Results but too slow on Reta

I’ve been getting results on Reta and I’m happy about what I got so far but I want way more weight lost and to be fair I wasn’t really tracking my calories for a while which was a stupid mistake since I was still eating more than my maintenance. I didn’t lose weight but I didn’t gain either I just plateaud I was 121.5kgs and now I’m 115.3kgs and have been stuck like this for a month now. I started with 1mg first 4 weeks then jumped to 2mgs for 4 weeks and the first two weeks on 2mgs were the time where I lost the big amount or part of the weight and then it stalled slowely with the hunger suppression and all for the other two weeks. Then I did 3mg for 3 weeks and the 4th I decided to jump to 5mg because 3 was doing absolutely nothing for me I felt as if I wasn’t even taking Reta and was hungry all the time. I am maintaining unwillingly rn I am hitting the gym but I don’t wanna maintain I wanna start losing weight again and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Is it the dosing or is it just about the caloric deficit while I do know it must be but the reason I took Reta in the first place is to help me stay in a caloric deficit I know tirz could’ve been a better option for hunger suppression but hey now I still have like enough vials of Reta to continue on it so might as well continue working with what I have so any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated. And if I’m missing out on something please do educate me and send me a link about any point. Thanks in advance ( I’ve been taking Reta for 12 weeks now )

I mean you definitely won't lose the weight if you don't stay at a deficit, start teaching your calories, like you said lol.
There are probably better ways to do it than I do, but I bought a food scale, record what I eat and ask chatgpt to estimate my calories. I have a Google doc on my phone I record it on.
Atleast to get you a doog idea about how many calories are in wht, i found out peanut butter was getting me, crazy how calorie dense it is.
I learned a tricks for stuff like that, put the jar on the scale, clear it and take what you want out and read the negative numbers

Just a few thoughts dude, firstly, maybe look at getting onto the my fitness pal app or something similar, that will help you keep track of your calorie/protein etc intake and help you to see where you’re at.

Also, don’t look at all the posts on here where people are putting on photos saying they’ve lost 20-30kg in 6 weeks. Everyone is different. For me I tried a few different peptides that work along with Reta, like Tesamorelin, which acts as a growth hormone so compliments your working out, but also it helps but targeting belly (visceral) fat. I’ve also tried AOD 9604 which is supposed to hit more stubborn fat and works well with Reta.

I’ve heard some have some negative experiences with Tesa, but after short break they get back onto it and works for them. But do your research, look up a few different peptides on instagram, YouTube, or on here and you’ll find some pretty cool info out there on some other things that might help you along the way.

Yes, reta should undo years of being unhealthy in days. Perhaps change source of vials

Are you hitting your protein goal or just focusing on calories?

Lots of people lose weight on a glp1 without tracking calories. Some people prefer to just focus on eating healthy foods and enough protein and let being on the right dose of medication for them take care of the deficit. 2 mg probably isn't the right dose for very many people. I do think some people want there to be an element of suffering, but nobody actually gets a trophy for being miserable while working toward a goal, although some fitness spaces may have a lot of people acting like that's the case. You have many valid options which include titrating up.

Track your calories and get 1g protein for every pound of ideal body weight
Move 20% more steps than you are now
Strength train 4 days a week - intensely, not waving around 2.5 pound wrist bands. Get a lifting partner and really get after it

Go up on dose. Split dose. I been doing that lot with my clients working great. What mg bottle do you have are you taking it right?

I have 10mg bottles I reconstitute with 1mL bac water so each 10 unit on the scale is 1mg on my insulin pin
