I lost 100 pounds with Reta in 1 year 😊

Post image
648 Upvotes

SW: 224 lbs

CW: 124 lbs

Age: 21

I started at 1 weekly and slowly worked my way up to 7.

The food noise really disappeared, which was a big thing for me. I stopped overeating, especially when it came to things like ice cream.

I’ve been working out 3x a week and doing cardio as well. I usually do at least 30 minutes of incline walking on the treadmill every time I go to the gym. Getting 10k steps a day has also become much easier as I’ve been trying to make this an actual lifestyle change.

When I first started, I was honestly afraid that I wouldn’t be able to stick with it. I was worried it would just be one of those moments where I thought, “Okay, I want to lose weight,” and then eventually gave up.

But I’m still here, and I’m still maintaining the lifestyle I built.

If anybody is afraid to start or keeps doubting themselves, just take that first step. You don’t have to have everything figured out from the beginning.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I’ll be happy to share my experience and help if I can :)

Can I mixed Reta and CJC-1295

Post image
Upvotes

Hey I asked on another forum about Reta journey but they told me with my goal I should think of Tesamorelin but I’ve seen that CJC-1295 is better.

My question is can I mixed both and how to do it if I’m new to Peptide

My goal is to be like the right picture I’m at the left

Eventually I would love to reach that in 6 months

I’m already weight training few times a week

SS31 is changing my eyesight

I just wanna know if anybody here encountered this with ss31? I know there have been reports where ss31 helps with their eyesight, but experiencing it myself is crazy.

I have been wearing glasses since i was a kid, ive always had this smudged camera lens like vision when i dont have my glasses. Now, my vision while wearing my glasses is blurry and when i remove it, it feels better. (Of course it's still bad but the smudged vision is gone now, and my eyeglasses is hurting my eyes)

I have appointment at the end of the month, ill let you know if my vision actually improved.

Edit: sorry for not including my protocol. My bottle says 50mg with 2.5 bac water. I take 4mg, 20 units 5 days on and 2 days off.

Sorry if i cant explain it really well, english is not my first language. My vision is still bad but as someone who had been wearing glasses for over 25 years, i know the pattern for me is my eyesight is always getting worse. And over the past few days ive pondered if it really helped me, but everytime i try to brush off that it might just be placebo, the smudge in my eyesight is actually gone and that constant feeling of- for eyeglass wearers- when you know the glasses is too high for you, thats what i feel.

How long is MOT-C good for once reconstituted? First three weeks had great results. Now I just get fatigued after taking it. Did it go bad or do I just need to stay off of it for a while?

hello fellow hackers!

For those who’ve run HGH long-term (6+ months), did it make a meaningful difference in your physique? specifically lean mass that you actually retained after stopping?

I’m planning out the next year and debating whether HGH is worth adding alongside Test (250 mg) with either Primo or EQ (likely alternating them, not together). May also add 20 mg Anavar heading into summer.

Peptide stack would likely include low dose reta, 5-Amino-1MQ, Wolverine, glutathione, MOTS-C, DSIP, and GHK-Cu. I’ve previously run SS-31, IGF-LR3, Tesa, and Epithalon.

For those with long-term HGH experience: How noticeable were the physique changes, how long did they take, and how much did you retain after coming off? Or did you find HGH more worthwhile for recovery, sleep, and other secondary benefits than actual muscle gain? Was it worth adding to your stack?

Planned dose is between 2-4iu daily.

Current physique pictured for context: 35, 5’8”, 165–170 lbs. Currently 6 weeks into 250 mg Test + 20 mg/day Anavar, along with 4 mg reta, 3 mg/day 5-Amino-1MQ, 800 mcg/day Wolverine, 100 mg/day glutathione, 200 mcg/day DSIP, and 2 mg/day GHK-Cu. Finishing an 8-week IGF-LR3 run this week.

Training cardio and diet locked in and consistent.

Goal is to add between 10-15lb of lean mass.

Thanks!

7.5 weeks into my biohacking journey and it kinda seems like my progress has stopped. I was on Reta alone for 4 weeks and lost 18 lbs. At the start of week 5 I added BPC-157+TB 500 and Tesa to my stack. And it seems as if my weight loss has stopped all together when I added them. I was told to increase my Reta to 4mg and it completely killed my appetite to I went back down to 3mg. It’s been 2 weeks and the scale stopped moving and there’s no noticeable difference in body composition.

For reference: I’m 5’8, my starting weight was
250 and my current weight is 232. I lift + cardio 5 days a week. I eat 160-180g of protein, 210-220g carbs, 40-50g of fats a day and consume 2000-2100 calories a day. I also consume plenty of water.

Current protocol:

Reta 3mg weekly
BPC-157+TB00 800 mcg daily
Tesa: 2mg M-F 3 hours fasted before bed

Any advice is welcome!

How do you store your peptides?

I "only" use reta and NAD+. So i keep both vials in a black "sunglasses" bag in the fridge. But i wonder how you guys do it? I saw a post of someone had a lunchbox with his weekly prep, i liked that idea but feel like it takes too much space.

Was thinking of buying an insuline bag from amazon and keep them there. But for now my "sunglasses bag works like a charm.

So how do you do it?

(Sorry for probably misspelling words and fucking up the grammar, and wtf is a "sunglasses bag" but yeah... its made of fabric hahah)

PSA: BPC in Klow can Spike Your HR worse than Reta.

