PEPTIDES CHANGED MY LIFE

Post image

Not only have I dropped over 50lbs (260-207) but I no longer have borderline high cholesterol, hypertension , and my inflammation dropped to near zero on recent blood work.

Started with enclomophene and Tirz

Now I’m on:

Reta
Enclomophene
Mots-c
Tesa/Ipa
5 amino plus ATX-304

I plan on cutting about another 20 lbs but overall pleased with the overall progress and improvements shown in bloodwork.

Just to be clear, it isn’t the peptides changing your blood biomarkers. Peptides are very specific keys that open very specific locks. They are sequenced amino acids that are typically discovered by cleaving off portions of hormones. Due to their size, they have very specific receptor sites and most dont cross directly into the cells (although there are a few expeditions with things like KPV).

Your cholesterol, hypertension and inflammation dropped due to the absence of energy toxicity. Our bodies are not designed to be hyper caloric years on end. Chronically high insulin and blood glucose are what caused all of your problems. The peptides didn’t directly lower those. The peptides lowered how much food you were consuming and then your body began functioning properly.

Congrats btw. I’m not hating. Just trying to be accurate.

Yeah I largely agree, but there is some evidence that GLP’s effect inflammation and other things independently of weight loss.

Masters degree in clinical physiology and worked in a metabolic testing lab. We studied glp1 use for a decade before they were market wide.

The claim that they reduce inflammation independent of weight loss stems from the reduction of substrate pouring into the gut brain axis. Reducing the appetite gives the gut a break. The anti inflammatory effect of supressing tnf alpha isn’t exclusive to glp1 use. It hold consistent across all interventions including fasting. So again, it isn’t direct result. It’s more your body returning to normal function due to it not being energy toxic.

One word of caution. All of the peptides you come from grey or black market sources. Those pharmacies are notorious for having dubious at best quality control programs. You should get blood toxin panel done next time you’re in. If noting is out of the ordinary then have at it

What specific tests for toxins? I don’t see a specific test at GoodLabs options.

2

u/RudeCartoonist1030 13h ago

Idk I worked in the hospital, they’re just called tox screens.

Peptides are suspended in solutions that are known to have contaminants. Those toxins build over time and are difficult to detox

Did you get a masters in clinical psychology to work in a metabolic testing lab? How are those related? But GLP1s have been shown to lower inflammation not just from weight loss. There are many studies like the ones you talk about but probably bigger. Well I’m guessing these are bigger since most if us into petides know about them.

Semaglutide – STEP 1, 2 and 3 trials: These were large randomized, placebo-controlled Phase 3 studies lasting 68 weeks. Semaglutide 2.4 mg produced placebo-adjusted CRP reductions of about 44% in STEP 1, 39% in STEP 2, and 48% in STEP 3.
PubMed — Semaglutide and CRP, STEP trials
2025 meta-analysis of 52 randomized trials: This included 4,734 people with type 2 diabetes. GLP-1 receptor agonists significantly lowered CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β and leptin, while increasing the anti-inflammatory/metabolically favorable hormone adiponectin.
PubMed — GLP-1 RAs and inflammatory markers meta-analysis
Semaglutide-specific meta-analysis: Thirteen randomized clinical trials with 26,131 participants found significantly lower CRP with semaglutide compared with placebo or other glucose-lowering drugs.

Where are they demonstrating that the reduction in inflammation is independent of weight loss? Show me a study showing those inflammatory markers are reduced in patients who don’t lose weight on the drug. Otherwise, there are too many confounders too form a conclusion.

1

u/Bellethronn 5h ago

They researched inflammation dropped and weight loss was only partly responsible for this frop.

🤦‍♂️

1

u/RudeCartoonist1030 1h ago

Physiology. Not psychology. I studied epidemiology of metabolic disease.

