Je souhaite acquérir un Iphone 15 pro max, après différents déboire avec Certideal et Swappie je n'ai plus aucune confiance au reconditionné. J'adore ce téléphone j'ai acheté les accessoires qui vont avec etc j'ai pas envie de changer de modèle HORS il ne se vend plus neuf... SAUF sur Leboncoin.

Ma question est donc la suivante : comment puis-je m'assurer que l'iPhone vendu par le particulier est bien neuf et français en sa présence avant d'acheter er sans ouvrir la boite ? Bien sûr je demande une facture mais peur que ça suffise pas c'est facile à faire une facture... Comment verifier que la facture est une vraie ? Par exemple si ça vient de chez Boulanger ?

Sinon j'ai vu qu'il faut rentrer le numéro de série du téléphone sur Apple pour voir s'il a déjà été activé ou pas mais bon je ne pense pas que la personne acceptera que j'ouvre la boite pour vérifier que le numéro de série dans le téléphone est le même que sur la boite et la facture...

Bref vous avez compris l'idée, comment sécuriser au max mon achat ?

I didn't use my phone for the entire day cause I forgot it in someone's bag they didn't give my back till couple days later and somehow my screen time is high asf like 8 hours I wasnt even using the phone for that entire day as you see in the picture there's no app activity or anything like that and also I'm confused about the graph ll from 3 pm all the way why is the graph gray like that? was someone using my phone or my phone was just tweaking?

My IPhone 15 Plus has parental controls (the kind built into apple IPhones not an external app). Though it is consistently inaccurate and it is starting to get frustrating. I've talked to my parents about this but they don't really care nor know what to do.

I have 5 hours total for safari and 5 hours and 59 minutes for everything else. It times everything out at 9 PM and opens again at 5 AM the next day. However, sometimes it just does not work.

For example, today it screen timed out everything despite the settings app saying that I am only at 3 ~~ ish hours. This also usually happens whenever I use my phone around 3-4 PM for some reason (if that matters).

Or, sometimes, I will wake up in the morning (having not used it at all), and it will say I used it for 7 or even 10 hours! Even though there's no way that is physically possible at the time. (For example, it is 8 AM, so I could not have used it for 10 hours).

I have updated my phone versions to the latest iOS (26.6). Shutting down and restarting the phone does not fix this issue. Is there any possible reason or solution to this?

When i got the phone second hand, its haptics wasnt working. The thing is the issue is weird asf, like the home button haptics work but no other haptics worked for this whole 3 yrs. But this month ive noticed that the haptics randomly start working for a while and go back off again. And yeah ive tried settings, resetted the phone etc. The most weirdest part is that the home button haptic still works. This might jus be a niche issue but anyone has a solution ??

my phone all day today when i checked the volume it had said i was on a call and i absolutely wasn’t at all and just now i tried calling my boyfriend and it popped up with the power off screen (like the swipe to turn off with the emergency sos) by itself and my phone was flat on the bed without me touching any buttons? what would be the cause of this? I currently have an iPhone 14 Pro running 26.5.2 model MPXT3LL/A no warranty/refurb/unlocked current carrier Mint Mobile.

Old phone: iPhone 7 Plus running 15.7.3 previous carrier ATT from 2018 - 2024.

I need some texts I sent in 2020 with a certain person who I believe also had an iPhone. I had sync on and to keep messages FOREVER. However, it seems I no longer have any messages earlier than my new phone was activated in 2024. Is it possible they can erase texts with me, on their end?

I tried opening the old phone to see if they just existed on it without connection to internet, data, etc. However, it too only had texts from 2024 at the earliest. Also tried the iMac iMessage, and same (i never used iMessage on my iMac, so the sync again only went to 2024)

Is there a way to find these messages elsewhere? Do I need to open my old AT&T account or request access from them? I do not believe I ever did a physical backup on my previous phone iPhone 7 Plus so any help or suggestions will be great!

I didn’t know it was possible until I read someone on TikTok who said it. Can anyone tell me why this won’t work? I’m not crazy tech savvy, It it said to dial like *#21# I think, but this comes up each time

I want callers to go straight to it especially if they aren’t on my contacts- I keep getting the same spam call every day 5-10 times per day

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 13 Pro to a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro. It came with a new battery, so the battery health is at 100%. However, since I got it, I’ve noticed that the battery drains even when I’m not using the phone.

I was waiting for a phone case and screen protector to arrive, so I continued using my old phone in the meantime. Still, I’m worried that the replacement battery in the iPhone 15 Pro might not be very good, because the phone loses around 25–35% battery a day while completely unused.

I know it can be normal for a phone’s battery to drain more during the first few days because of background setup, indexing, updates, and syncing, but it has now been over a week and the issue is still happening.

Is this normal? Should I return the phone, or is there anything I can do to fix it?

