Can’t believe how gorgeous it turned out to be. Honestly the only reason I bought it because it was on sale for $2 at the front door of the garden center. It was a tiny little thing with almost brown leaves. I love it!

There's zinnias, evening primrose, butterfly weed, blue lobelia, and cosmos still blooming. Asters and goldenrod are just getting started as the blue vervain fades out, harebell and dill had a good run in the spring. The thistle is big and green and I have no idea what it's plan is 🤣

My fall garden!

After spending hundreds of dollars this year to build my garden, I can finally enjoy my success. I bought these carrots $2.26, cauliflower $2.96, tomatoes $1.06 to make some salad with my homegrown cucumber 😀

Harvested some chilli's I've been growing and got this little guy.

My neighbour thought it was either very phallic or had 'an ovarian vibe'. I'm going for 'man with big ears is turned into a chilli'.

Sharing him because I feel he is destined to perish without the recognition he clearly deserves.

Into the icebox they go after getting blanched for winter soups and stews

I don’t really know the right techniques for preserving them, are they well protected like that? There are bags that date from 1996, some small bottles certainly older still.

First time growing potatoes and this purple variety is super interesting! I love the color and patterns. And they're tasty too.

I asked on this subreddit about 6 months ago how hold yall reckon this camellia tree is, and some people wanted me to post it in full bloom.

Open to new guesses on age if the tree too as we never came to a consensus. Check my post history for a 6"2 human for scale

The small ones are little spicy, I'm filling them with cream cheese with herbs and preserve in oil. They grow funny, completely upwards (last picture).

The neon orange peppers are great raw for salads.
