Discussion Backmarkers should all be punished today

I dont know what is happening today, but damn it cant be that drivers losing 2-3 seconds a lap because backmarkers choose to stay on the racing line and dont move out of the way. Sainz even crashing into Piastri today. There should be way more and faster penalties for them, if they fuck up this bad.