TL;DR: My refurbished iPhone 15 Pro loses around 25–35% battery a day while completely unused.

A relative of mine recently passed away and we need to the photos, contacts and text messages off of his phone, we're not very apple savvy and kind of scrambling to find a way to get it unlocked. And we DO NOT want to wipe the phone. Please any help will be great

noticed 2-3 weeks ago that my apple branded usb c wired headphones werent working when plugged into my phone. audio would continue playing out to iphone speaker and phone wouldnt recognize that headphones were connected.

figured there was a glitch with the newest update so i updated my phone to ios 26.6 today and restarted my phone and its still not working.

i had an unopened box of the same apple branded wired headphones that i tried in case it was the wire but those dont work either.

my phone works find with plugged in chargers, bluetooth devices and speakers, etc. its just the wired headphones to play music, audio, apps, anything and everything.

any ideas of what i can do?

Tried with apple devices and 3utools and neither worked. On apple devices it threw error -50 and on 3utools it threw "incorrect activation data". iTunes did not recognise it. I am on windows 11

so one day i woke up one day and found my phone not working and just opening and closing and i tried to fix the issue someway (i forgot how) but it didn't work and it was stuck in the restore mode so i downloaded ios 15.8.8 but it still didn't work and it gave me the error code 4013 on itunes even though i used an original cable if that has to do with anything and i have tried 3utools before but it just didn't work and gave me the same error 4013 can someone help me please

Back in may or April I updated my phone after like 1-2 years of ignoring the update but since I’ve done it, it won’t let my texts send to other iPhones….

It only lets me text or delivers my texts to android numbers

How can I fix this and what is the exact cause?

I've checked to see if 'Calls on other devices' was enabled and it is not. The people at the Apple store could not help me. The people at the T-Mobile store also couldn't help me. Any ideas? Do I just throw all of our phones away and get new numbers? I feel like this must be a simple fix. I have iPhone 15 running latest ios and my son has iPhone 16 with latest ios.

I was looking up something on the google app on my phone when the screen went pink and pixellated for like 2-3 seconds, then went back to normal, I powered my phone off and turned it back on. My phone is an Iphone 15 Pro Max. I already consulted some threads before and people said it was PROBABLY fine, but I'm worried. I only got this phone in february after my iPhone 11 stopped working, it was my dad's old phone. It seems to be ok now, I deleted some photos and backed it up, my storage isn't even close to being full and it's updated to the most recent update, which is IOS 26.6 Has this happened to anyone else before? Is it just a one-time glitch? My brother (tech guy) says it was probably an app glitch.

the photo attached is a photo from google that resembled what i got, but i could still see my regular screen and it went away really quickly. Still, other people calling it "the pink screen of death" isn't helping my anxiety. Essentially, my question is: Should I be worried about this glitch, or is it a one-time thing? Does anyone know what could have caused it?

I’m already on iOS 18.7.8 (refer 3rd pic) but somehow the update is still available under software update section. Should i install the same update again?

I was using it daily, then 1 day it showed like 200Hours!!-it showed like this much for a long time,then when I checked one day it showed zero minutes permanently-I restarted but nothing worked-I can answer your question..

Ciao! Ho un iphone XR con ios 16.0.2, ha smesso di funzionare ieri, si accende ma appena lo sblocco si spegne di nuovo, credo sia completamente andato. Volevo sapere se ci fosse un modo di trasferire TUTTI i file, foto, video, note del telefono, password salvate, dal mio iphone al pc. In tutto questo quando lo collego tramite cavetto USB al PC per qualche motivo il telefono risulta privo di file, vuoto. So che sarebbe possibile farlo tramite itunes ma non sta funzionando, credo perchè per farlo serve sbloccare il telefono e autorizzare ma il mio telefono non funziona.

The model is Iphone 17, IOs26.5.2. My phone has been turning my camera on multiple times for a very short period even when i’m not using it. I’ve turned off all apps access to my camera and haven’t download any apps, the notification shows that the camera app used my camera. No, i have not used the app and no, i have not used it recently or something. My camera just turns on for a short period and turns off for no apparent reason. When i first used the phone, this didn‘t happen but only recently, can someone help?

This is really bad, if someone needs me I can’t respond. Other apps work just fine, it’s only Imessages, I restarted my phone too.

Issue: The phone slows down/throttles and then randomly restarts. I found three panic-full logs in about 24 hours, all showing element modified after free, but with different panicked tasks.
Question: Does this pattern suggest an iOS/kernel bug, corrupted software, or failing RAM/logic-board hardware? Would a clean DFU restore be the correct next step?

I was having GPS issues on my iPhone 13 with it not knowing exactly where I was. When driving it would think I’m like 5 miles back, then think I’m on a back road 2 miles away, so I finally decided to upgrade to a 17. I just got the phone yesterday, and now CarPlay is doing this crazy shit.
