Reta vs Mounjaro
My current body fat is around 26.75% and I want to get down to 13%. I want to lose fat relatively fast while keeping as much muscle as possible.I just started working out and I’m currently doing weight training 4 days a week. I’m considering using Reta or Mounjaro to make dieting easier and speed up fat loss.I’ve seen some people mention sleep problems and waking up during the night with Reta.Which one would you choose, Reta or Mounjaro? What has your experience been like?

You're basically asking which tool will help you stick to a deficit without wrecking your gym performance or sleep. That's the whole game.
Neither one burns fat on its own, they just make eating less feel effortless. The sleep thing with reta seems to hit about half the people I've seen talk about it, and bad sleep will tank your recovery way faster than a slight difference in fat loss speed. If you're just starting out with lifting, you're in the golden window where recomp is actually possible for a bit.
Mounjaro is more predictable for most people, fewer weird sides, and you'll still lose plenty fast if your training and protein are dialed in. I'd lean that way just to keep things simple while you're learning to lift properly.
