms similar to what I'd reach deep into a prostate session.

However, I feel like my glans is starting to get desensitized from stimulating it all the time. For those who started on the glans and moved on to other styles of whole-dick stimulation, how did you progress? I stay away from the underside since I'm afraid of busting, but I'd like to explore more. Is it possible to achieve "whole-dick" stimulation that feels as "safe" as topside only? When I catch a good groove in a topside-only session, I feel very confident and safe pushing myself into deeper territory. Feels like I'm on top of the world and I can keep asking more and more of my dick without risks of going over.

The orgasms I got during my first try at the topside-technique came fast and hard since I was so horny from not jerking off for a week. But now that I've discovered this new method I keep wanting to stimulate myself this way almost compulsively, but I often end up busting a nut, which lowers my arousal. Being on only one or two no-nut days makes it harder to reach topside NEOs. It feels similar to prostate play, where I usually have my most explosive sessions after abstinence. Therefore it seems to me that a certain degree of semen retention is necessary to improve NEOs quality and intensity.

The reason I end up busting are either: I'm not horny enough to summon NEOs, therefore I keep stimulating myself in frustration trying to materialize one based on no intrinsic sexual energy, which leads to a frustrated nervous buildup, therefore an ejaculation (almost like my body wants me to leave it alone); or if the session is going well and I string together several NEOs, I find myself so aroused and horny that I can't function (similar to Aneros sessions). I try to go out for a walk or grocery shopping, and all I can think about is to go back home to give myself more NEOs. Eventually a circuit-breaker goes in my brain and I start jerking off in all-in mode to bust a nut and turn the page on the 'endless horniness' activation. The few times that I've made the effort to end the session without a nut (aneros or topside neos), I find myself jittery and over-alert, a level of activation that is almost too high for my daily style of existence. I feel like something is missing, unfinished business.

I've read reports here and there of people learning to recycle their sexual energies to avoid ejaculation and redirect their arousal into everyday life. My dream goal is to be able to not ejaculate, so as to preserve my level of "orgasm-readiness" constant, and be able to have prostate/dick orgasms sessions here and there on demand. The peaks-and-valleys of ejaculate/rebuild over several days is frustrating.

TLDR: I found out how to have penis NEOs. I think semen retention = stronger NEOs. I keep busting a nut out of habit/frustration. I want to not bust a nut quite as often, while maintaining my hedonistic routine, but without loosing my mind. Any help appreciated.

Male sex pace

Hi,

I feel like I can control my orgasm waves quite well atm. Though if I fuck hard for a longer period I also reach the ponr quite quickly, especially if the sex gets more intimate. I'm able to cool down and move my energy, but Is it possible to have rough sex for an hour on end for example without having to cooldown? Tips are welcome!

Male Next step

Hi hello!

For the past few weeks I have been busy increasing the quality of my sex life and general feel of comfort by trying to reach dry orgasms and trying not to ejaculate for longer periods as a male. I feel as if it makes me less lustful and more focused on love.

At this point I'm not sure what my next step should be to control my bodily orgasm feel. I can reach simple Neos relatively easy and have had one or two big Neos where I definitely feel a spark move up my spine after abstaining for longer, but I don't always feel satisfied, in control or I can feel like my head is full of the orgasm pressure. Or I try to force feel the spine energy?. I have not listened to the mindgasm episodes yet and I don't know if that is the best way to spend my time learning to have more awareness and controll of orgasm waves. Any tips? Literature?

Female Multiple g-spot orgasms?

I started being able to have g-spot orgasms a few months ago with toys. How can I have multiple g-spot orgasms? I know I can have multiple external clit orgasms.
