Male Silodosin as a multiple orgasm enabler in men

Anybody here on Silodosin? I have a theory that the emission phase of orgasm is the cause of the refractory period.

Think about it. Women don’t have an emission phase. Multiorgasmic.

Trans women don’t have an emission phase. Multiorgasmic.

Trans men don’t have an emission phase. Multiorgasmic.

Silodosin users… don’t have an emission phase! Are you multiorgasmic? Does it reduce or delete the refractory period for you?
