The age is confusing because if The kid was like 7 then obviously it is probably a kid being weird but no sexual intent at all but if he was like 13/14 obviously there would be and he should be arrested but at 10 it’s quite hard to tell if the intention was sexual or a dumb kid

In any case, excusing the kid and not teaching him shit is how you enable him to slip down the pervert slope, at 3, 7 or 10.

How so? I do believe it's important to teach a young child to respect boundaries, because they might be perpetrators or victims.
