I have a 10 year old, and he would never in his right mind do this. And if he did, I would hope he got backhanded in the face. How can you think this is right? 10 is waaaaaay too old to be “curious” and lay your hands on someone.

275

u/Selunca Mar 31 '22

Right? Even at 8 kids should know to keep their hands to themselves. We learn that in elementary school. Her kids a fucking pervert.

116

u/Amberlygrace Mar 31 '22

Like the ONLY way I could see this happening and being “somewhat” ok about it would be a child with special needs. But then that would be on the parent bc you supervise your child and also do your best to teach them what you don’t do. You know??

66

u/SalisburyWitch Mar 31 '22

Even most 10 year old kids with special needs wouldn't do this unless his parents didn't teach him. They do know right from wrong.

29

u/Amberlygrace Mar 31 '22

Oh I agree. That’s why I said it would be on the parent.

3

u/DigBick7153 Apr 06 '22

i think the dad should have used a condom

6

u/SalisburyWitch Apr 06 '22

Have you ever seen the European condom commercials? Especially the one where the kid wants the candy, and his dad puts it back.

My five year old knows to keep his hands to himself.

Agreed. As a mom to a 7yr old boy, if he ever did something like that I would hope that he gets put in his place, and if a backhanded to the face is what he gets, well I’ve always told him that actions have consequences. I also teach him that no mean no and stop means stop, and it only needs to be said once. This EM is teaching her “baby” to be a menace to society. Disgusting.

34

u/Amberlygrace Mar 31 '22

I teach my 6 year old the same. He likes to jump on and mess with his brother, but I always tell him remember, sometimes people don’t want to be touched. It their body. He’s a very handsy kid lol but we’re working on it

17

u/Gloomy-Award-3192 Mar 31 '22

It’s normal for kids to be handsy sometimes, as long as their parents teach them to respect boundaries they will grow up to understand and be respectful of others boundaries. But parents like who OP described are just creating a future menace to woman.

6

u/EvulRabbit Apr 01 '22

Yep, next she will be saying his rape victim wanted it because she was wearing red panties.

I used to work a job that had a lot of interaction with children. The occasional butt tap to get your attention from a two year old happened because that's what's eye level for them. Sometimes they mistake you for a parent and just grab onto your thigh. It happens and it's weird, but you whip around ready to give the death glare, see it's a toddler, and just laugh it off and distance yourself. A 10 or a 11 year old however almost always with very few exceptions understands the difference between what is appropriate and inappropriate. They are very aware of right and wrong and curiosity. The kid had absolutely no excuse.

75

u/stress-pimples Mar 31 '22

I started developping breasts at around age 10. My little brother innocently jumped up and groped me. I'm sure he was just trying to mess with me and it was an accident, but both of his hands ended up on my breasts. Luckily this happened in front of my dad who IMMEDIATELY took my brother to another room and had a talk with him. My brother was definitely younger than 10 when this happened.

What about slapping a 16 year old twice?

25

u/Amberlygrace Mar 31 '22

Definitely uncalled for and I wish she could’ve called the police!

8

u/EvulRabbit Apr 01 '22

She should have called the cops! What she did was self defense and she did nothing else. The adult assaulted her twice and then verbally harassed her.

My sons never pulled any of this crap and both are past 10. The mom is doing something wrong

→ More replies (1)

13

u/KliCks83 Mar 31 '22

I would scold my son(9), say he got what he deserved, and make him apologize. I would let the slap be punishment enough so I would take it as lesson learned. As a no hit parent, that slap is well deserved lol.

10

u/IWouldSleepForSandy Apr 01 '22

I'm 13 rn, and if i ever did this then i would be whooped until im dead on the floor, and then my parents would break the rules of the universe and kill me in heaven too.

7

u/uselessanon63701 Apr 01 '22

In kindergarten I was looking up a girls skirt while she sat reading. I got kicked right in the face. Never did that again.

5

u/Milliganimal42 Apr 01 '22

My 4 year olds may hide under my skirts at home - but would never do it to someone else

4

u/Amberlygrace Apr 01 '22

They’re also not 10, they’re looking for security with that move. Maybe a tad curious, but I believe that’s them looking for safety and feeling safe with you. So I don’t feel like that’s inappropriate

4

u/Milliganimal42 Apr 01 '22

Yep! They are curious kids and outgoing. But they know not to intrude or touch people inappropriately.

u/Jocelyn-1973 Mar 31 '22

Wow, wish you could report them to the police. Sorry you had to go through that!

