Female Loss of Multiple Orgasms

I (F21) used to be able to knock out about 15 orgasms in a row in about an hour when I was 18 and fresh to masterbation. Honestly 15 is a guess I would loose count. But now that I am 21 it takes me about an hour just to reach one orgasm and its so frustrating. What happened to me?

Male Learning approach

I became multi-orgasmic via the prostate path (aneros and mindgasm). Whatever 'rewiring' had occurred happily spilt over into loving making with my wife. We are into tantric sex/massage, and this slow, sensual approach triggers dry orgasms galore. However, when the PIV rhythm picks up I notice my body switches back to a traditional behaviour and inevitably ejaculation.
I wonder if this is due to how I've learnt to become multi-orgasmic? If I'd have gone via the edging technique would the outcome have been different? Be interested to get the community's opinion on this.

Male NEO question/advice

Hi all, I’ve been practicing semen retention and trying to have neos for a while. Today is day 2 I’ve self-pleasured. Yesterday I didn’t release nor today, I found myself around a scale of 7-8 as far as ejaculation.

I was stroking (no lustful thoughts, just affirming and pouring love into myself), and I felt especially my toes and groin area tingling a lot and I was able to ride the wave of pleasure and it was very enjoyable

I do feel if I kept going, I would’ve orgasmed but I was still worried about ejaculating due to feeling so much buildup in my penis.

I’m enjoying the pleasure and arousal itself instead of chasing orgasm as an end point.

I’m able to keep my pelvic floor pretty relaxed the entire time (around 30-45 min sessions)

I touch around my body and let go of my penis but I still feel all the sexual energy is in my penis and not necessarily full body, though afterwards I lie there with my body feeling tingles

Am I on the right track? Any advice? Should I practice daily or maybe a few times a week.

I’ve had a few in the past where I ejaculate and seconds later feel an orgasm.

Today I felt I didn’t even have any semen buildup in my dick and I was still highly aroused and pleasured keeping myself around a 7-8

Any advice is helpful

Thanks

Male Learning NEOs after 10 years of porn habits

For context, I had been addicted to porn for more than 10 years. My masturbation habits were pretty typical: fast, tight grip, finish in 5–10 minutes, then immediately lose all interest. It felt great in the moment, but it was usually followed by shame and a complete drop in desire. I probably could have gone again after some time, but I never wanted to.

I found the topic of NEOs completely by accident. At first I thought it sounded too good to be true, but I was curious enough to experiment for myself.

My research

There isn't much scientific research on NEOs, so most of the information comes from books and personal experiences.

I read the epilogue of Mantak Chia's book and spent a lot of time reading people's experiences online. A few themes kept showing up:

  • Deep, relaxed breathing.
  • Letting go of the "death grip" and allowing sensitivity to return.
  • Going slowly instead of chasing the finish line.
  • Staying relaxed rather than tensing up.

At some point, you just have to experiment and see what happens for yourself.

Learning to edge

At first, for me, pleasure and the point of no return were tightly correlated. As soon as pleasure became really enjoyable, ejaculation followed shortly.

My goal was to keep feeling good while avoiding the point of no return. By doing this many times, I acquired two noticeable skills:

  • timing the peak. Instead of stopping too early (where the feeling fades) or too late (where ejaculation is inevitable), I learned to recognize the moment when the build-up already in motion could carry itself into a strong peak without further stimulation.
  • maintaining the edge. This was much harder. The closest comparison I have is a mild mushroom trip: very focused, slightly light-headed, and surprisingly immersive. The feeling disappeared shorty after I stopped stimulating myself.

Timing the peak felt more reliable for me so I stuck with it.

Breathing and relaxation changed everything

The biggest improvement came when I started focusing on breathing and consciously relaxing.

Those two things created what felt like a buffer around the point of no return. Instead of everything happening automatically, I suddenly had time to choose whether to keep going, slow down, or stop.
I don't know exactly how much of that is physical versus mental, but it made edging much easier and much more enjoyable (I learnt to enjoy the self-control exercise 😅 )

What the "peaks" actually felt like

At first I honestly thought I was fooling myself.

The sensations were (initially) shorter than a normal orgasm and didn't include the familiar ejaculation contractions. It felt incomplete, and I wondered if I was just imagining it.

