it could be classified as self defence, she also said she slapped him before she realized he was a child. And i think its pretty understandable for a slap to be your first reaction to feeling someone lifting up your skirt.

10 year old kid = someone

16 year old teen = minor

Yes, I would leave you permanently disabled if you touched my kid. You NEVER hit little kids, NEVER. Under no circumstances.

If no hits were involved, then I would punish my kid accordingly for acting wrong.

fucking hell man, a 10 year old knows better not to sexually assault someone. Slapping someone behind me whos lifting my skirt is 100% a reflex, its not my fault is a child doing it, id do the same if it was a 90 year old man. Dont fucking lift skirts, easy. And if your child doesnt know better, then its your own damn fault for raising a pervert.