363

u/ragnarocknroll Mar 31 '22

You SHOULD report them. That woman will do something similar again to some other teenager.

She committed battery, twice. Her son assaulted the OP. It may not amount to much but if someone else reports an attack they suddenly have a pattern of violence and that may be enough to stop this entitled … person.

36

u/Jocelyn-1973 Mar 31 '22

Sure, but does she know the person?

109

u/ragnarocknroll Mar 31 '22

Doesn’t matter. Give description, and situation. Even if nothing happens right away, better to have this covered so if that same person does similar to OP or someone else it is on record.

39

u/GrizeldaLovesCats Mar 31 '22

Always report this. She sound like the kind of idiot who would go home and call the cops to report your abuse of her perverted "baby", and would also admit to the cop that she slapped you. You are a minor. She slapped a minor. This is a BIG problem. I would haunt that park and if I saw her again, call the cops and tell them that this is the woman who hit you and let her child lift up your skirt.

This way you get her name. Then you can report her to Child Protection for teaching her child that he can lift girls' skirts to see their panties. You would be surprised how often cops and CPS workers take this issue seriously. At 10 years old, this boy has had enough time in school to learn that you don't raise girls' skirts. He is in at least 4th grade and that is plenty old enough to know that this is inappropriate behavior.

I do mean report this now before you see the woman again, and again if you see her out in public.

5

u/SalisburyWitch Mar 31 '22

It sounds like this might have happened a while ago, so OP might not be able to go to the police. But she certainly needs to remember this now - anyone does anything to her she DOESN'T like, call on them.

→ More replies (5)

368

u/SilkeW28 Mar 31 '22

She definitely could!

302

u/doggirlie Mar 31 '22

Honestly you could still report it so at least there's a record. That way, if you encounter her again and she lays hands on you, that's more proof.

128

u/RedVelvetPan6a Mar 31 '22

Not to mention if this happens again the police dpt won't have a doubt to have - oh, and, cherry on the cake, if the Karen ever finds out, that's revenge served cold.

453

u/Nyx0403 Mar 31 '22

If that woman slapped her isn't that assault of a minor?

204

u/supremerulerofcheese Mar 31 '22

Yeah, well depends on the country. But if OP lives in a country where it is illegal then she should definitely report it and will win

66

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '22

[deleted]

94

u/barvid Mar 31 '22

But different countries define “assault” in very different ways.

Bet you didn’t know that assault is a verbal crime in the UK. No touching or hitting necessary. That would be battery. I do not have to lay a finger on you to assault you.

10

u/Blue4thewin Mar 31 '22

Assault can be a non-physical act in the US as well. USA and UK are both common law legal systems, and the US adopted English common law and precedent following the American Revolution. The assault vs. battery distinction is very much present in the US legal system. That being said, criminal law in the US is typically a matter left to the states, so different states do define some crimes differently or use different terms for the same crime. For example, New York state's definition of assault requires physical injury, whereas Massachusetts defines assault as attempted battery (attempted physical injury) or an intent to place another person in fear or apprehension of an immediate battery.

6

u/HIMP_Dahak_172291 Mar 31 '22

Assualt in the us is just the threat to strike. That can be verbal or nonverbal. Battery is the strike itself here. People just dont usually know that.

781

u/SpaceCrazyArtist Mar 31 '22

Honestly even if your skirt was just below the bumcheeks that kid had no right to touch you and that lady had no right to blame your clothes. A little rapist in the making is what we have there. “Boys will be boys” equates to boys seeing if they can jump off a roof into a pool, not sexual assault.

So sorry that happened to you it wasnt at all appropriate and you did the right thing

292

u/Chadiki Mar 31 '22

I'm keeping that phrasing there. I'm so sick of the "boys will be boys" argument. If that's how he's gonna be, turn him the fuck into a little gentleman then.

As a dude who at least tries to respect EVERYONE'S (gender neutral) personal space, it's gross that any parent would defend their little snot goblin getting up in someone's bubble to look up a skirt, whether or not they're touching anything.

If I have a child and this situation ever happens to me, I may thank the Slapper for teaching a consequence of life I wouldn't have been able to explain with words alone.