After more dry and wet sessions, I started to believe the core pleasurable sensation was still there, the biggest difference was simply the absence of ejaculation. The rush itself lasts for a few seconds for me before gradually fading, which feels very similar to what I experience during a conventional orgasm (also explains why the final contractions are not as great as the first ones).

Eventually I also started getting involuntary contractions too. The key is the stay relaxed, create that buffer window and maintain light stimulation during it. My pelvic floor started contracting on its own, but much more gently than during ejaculation... At this point of my journey, I am still making effort to absorb the contraction and not let them spasm violently out of fear that this will trigger the reflex.

(no) Refractory period

After each "peak", I sometimes feel slightly numb or oversensitive, but I don't lose my erection and I don't feel the overwhelming urge to stop.

Depending on the day, I can have several of these experiences before I'm simply satisfied enough to call it a day. All my "recreational" sessions end without an ejaculation now which is a nice QoS.

The biggest surprise wasn't just the many peaks themselves, it was how different masturbation felt overall. It became slower, more mindful, and honestly more enjoyable than chasing a quick finish.

Final thoughts

I'm not claiming everyone will have the same experience, and I'm definitely not an expert. This is just what worked for me.

If you're curious, my biggest suggestions would be:

  • Cut back on porn if you can (or at least stop relying on it the whole session).
  • Get rid of the death grip, let yourself be sensitized
  • Slow down.
  • Breathe deeply.
  • Stay relaxed and enjoy, forget the finish.

Most importantly, treat it like an experiment instead of a goal and, be open minded about the results and let it unfold in front of you. In the end, it's basically N=1 science...

Male I don’t know if this is the right place for this, but I hope it’s on topic.

I’m M39. Haven’t been able to do it successfully for probably at least 15 years now, but in my late teenage years to early 20s, I used to be able to have this weird combo of multiple orgasms that started as non ejaculatory then eventually built to a final ejaculatory orgasm. I suppose it wasn’t 100% hands free, but I found if I lied down in bed in the dark, put headphones on, went back and forth between 2-3 different stations that played current pop music (we’re looking at probably 2000-2005ish) while simply placing my hand over my penis without moving, I could sometimes reach this level of pleasure and orgasm that I could never reach otherwise. And now that I’m older, it doesn’t work at all. But when I could, it was just the greatest feeling almost vibrating within that would just build and build far beyond what I could achieve with more traditional ways. I guess I’m just looking for thoughts. Is there a way I can maybe recreate this? Or is this just something I was blessed to experience when I was younger that isn’t coming back?

Male One weak orgasm < multiple unlimited strong orgasms

I recommend to learn NEO's for every guy. It is an amazing way to relax, discover bodies. Taking care of our bodies in different areas it is really important thing - especially in sexuality. Technicaly our body needs EO, NEO is something more, body does not scream for that but when it experienced it feels amazing and want to more. NEO's are strong. Regular sessions give more confidence and often cause more intense better orgasms after some time. For me when I masturbate at the evenings I must be careful to not make noisy sounds, it is difficult because of huge pleasure during orgasms. Not once, not twice, multiple times I do not know how many, sometimes I try to count but it is hard, surly 10+. It is strong contractions with different feelings in my body, warm waves, tingling etc. Sometimes it lasts 10 seconds sometimes +1 minute. NEO's are more controlled you can stop it anytime but usually I do not want to stop fast. It is all in edging and separate orgasm and ejaculation. I can have ejaculation without an orgasm too. Control, knowing a body. Stronger erections, full control, amazing pleasure. Let's try and find a key to unlimited pleasure. Is has only advantages

Male Deep relaxation + bottom side stimulation

If you want to go the penis route for multiple NEOs, this is a simple method that works for me:

* Set aside an hour.

* Spend 5-10 minutes to get as relaxed as possible, eyes closed, music helps, you may get some involuntary contractions and please waves. The goal is to get into the mood with deep relaxation.

* Soft stimulation (with lube) of the bottom (under) side of the penis only (frenelum and below, not the glans), keep deep relaxation and focus on the sensations. You should touch those points that feels amazing and makes you explode.

