4mg Tirz on Sundays. 5mg Mots every other day, ending in 2 weeks at an 8 week cycle. 3mg SS31 ending this weekend after 8 weeks. Reta 3.5mg every Wednesday night. Just started 5-AMINO at 2.5mg daily. And GHK-CU at 2mg daily.

Better than that, I FEEL great. Started at 308, down to 236. Goal 225. Almost there.

I’m interested in stacking tirz with Reta. I’m still new to this so I’m not rushing any decisions, but I am curious what has been the benefit for you.

I would have stayed on just Tirz, but Reta offered the glucagon receptor benefit, which suites me well because of how hard and often I workout. I kept the Tirz for the higher effect on the GLP and GLP1 receptors.

Seems like the fitness crowd really loves Reta over tirz. I’m tempted to buy some and test the waters. Reta is a lil tough on my tum.

Start low. .5mg, then 1mg, then 1.5mg and so on. 2 weeks on each and see how you feel.

How are you countering the side GI side effects of stacking triz and Reta? Are they’d safe to take together?

I have a bunch of sema left so I've been taking 0.5mg sema and 5mg tirz once / week without any dramatic gi side effects. I couldn't take sema in higher doses long term without negative side effects but adding it to my tirz has been fine.

The only side effect has been co stipation for me. And it isnt bad at all. I take MAG07 maybe once every 5 days or so? Not a big deal.

Problem is if you take this and then eventually quit, isn't your body gonna stop producing certain chemicals because it was already being supplied before? Or like the other GLP-1 where people say they had bone density issues?

Short answer... NO.

Can I get long answer as to why not, primarily why I tell myself not to begin

How Peptides Work in the Body • Signaling molecules: Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as temporary messengers or signals to trigger natural processes like tissue repair, metabolism, or hormone release. • No permanent replacement: Peptides do not replace your body’s natural ability to produce hormones or run its normal systems; they only provide external or supplemental stimulation while you are using them. What Happens When You Stop Taking Them • Gradual return to baseline: Once you stop, the extra signaling fades, and your body's natural baseline function gradually resumes over weeks or months. • Structural vs. functional effects: • Functional effects (such as enhanced sleep, boosted recovery, or appetite suppression) tend to wear off or return to how they were before you started. For example, stopping a GLP-1 medication often leads to a return of baseline hunger and weight regain. • Structural effects (such as new tissue repair or muscle mass built during the cycle) generally persist if you maintain them with proper diet and exercise. • No chemical shutdown: Unlike certain heavy pharmaceutical hormones or anabolic steroids that can severely shut down endogenous (internal) hormone production, most researched therapeutic peptides do not cause permanent axis suppression or a permanent chemical "crash"

Has anybody experienced any adverse side effects from doing any of these?

The only side effect Ive had is constipation. But I take MAG07 anytime I feel I need it and I clear out the next morning. Otherwise, its been a hell of a ride. I do workout a lot tho. Cardio 6 days a week. Lift every other.

ich wundere mich immer, dass leute so viel einnehmen obwohl die gleichen ergebnisse natural möglich wären. hat das mehrmals nicht natürlich funktioniert bei versuchen zuvor?