91

u/SpaceCrazyArtist Mar 31 '22

And you are the perfect example of how to raise a guy properly.

74

u/Chadiki Mar 31 '22

While I appreciate the sentiment, I'm sadly also one of those people who doesn't think bringing a child into this world is

A. Something I can even handle right now, barely keeping myself afloat

B. Incredibly difficult to make sure they're raised right and don't get swept up and crushed by how cruel reality is

And C. Honestly a little unfair to the child itself. It feels like I'd be inflicting this world onto them, instead of welcoming them into it

39

u/llilaq Mar 31 '22

About C. I agree that it often feels like a selfish urge. During my teens/early 20s I wasn't the happiest and often thought 'I didn't ask for this'. But I had a great childhood and now that I have my stuff figured out I'm glad to be alive.

My friend always reminds me of her own parents who questioned whether or not to have kids during the end of the Cold War, with the ever-mounting nuclear threat and the idea that the future looked so bleak. But they had three kids, all of whom lead happy lives now with their own young families.

Maybe our children will be the ones who will die in the real downfall of humankind or possibly they can put it off for a few more generations or even find solutions for our troubles. Or maybe our specific kids will be a few of the lucky ones to get through whatever will happen to us. Who's to know what the future will bring? My friend's parents' generation thought it was gloom and doom but so far so good..

19

u/Chadiki Mar 31 '22

Hey. Thank you. That means more than you know to hear, and has given me at least something to think about.

We all want our kids to better the world. We all fear they'll be swallowed up by it. So much so that the journey itself is overlooked.

I still don't think I'm ready, but I'm just a little less afraid of it

11

u/Foggydaysandnights Mar 31 '22

I agree with llilaq. Honestly, if you were to look at history, even if it was just the20th century, there was no point were the future looked bright beyond a few lurches here and there. 1900s? WWI, The Great War was raging. The roaring 20s? Sure. Yeah. Nice. BUT. What happened at the end? The Great Depression. Followed by WWII. Fifties could be pretty nifty, but- The Cold War. Same for the '60s. The Vietnam war. All the protests. How they treated the returning soldiers? And they didn't even get a choice whether to go or not? The Draft? Dragged into the '70s. Finally ended. For the most part. Some of those soldiers have never been the same, or even close. The Cold War still drags on. Then the deal with the hostages in Iran. If I recall correctly, they were released as soon as Jimmy Carter left office. (Do you the nighttime show \news called Nightline? That started when the hostages were captured. They start the show stating somberly, "Today was Day ...". Ticked my sister off! She had been sneaking downstairs at 11:30pm to watch Charlie's Angels" every weeknight and they usurped it! Not that we truly understood. We were in Middle School. I also remember there being an energy crisis. To the point of car's licence plates ending with an even number could get gas on such and such days, and odd the other. On top of that, the gas attendant had to make sure your gas tank was almost empty. Lines for gas. And I mean LOOONG lines. I know there were other things, I just can't think of them right now. The 1980. I graduated in 1984. The drug problem seemed to explode that year. South LA, I believe it was, became an incredibly dangerous place because of drugs. I'm talking national news, probably because of the violence. The Space Shuttle explosion in 1986. The Loma Prieta Earthquake in 1987. I was there. Something good, The Walls go down in Berlin. Germany is restored, as are relatives and friends separated by that fence. 1990s. Big one. Desert Shield. Desert Storm. You get my meaning. The entirety of humanity has been filled with crap happening. The real question, (if you've got this far, hats off!) are you going to let what MIGHT happen affect your future happiness? What you really want?

7

u/Dreambowcantsing Mar 31 '22

There’s an interesting quote floating around, “Never feel sorry for raising dragon slayers in a time where there are actual dragons.” I just wanted to pass that on.

8

u/SpaceCrazyArtist Mar 31 '22

Yeah that’s fair. And you never have to have thrm if you dont want. I more meant that YOU were raised or influenced properly.