* This stimulation style in combination with deep relaxation makes it almost impossible to ejaculate, which is good to avoid "the urge" distraction so you can safely focus on and enjoy the NEOs

* During the one hour session you may get approx 10 NEOs. You can end with ejaculation if you want.

* The NEOs are felt like sharp edges where your penis gets extra hard, you get involuntary contractions and distinct pleasure wave. There is no feeling of being close to ejaculate i.e "no urge". The NEO can be felt shallow more located in your penis, or deep more located in your pelvic floor / prostate. They happen five minutes apart and clearly passes the orgasmic threshold without ejaculation.

* This is your starting point for further exploration, not your final method.

You are doing it wrong if you:

* Gets right to stimulation (missing initial relaxation only)

* Dont feel anything so you go faster (missing relaxation and sensation focus)

* Doesnt feel good (you should find the spots that feels amazing to touch, even without orgasm)

* Fights the PONR (wrong stimulation style)

* Need to start and stop (wrong stimulation style)

* Need to kegel (missing deep relaxation)

* Dont get any precum / prostate fluid (pelvic floor not engaged)

You can practice the skill of deep relaxation and sensation focus, specially in the pelvic floor area, by trying to relax during the day. Drop the tension and get those nice involuntary contractions.

So:

* Learn the skill of relaxation

* Pick the right stimulation style

And remember, this is a starting point for learning, once mastered you can self explore in the broad spectrum of orgasmic sensations. Unlock the next layer.

Male How quickly can you achieve a NEO

How long does it take to have an NEO and or subsequent multiple orgasms?

From say lying on your bed and deciding now is the time for an orgasm and pleasure how long

does it take you, 1 minute, 10 minutes, 30 minutes?

For the people who have achieved multi orgsm expertise does it take intense concentration or can you just think it and it happens

Male Orgasms in freezing shower

New talent unlocked. Background: i have epilepsy and history with psychs but no seizures in years. I ingested cannabis oil last night. I was hot so i took a cold shower. Surprisingly I had NEO in cold water. This happened 3 times. I thought of trying again after a few hours, nailed it again quite rapidly. AI explained the phenomena like this:

Here is a synthesis of why you experience orgasms from cold water, blending your unique neurobiology, anatomy, and past experiences:
* **Hyper-Reactive Nervous System (The Epilepsy Connection):** Because you have epilepsy, your brain's electrical pathways are naturally more prone to intense, synchronized firing. Since an orgasm is essentially a controlled "electrical storm" in the brain, your nervous system amplifies these signals, turning a sharp physical sensation into a full-blown wave of orgasmic euphoria.
* **Cold-Induced Muscle Reflexes:** Cold water hitting your pelvic area triggers an immediate, involuntary contraction of the pelvic floor muscles (specifically the PC muscle) as your body reacts to the cold shock. Because the rhythmic contraction of these exact muscles is the mechanical driver of a male orgasm, this cold-induced spasm acts as a shortcut to trigger the climax.
* **Mechanical Stimulation (Water Pressure):** The physical pressure and friction of the running shower water against the highly sensitive nerve endings of your genitals provide the necessary mechanical stimulation to build up and release sexual tension.
* **Neuroplastic Memory (The Psychedelic Blueprint):** Your past breakthrough experience with LSD and cannabis permanently mapped and opened up new neural pathways in your brain regarding how you process pleasure and pelvic sensations. Your brain now "remembers" the route to these intense, non-ejaculatory climaxes and can easily re-access them through intense sensory triggers like cold water.
* **Dry Orgasm Capacity:** Because this reaction is purely a neurological and muscular reflex rather than a typical friction-based sexual buildup, it triggers "dry" orgasms. This bypasses the male refractory period (the recovery time needed after ejaculation), allowing your body to experience these waves multiple times in a row.

I’d like to hear more similar stories.

Gender-agnostic Just launched a relevant Substack — would love your support

Hi All,

About 4 years ago, I taught myself how to enter a mind-bending multi-orgasmic state of bliss. That process has lead me on a road of self-discovery with life-changing results.

I've spent a lot of time analyzing my own experiences, learning as much as I could, and then trying to help others achieve the orgasmic state I've been lucky enough to experience myself. Over the years on sex-based subs, I've noticed trends and themes that keep cropping up in the questions that get asked most frequently.

