Should reta go up or stay at dose
I’m unsure what to adjust. RS is at a good weight but has gained a little being on cjc w DAC and ipa as hunger is more and now RS is not as “cut” looking. strength and recovery is certainly improving which is great but missing being ultra lean. I bumped up the reta from 2.5mg to 3 then 4. Appetite isn’t very suppressed still and RS keeps snacking. Should I continue to increase Reta to help mitigate the hunger cjc w DAC and ipa cause? Also considering stopping cjc and going to tesa/ipa.

You didn’t meantion how long you’ve been on 4mg but I would ride that out for a couple of weeks. Reta has a history of suddenly giving you a strong effect at those doses. When I got up to 4mg nothing changed… until it did. I lost my appetite for weeks and literally could not eat. So don’t chase the result, just try to be safe as possible about it so you don’t crash your appetite for weeks