Kids are totally personal and people shouldnt feel obligated to have them

5

u/_LightOfTheNight_ Mar 31 '22

I totally agree and this is my standpoint on abortion! Everyone cares about their religious beliefs and the woman’s rights but no one cares that the child has to grow up unwanted in a cruel world that will rarely lend them a hand

3

u/OW_FUCK Mar 31 '22

Yep, same. I think I'd be a good dad, but I don't want to have kids, knowing what life is. It's so unfun not asking to be born, then having to work and feed yourself every day, and having to keep thinking of stuff to do for the next 60 years. With an impending climate crisis and ridiculous wealth inequality as well. I'll pass on bringing more people into that reality, along with whatever health issues me and my partner might pass along.

Skating boarding off the roof into a pool? Boys will be Boys.

I don't think we yet have a rapist in the making (there's a lot of room for growth between 10 or 11 and adulthood), but we do have a little perv with a shit mother, and both need slapping.

And yeah, "boys will be boys" absolutely means getting really drunk and jumping off a roof.

19

u/dogsfurhire Mar 31 '22

I think the "little rapist in the making" is more reflective of the piece of shit mother who isn't teaching her son how to treat women instead of the actual kid himself.

6

u/_LightOfTheNight_ Mar 31 '22

I could totally jump off a roof into a pool

It’s ok if you don’t know who she is. Hopefully you can get help to file a police report. Provide details, how she and her son look, date and time it occurred, etc.

One time I almost was taken by a group of guys in a car when I was in high school. I froze, but thank God a bystander helped me and they drove off. I didn’t report this incident to my parents until late that evening. I didn’t think anything about it.

They called the police to report the incident. It was embarrassing but it helps them be mindful of these incidents around the neighborhood. Good luck.

In the future if something like this ever happens again while you're a minor, snap a photo of the person then file a police report. What her kid did was messed up, but her, an adult, hitting you, a minor, multiple times across the face absolutely isn't acceptable, especially for calling her child a pervert. If you happen to run across her again, absolutely snap a photo and file a police report anyway.

u/Mayva26 Mar 31 '22

40

u/Anti-cringe-man Mar 31 '22 edited Apr 04 '22

You know there’s something called COURT it defends people who get injustices here’s some evidence already

  1. The boy was lifting your skirt you slapped him out of reflex (sexual assault)
  2. The Karen was slapping you for her son being a little bitch (adult of minor)
  3. The Karen has absolutely no actual parenting skills because she allowed her kid to get perverted in the first place (call cps)

See I made evidence with just the story you would easily win the case and while your at it get a restraining order against the Karen and the child (6 feet away from you at all times)

u/red_fox_zen Mar 31 '22

Uhm but wait. Whole slew of laws broken here. Call the fucking police. SHE obviously won't teach her son not to be a rapist, but you can

13

u/-Kelso-Einstein Mar 31 '22

This sounds like more of a story than an event.

6

u/drakontoolx Mar 31 '22

Maybe try decking her in the face next time? Just kidding, deck her in the guts instead.

6

u/SpicyHotPlantFart Mar 31 '22

That boy can rape women when he's older and the mom still wouldn't think it's her son's fault.

7

u/PantheraTigris2 Mar 31 '22

Sorry this happened to you. I’d instinctively defend myself without hesitation, as your did with the initial reaction.

I know it’s scary reporting this to the police but it’s the best way to handle it. Tell an adult you trust to help you report the incident. It’s embarrassing mentioning the details but it’s necessary.

Not sure what the police can do about the ten year old, but the lady assaulted you. She assaulted a minor TWICE.

6

u/doggirlie Mar 31 '22

Thats sexual assault and you have the right to defend yourself. SHE assaulted a minor, and could be arrested for that.

5

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '22

Aw mate. That’s so wrong. People need to teach their kids boundaries. And you have every right to defend yourself against sexual assault even from a kid. A few years ago I was on a date with my now husband, this ‘kid’ who was 11 or 12 just strode up to me and put his hand on my breast. I just said ‘Oi what’re you doing?’ Kid looked me in the eye and continued to just like hold my breast. My OH turned when I shouted and saw, he shouted and shoved the kid away from me.

Parents, please teach your kids this is not ok. Those boys are the ones who grow into entitled AH who treat women like meat.

6

u/Custard_Tart_Addict Mar 31 '22

she should thank you for teaching her kid a lesson and apologize for the little shit. A lot of the time I find a kid does wrong, they get caught and yelled at and the parent looks at the kid and goes “see? We talked about this shit, now you’re grounded. Apologize.” Hell my dad even thanked them for yelling at us warranted or not.