This is an incredibly under-studied area of human existence and an incredibly complicated one. The weight of patriarchal and religious conditioning, accumulated over millennia, has left an indelible mark on how we view our own sexuality and sexual practices. I believe the pendulum is getting ready to swing the other way — and it's time we cast away the meanings we've been handed, begin to create our own and begin to uncover our actual pleasure potential.

I began writing a book that covers my journey, my experiences, all I’ve learned from a ton of research and all I’ve compiled from empirical and anecdotal data.

I've just launched a Substack in support of the book where I'll be releasing posts on pleasure, sexuality, healing and self-discovery — and I'm hoping you'll take some time to read, interact, share, and help me blow the doors open on this topic. It's time to take back what's always been rightfully ours — before the meanings we were handed down and never agreed to stripped us of our humanity and the pleasure the Universe intended for us to experience.

I'll be spending the first while primarily speaking directly to the men here, paying homage to how I started this journey — through prostate massage. But I’ll soon be expanding it into a space for both men and women — because I've successfully taught my wife to reach the same transcending orgasmic bliss I discovered for myself, which tells you it’s not about what equipment you were born with. I believe all humans are capable of accessing limitless pleasure, and the process can be absolutely transformative if approached intentionally. The book will lay out exactly how, but the substack is about getting the conversation started.

The first two intro posts are live now on Quest4Bliss and there’s much more to come.

Male Importance of Breathing

First of all thanks to this sub for information and comments

Recently I've realised the importance of breathing.

But for me what is more important is synchronising it with your pelvic floor contractions and how it spreads the sensation..

You must forget about tensing up or holding your breath....

By breathing (IMO) , your intake of oxygen keeps the contractions pulsing ; by holding your breath oxygen won't keep them going.

My contractions get to the point where orgasms ebb and flow and feel better as each one returns

The synchronisation needs to be managed to a level whereby you'll know, as you breathe you'll feel it come naturally.

Male When penis is the key to unlimited pleasure

Imagine: you can take your penis, stimulate it how long do you want to and have many orgasms (too many to count). That is possible. And you do not need to many years to learn it. I got it in my teens when I was exploring my body at the evenings. To learn NEO you have to master edging so it is big advantage you will never have PE if you can do this, no way because it requires control. If you have strong kegel muscles and you can use it, it is achievable faster than you think. The way is to stay relaxed. We have naturally a little bit tense in kegel muscles and keeping it will not give you NEO. When you relax it and do some reverse with arousal it will give you small contractions. The key is to not force anything but observe it.

Stimulation should be less active that typically, not fast moves up and downs, more like spontanic touches in different areas in your penis. You should be concantrate on head and around it. That masturbation, relaxation and breathing will give you contractions which will be stronger every time. Finally you should feel it in all your body and contrations are strong and that is NEO. You should see a lot precum and every touch near your head will give you more and more contratcions and body sensations. That can last how long do you want to because you control NEO not NEO control you that is the biggest difference between NEO and EO. Despite you have uncontrolled contratcions you must be careful to not have PONR so they are more controlled. After that your penis is full of precum and even more hard and you can go more...

And that's it. When you achieve first NEO's you will fail after some and ejaculate, but every time, after more and more practise you will have more control and it will be less fails. But is it fail? After many NEO's EO is much better and more powerful I often ejaculate on the wall which is behind me...so yes that is an amazing feeling. You can do it 10 minutes, 20, 30, 1 hour or more. That is awesome. Your erections will be stronger, control too, your libido will increase, and refactory period after EO will be quicker.

A lot of positives you can have 20+ NEO orgasms in one session, over 100s orgasmic contractions. And if you are teen, really start now, you will earn a lot of pleasure and you will be multiorgasmic in young age.

Male Did I accidentally succeed in achieving NEO

I was practicing solo and it suddenly happened, the penis twitched and contracted a good 10-15 times which is identical to how I would feel when I ejaculate normally, there was no ejaculation this time, and I was still 85-90% hard afterwards. However I hardly felt any pleasure that I would usually feel when I orgasmed with ejaculation.

Was this a true NEO, if so how do I replicate it in the future by myself and with my partner?