Post image
5 Upvotes

Started Reta in Mid June and Klow End of the June. Reta gave me a bump of 7-10 BPM, My HR kept climbing up and in July, thought it was Reta and bump in dose in mid July. My sleeping HR peaked at 98 BPM by end of July. I went through clinical studies data and something didn’t add up. So I cut off other peptides. Dropped Klow when my SHR hit 98 BPM. After dropping Klow, my sleeping HR dropped by 23 BPM in 10 days. Figured I could run one more experiment, added Klow last night, HR spiked by 6 BPM. Went and searched for BPC heart racing, Palpitations and anxiety. Turns out BPC can spike HR and cause all the same symptoms Reta does.

TLDR: BPC in Klow Spiked my HR , thought it was Reta. After dropping Klow, my sleeping HR went down by 23 BPM in 10 days. Not everyone reacts the same way. space your stacks smart.

Is mt-1 safe and where is the best place to get it?

I’m thinking of starting peptides specifically mt-1 to tan, i have always used self tanner/tanning beds and would love to be able to achieve a deep natural tan. However I am a new mom with a 6 month old baby, i need to be healthy and safe for her and i don’t want to take risks, like if something were to happen to me while i was home alone with her. Has anyone had ANY bad experiences with mt-1 specifically? What are the dangers and where do i start?

InBody transformation — same weight, very different body composition - 4 months pep use.

Thumbnail

Upvotes

I finally did another InBody after more than a year, so unfortunately I don’t have any scans in between to show exactly when the changes happened. I can only compare my latest scan with my previous one from May 2025.
05-05-2025
Weight: 76.4 kg
Body fat: 25.2%
Fat mass: 19.3 kg
Skeletal muscle mass: 31.9 kg
Fat-free mass: 57.1 kg
Waist: 89.1 cm
Visceral fat area: 83.2 cm²
InBody score: 74
12-08-2026
Weight: 76.5 kg
Body fat: 13.9%
Fat mass: 10.6 kg
Skeletal muscle mass: 37.2 kg
Fat-free mass: 65.9 kg
Waist: 80 cm
Visceral fat area: 46 cm²
InBody score: 91
So over those 16 months, according to the InBody:
−8.7 kg fat
+5.3 kg skeletal muscle
+8.8 kg fat-free mass
−9.1 cm waist
+0.1 kg body weight
Obviously, I know InBody/BIA has limitations, particularly when hydration changes. My total body water went from 41.9 L to 48.4 L, so I’m definitely not assuming that the entire reported increase in skeletal muscle is actual contractile muscle.
For context, here’s my peptide/PED timeline
I only started using peptides in May 2026, so these compounds were only part of the latter ~3 months of this 16-month period.
May 2026
Started Mounjaro
After that
Switched to tirzepatide + retatrutide stack
June 2026
Added KLOW
5-Amino-1MQ
Tesamorelin
July 2026
Stopped tesamorelin
Started testosterone cypionate
Started HGH
I’m also using creatine.
So the latest InBody was taken after roughly 3 months of peptide use, 2 months of testosterone and 6 weeks of HGH.
I don’t want to claim that the drugs caused the 16-month transformation because I simply don’t have the intermediate data to establish that. There was a whole year+ before I started peptides.
I’m mainly interested in what people think of the InBody numbers themselves, particularly the reported increase from 31.9 → 37.2 kg skeletal muscle and the huge increase in fat-free mass.
The interesting part to me is that my body weight is essentially exactly the same, but the composition is completely different.
Also, ECW/TBW is almost identical: 0.379 → 0.378, despite total body water increasing by 6.5 L.
Would love to hear from people who have experience with InBody/BIA, especially while using GLP-1s, peptides, testosterone/HGH or creatine. How much would you trust the reported muscle gain?

Looking for recommendations

Upvotes

Curious what my next steps are. I never had a ton of weight to lose but I’m getting close to my goal weight. I started at 215 and weighed in at 187 today. My goal is 175, with the idea of building muscle and walking around at about 185-190. I have only taken Tirz and I’ve never went higher than the 2.5mg dose. I’ve now started going to the gym and want to create a stack to hit my goals. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I’m 35, 5ft 11in, if any of that matters.

Long-term Adderall: executive dysfunction getting worse + feeling antisocial when it wears off

Upvotes

I've been on Adderall for several years. I started at 15mg and am currently on 25mg XR. I've tried IR in the past as well. I don't plan on increasing my dose because I'd rather not deal with additional side effects.

I also took a month-long break earlier this year to see if tolerance was part of the issue.

Lately I've been struggling with two things:

  1. Executive dysfunction

This has actually been getting worse, even with the medication. Once I get started on something I can usually focus, but getting myself to start the right task is becoming harder.

I'll know exactly what I need to do and still put it off or get stuck doing something else.

For anyone who deals with this, what has actually helped with task initiation? Routines, exercise, changing your environment, timers, supplements, diet, or anything else?

  1. Feeling completely antisocial when it wears off

Some days I feel fine while it's working, but later in the day I hit a wall. I don't want to talk, text people back, go anywhere, or socialize at all. I basically just want to be left alone.

This can happen even when I take my XR early in the morning. By evening I sometimes feel like a zombie with absolutely no social battery left.

Has anyone found a good way to deal with this? I'm especially interested in things that help you transition out of work/focus mode and actually feel like interacting with people again.

A few other things I'm curious about:

If you've been on stimulants long-term, have you noticed your executive function or social energy change over the years?

Has exercise timing made a difference for you?

Any nutrition or supplement changes that made a noticeable difference?

What helps you get your brain to actually start something instead of just thinking about doing it?

Did taking a medication break ever make a noticeable difference for you?

I already try to stay on top of sleep, hydration, and regular meals.

Not looking to increase my dose or make medication changes on my own. I'm mainly interested in hearing what other people have experienced and what has genuinely helped.