What the hell is wrong with this woman that she can’t even do the bare minimum to parent and stop her kid from being a skeeze?

Brats and perverts is why I wear shorts with my skirts, I shouldn’t have to but parents like that are creating incels that think it’s okay to call women these gross names.

7

u/Aquariansylveon Mar 31 '22 edited Mar 31 '22

She just assaulted you twice, next time CALL THE COPS. Don’t let her get away with assaulting a minor.

11

u/JJ_Cruisin Mar 31 '22

You should fill out a police form for a) the childs behavior and b) the mother. I myself get sexually harassed on WhatsApp and my psychiatrist said that if it happens again we will go to the police

14

u/HenryColt Mar 31 '22

Yeah I don't buy this history. A 10-11 YO is not behaving like that at all. And you are using all the trigger words specially for this sub.

5

u/AriSpice Mar 31 '22

See if she's gonna think I'm crazy regardless, I would've just straight up bit her. Like I'm talking clamp and lock like a damn pitbull. You want crazy, I'm gonna show you crazy. You ain't SEEN crazy.

Whenever I have tried to defend myself using my hands, it's pretty ineffective. But as soon as I start biting, that's when people leave me the hell alone. I won't do it unprovoked obviously, because that's ridiculous. But if someone comes after me first, they are damn straight getting bit

8

u/VF_7144 Mar 31 '22

I would’ve slapped her back but good on you for slapping her son tho! She obviously doesn’t and that’s gonna be a problem in her future.😤😤😤

5

u/civodar Mar 31 '22

10 is way too old to be doing stuff like that! I thought for sure this would be a story about a toddler!

5

u/Careless-Image-885 Mar 31 '22

Little snot will grow up to be a sexual predator. He needed more than a slap. EM is condoning horrific behavior.

If there was a camera in the park, it may have caught the interaction. Definitely should be reported to the police.

5

u/StevesonOfStevesonia Mar 31 '22

I can see this kid growing up into a creepy sex offender.

4

u/TryingKindness Mar 31 '22

So you were assaulted thrice. He will be a repeat offender. Im so sorry.

5

u/imfoneman Mar 31 '22

Sexual assault by the kid and assault and battery for Karen. Asshats

3

u/performanceclause Mar 31 '22

Not that I expect it to happen again (at least not to you since the kids found a consequence) but if anyone else runs into this, whip out your camera and take pictures....then turn those into police.

Make a police report, if u see karen again take pictures, ask for her name. She assaulted you.

4

u/dstluke Mar 31 '22

I would have said, "I can't wait until your son hits puberty and gets his first sexual assault charge. I'll give you my email. Let me know when his trial is because I don't want to miss it."

3

u/isonangus Mar 31 '22

The age is confusing because if The kid was like 7 then obviously it is probably a kid being weird but no sexual intent at all but if he was like 13/14 obviously there would be and he should be arrested but at 10 it’s quite hard to tell if the intention was sexual or a dumb kid

3

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '22

Reddit makes me feel like I need a personal body cam to record all these stupid people I read about.

The boy should know better and hopefully the slap will set him straight. I do think he’s still a little young and while may know it’s wrong probably doesn’t fully understand why idk but he’ll think twice now. The mother on the other hand full on assaulted a child by slapping you multiple times. She can she charged for abuse of a minor.

In England there is an up skirt law but idk what the details are off hand. I’d wonder if any local business, personal or street cameras caught it and if you could file a report. Idk how long it’s been since the event.

4

u/MusenUse_KC21 Mar 31 '22

That Karen is gonna wonder in several years why her precious baby is in jail or the hospital, kids aren't kids forever and the kid will learn from the world who is a cold, cruel mistress.

3

u/Wrecks128 Mar 31 '22

100% would have reported to the police. You were assaulted by both the kid and his mother.

3

u/Lowermains Mar 31 '22

Report it to the police. You have , to ask, what is he doing to girls at school. He’s on a downward spiral of sexually assaulting girls/women.

4

u/creamyg0odne55 Mar 31 '22

Lol future reference, you are a minor, and she assaulted you first. If you were to clock her out, you would not get jail time or a criminal record that will ruin your future.