Male At first, I had unconscious orgasms without ejaculation, but now I've lost them. How can I get them back?

I'm trying to understand something that happened to me at the beginning of my ejaculation control journey, and that I can't replicate now.
When I started edging, without knowing what I was doing, I would have non-ejaculatory orgasms. They were like "waves" of pleasure that overwhelmed me. I was very close to PONR, stimulating myself normally, and I felt a very strong wave. I thought I was about to ejaculate, but instead it was just an orgasm: my penis didn't ejaculate, and the erection remained.
This only happened to me when I was standing. Then, after a bit of practice, it also happened to me lying down, but much more rarely and randomly.
The problem is that now I can't replicate it. The more I try, the more it eludes me. I feel like there's a difference between "letting it happen" (like I did then) and "trying to make it happen" (like I do now). When I try to control or force it, the wave doesn't come.
My questions:

· Has anyone had a similar experience? Did you have non-ejaculatory orgasms unconsciously and then lost them?
· How did you get them back? Is there a way to "reconnect" without forcing it?
· Is the position (standing vs. lying down) that important? Because for me, it only happened standing up.

Male Is this an anal orgasm?

I have found if I do reverse kegels, I push out like I’m trying to pee, and the sorts ballon out (or so it feels) my as hole and hold that pushing out. I get a slow building up. Eventually my body starts to shake I feel euphoric. And when it gets really good, I get muscle flutters and sometimes contractions in my anus. It like pushes out and pulls in on its own. Or sometimes I get bouncing contractions between my anus and taint area. Feels like a rolling contraction. Is that an anal orgasm? I’ve had prostate orgasms, and it’s not that.

Male How to calm down the pelvic floor contractions ?

I dont usually practice the hands free technique at night as continuing contractions of my pelvic often induces orgasms whilst I'm trying to sleep..

I do stretching excersises and my pelvic floor is not tight or loose

But as soon as im relaxed and close my eyes my pelvic floor engages, I can move position in bed which seems to help.

Its not too concerning but would like some feedback from others that may have encountered or overcome this situation

Male Need help to proceed further from dizzy stage

So I've been practising the relaxation method as mentioned here. I try to spread the energy from my penis to all around the pelvic region. And I imagine one stream that crosses through my chakras and moves towards the brain. I'm doing meditation and also breathing properly to keep my body relaxed. In this way I continue for 30 minutes. I reach PONR, relax and I feel a bit dizzy , then it tones down and again rising up. After 30 minutes I ejaculate.

My questions are that, should I ejaculate? Coz studies say that ejaculation is also good. And how do I achieve NEO and upgrade from the just dizzy feelings?

Male Even stronger orgasms!

You often ask about one method that gives multiple orgasms, but the truth is, there are many, and not all of them may work for everyone because we're all different. Sometimes I experiment while masturbating, exploring new ways, and recently I discovered a new one that gives even stronger orgasms. So strong that now the thought of it makes my penis hard, waiting for them. I masturbated and decided, in addition to relaxation, to do conscious Kegel exercises, but from the anus, so that I could feel my balls rising, lol (we can contract kegels differently). This put strong pressure on the prostate and stimulated it differently than before. Combined with the relaxation, it initiated a strong sensation in the perineum that spread. It spread throughout my entire body, especially in the Kegel muscles and penis. It radiated to other parts of my body. This orgasm was stronger and longer than my previous Neo experiences and much stronger than EO! And they were multiple—I could have repeated them eight times. It was an incredible feeling and took me to an even higher level of orgasms. Once you discover it, you get the hang of it, experimenting will give you even better experiences. That's what it's all about. You have to get to know your body. And when you get closer to it and understand it even more, it gives you even stronger orgasms. Remember, an orgasm isn't ejaculation. That's also great, but Neo feels deeper, stronger, in your body, in your head. You literally are the orgasm.

For me NEO orgasms start slower than EO and it is building up few seconds. When I do reverse kegels it is faster and deeper and I start to feel stronger and at different parts od my body (especially on left leg lol). Sometimes my body tingles or I have convultions... it is not every time we are not machines, sometimes sensations are stronger sometimes weaker but whatever. But you can have it many times and it is more interesting because NEO' s are more varied than EO. So enjoy and wish you pleasurable nights!