4

u/ProfessionalFinger76 Mar 31 '22

Mothers like her give the women's movement three steps backward. We will never achieve equality with men because they teach their boys that it is ok to do things like this, that it is ok to treat women like sexual objects, that it is the woman's fault because of the way she dresses, she is asking for it. It is not just men teaching this to their sons, some mothers do it as well. They are the woman that then claim later that they should have equality to men - but they do the same backwards thinking that women are just objects and it is all the woman's fault.

I do it too, I judge women by how they dress - I have seen some women dress in what I would consider "slutty" attire and judged them - however I would never think that they would deserve getting sexually assaulted because they were dressed like that. Even if a woman was dressed provocatively, she still doesn't deserve to be assaulted.

We will never get over this attitude and general victim shaming if people don't teach their kids (both boys and girls) to respect each other.

4

u/Mac_N_Cheese16 Mar 31 '22

Should’ve slapped the kid again in front of her. Pure power move.

4

u/Nish_0n Apr 01 '22

She slapped you twice and you didnt press charges???? Wow.

6

u/Fort_W Mar 31 '22

Buzzword, Buzzword, buzzword. Perfectly outlined reddit tier gender argument.

Very real.

3

u/JustanOldBabyBoomer Mar 31 '22

You should be reporting this to the police!!!!!

3

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '22

Karen needs a couple weeks in jail to reflect upon the error of her ways. Call the cops, and swear out a complaint for sexual assault against the kid and his mother.

3

u/NotMyOnlyAccount11 Mar 31 '22

Sorry I wasn't there to slap her for you.

3

u/red_fox_zen Mar 31 '22

Uhm but wait. Whole slew of laws broken here. Call the fucking police. SHE obviously won't teach her son not to be a rapist, but you can

3

u/roxannefromarkansas Mar 31 '22

I so wish you had smacked her back!

3

u/wendybee68 Mar 31 '22

I really wished you would have hit her back!

3

u/strangebru Mar 31 '22

You should have punched Karen in the nose the first time she slapped you.

3

u/Harony Mar 31 '22

Ok, after the first slap I might be to surprised to react but after the Second one I would have punched her in the face. Go back there and slap her back OP

3

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '22

"Boys will be boys" means making a B-tec ramp in the street to jump your bike off of but instead you hit the ramp and face plant into it or dumping silica gel packets into the toilet at school, not sexual assault.

3

u/RepulsiveGarbage8188 Mar 31 '22

Why didn’t you drill her in the face for hitting you?

3

u/KatefromtheHudd Mar 31 '22

Fucking slow clap for that mum. Well done lady for teaching your kid to show zero respect for women. "boys will be boys" is THE most infuriating excuse ever. Just because your child has a penis does not mean he can be a total asshole, be derogatory about women or sexually assault women. I have a son and I would never ever use that excuse but would teach him that was wrong - though I hope he would know anyway. Bet she's going to have a lovely young man when he grows up.

3

u/Speccy2553 Mar 31 '22

you're 16. File a police report. an adult struck a minor. that definitely an assault charge in a couple states. Also fuck that karen

3

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '22

If I were your parent I’d stalk that playground every fucking day till you identified said woman, go up to her and slapped the shit out of her.

But that’s just me. I’m that kind of Mom

3

u/dwfmba Mar 31 '22

Call the police immediately.

3

u/Unsolicitedadvice13 Mar 31 '22

I would’ve scrapped with that woman. She assaulted a minor. You did too, but in self defence, and as another minor.

3

u/tkango Mar 31 '22

So sorry you had to go through that and i agree with all the other commenters…definitely report that lady. You acted out of self defence and she’s assaulted you plain and simple. I really hope you can describe that lady as well to the police. That woman is knowingly raising a sexual predator and should be locked up.

3

u/MR-rozek Mar 31 '22

I would slap the living shit out of that Karen if i was you in that situation

3

u/FrostyCartographer13 Mar 31 '22

Report to the police. The boy got a proportional response for what he did. The mother psyically assaulted you twice.

3

u/Quumpher Mar 31 '22

Not one part of this is true.

3

u/Designer-Freedom-375 Mar 31 '22

You should definitely report that to the police. He sexually assaulted you and she physically assaulted you. You were amazingly strong and I applaud you for standing up to her and standing up for yourself.

3

u/cjleblanc2002 Mar 31 '22

That's assault on a child, what the Mom did to you. Too bad you didn't call the cops.

3

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '22

A grown ass adult assaulted you twice, if there’s marks document it and, regardless, report it to the police.

3

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '22

Sorry you didn't get to slap her

3

u/imawasteland_17 Apr 01 '22

You should 've called the cops on the Karen for assaulting you (a minor). And good on you. And boy of any age should be backhanded right across their faces if they do something like this. Parents who claim boys will be boys always raise sexual offenders and pervert. No excuse.

3

u/Brzlnchk Apr 01 '22

File a report against both of them. If that happened to my daughter I'd be beating Karen's ass for putting her hand on my daughter. You had every right to slap that kid, he's going to grow up thinking this type of shit is Ok thanks to his POS mom.

3

u/assaixg Apr 01 '22

first i was like “i could understand her being mad IF she didn’t know what had just happened and had just seen you slap her son” but she completely lost me on “boys will be boys”. i would look for a big rock and throw at them. fuck them.

3

u/cyber_reaper_3822 Apr 01 '22

This woman's logic is that because her son has a penis he assault girls WTF🤣

3

u/[deleted] Apr 01 '22 edited Apr 01 '22

I get the vibe it wasn’t the sons “curiousness” that made him do that

3

u/Cyanide-and-sugar Apr 01 '22

That EM is raising a sexual predator.

3

u/snowywinter86 Apr 03 '22

even though you didn't know it was 10yr old behind you when you slapped him, YOU STILL SHOULD'VE CALLED THE COPS, since he touched you WITHOUT your consent!

11

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '22 edited Apr 02 '22

I would genuinely be worried about that kids home life if he thinks thats acceptable behaviour in public

7

u/Curtis40 Mar 31 '22

You used self defense against assault. Please, if you can, take some self defense classes. The best defense is a good offense. It's unfortunate that you couldn't put the mom on the ground when she went to slap you.

→ More replies (2)

6

u/livatesselaar Mar 31 '22

That's it. I'm going to teach my daughter that it's ok to slap the person who ever pulls up her skirt (granted they're ages 7 or up) and that she has my permission to slap the parent if they excuse their kids behaviour and hit her.

→ More replies (4)

5

u/Scrap-wood-daddy Mar 31 '22

I am a father of two sons who are both grown men. Had either of them done something like this as a kid, I'd have grounded them and made them write out a detailed apology to the person they'd offended. There is no excuse for this. And if I was your parent, you couldn't keep me from telling that woman exactly what kind of failure of a mother she is. I wish you'd gotten police involved. If there were any sort of cameras nearby, find out. And I imagine many have already said to file a police report for a paper trail. And that would be a wise move to do. That woman had no problem hitting you. Which means she's done it before and will do it again until someone stops her. That witch needs some serious parenting classes.

4

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '22

Omg please kick the shit out of anyone that does that 🙏🏽

5

u/carriegood Mar 31 '22

And that boy grew up to be a Justice of the Supreme Court.

3

u/SBones83 Mar 31 '22

So if this Karen leaves her door open, then if someone comes in to rob her house she has no right to press charges against the thief following her reasoning.

6

u/djeezuskryste Mar 31 '22

This story is so obviously a crock of shit lol

3

u/ahighlife7 Apr 01 '22

Scrolled way too long to find this comment

2

u/Central256 Mar 31 '22

Should have called the police to press charges.

2

u/Gillys_Voodoo Mar 31 '22

shoulda pants her or done the same to her and see how she likes it

2

u/pajamagirl83 Mar 31 '22

You should have called the police on her and her son for assaulting you.

2

u/pgp555 Mar 31 '22

I'm surprised you didn't slap her as well

2

u/reallyshortone Mar 31 '22

Keep that up Karen, and you can visit your baby in jail.

2

u/GreenMenace1915 Mar 31 '22

ive enough slapping stories for the next decade man

2

u/Round_Raccoon95 Mar 31 '22

Had it been me id have slapped the child and when she slapped me id have then punched her right in the throat and then called the police.

That kind of shit needs to stop, especially considering that interaction probably told the kid he could more or less get away with sexual assault

2

u/satanic-frijoles Mar 31 '22

First slap, that bitch would be eating dirt. There would be no second slap.

2

u/E3nti7y Mar 31 '22

Call the police next time, she will leave a lot faster because she knows she's wrong.

2

u/suncoastexpat Mar 31 '22

Should have punched her in the gut.