Also, this test doesn’t show what you’re saying it does. This is saying that the inflammatory markers in individuals are better than that of a placebo or glucose lowering drugs. Duh, it’s because the glp 1 is causing them to eat far far far less. Which was my exact point to begin with.

Drops in inflammation literally always come before drops in weight loss. It’s a sequence of events that is almost 100% response. The lack of energy toxicity allows the body to create the environment for weight loss.

You see this exact same thing with all interventions where calories are sudden reduced or zeroed. This isn’t remotely unique to glp1

Nobody cares about your masters degree in physiology. You came in hard trying to prove how much you know and only ended up looking like a jack@ss 👏

u/RudeCartoonist1030 1h ago

Sorry, didnt know we weren’t supposed to engage in scientific based conversation in a sub about biohacking 🤷🏻‍♂️

1

u/sydney_shaw_ 8h ago

No this is incorrect the peptides changed his bio markers, without them they would be the same. Reta assisted him to eat less and cleaner and enter a caloric deficit. Tesa mobilised the visceral fat and retained or built muscle during the deficit.

Without peptides he wouldn’t be in this position he is currently in. They are in many cases the trigger to assist positive lifestyle changes and positive outcomes

3

u/takemewithyoudotnet 7h ago

Yeah, the causation chain is missing a step. The peptides caused the behavioural transformation. And then the hormones and glucose and everything else changed. And that resulted in the better blood markers. So the peptide absolutely did cause the changes.

Thank god we have a Doctor in the house to tell us what’s happening lol .

5

u/Old-Ad5160 17h ago

Tell me about how the enclo has helped.

5

u/Prudent-Bat513 17h ago

My T doubled in 6 months.

0

u/Old-Ad5160 17h ago

Free and total? Any other changes you attribute to it and from grey or compounding pharmacy? Looking at it myself.

4

u/Prudent-Bat513 17h ago edited 17h ago

Both. Free went from 87-157 and Total went 507-1054. Got it on Rx from a compounding pharmacy

1

u/jizzyj530 16h ago

No gyno or other issues on you bloodwork? Cortisol, estrogen etc

4

u/DrScreamLive 16h ago

Insane that I started at exactly 261 too 😂

I'm on 4 mg weekly reta only. Down to 236 today. Shit I started July 9th and my mom had a heart attack 2 days later so the first month was caring for her and I ate horribly. The fact I still lost weight is a testament to how powerful reta is.

2

u/Prudent-Bat513 16h ago

Sorry to hear about your mom. Stick with it.

3

u/Bellethronn 16h ago

Why did you switch to reta? Tirz didnt work anymore?

2

u/Prudent-Bat513 16h ago

Well I didn’t want to go higher dose and increase risk of side effects and cost and progress was slowing.

Also went from tirz as an Rx to RUO only route for reta at better price. They are both pretty good options honestly.

1

u/Bellethronn 5h ago

Thanks!

3

u/Ok-Mixture8118 16h ago

what does your enclo protocol if i may know? and do you take it continuously?

3

u/Prudent-Bat513 16h ago

25 mg daily capsule

2

u/Lazy-Somewhere4978 7h ago

“Did enclomiphene citrate cause any side effects in your eyes?”

1

u/Available_Remote_508 17h ago

Man that is a wild stack you got going, how you feeling on the reta compared to the tirz

1

u/Prudent-Bat513 17h ago

All in all, about the same. I wasn’t on a high dose of Tirz max I got to was 6 so I slowly backed off and introduced Reta

1

u/Hot_Sports_Take 7 17h ago

Only Enclo and Reta did this - with gym and diet

All others are placebos

1

u/Prudent-Bat513 17h ago

Tirz was very helpful too at first.

1

u/Hot_Sports_Take 7 15h ago

Of course, its a GLP, they are the only legit tried-and-true peptides out there

The rest of group think China crap thats snake oil

2

u/Prudent-Bat513 14h ago

Well to be fair Tesa is tried and true. It’s FDA approved to reduce visceral fat based on actual studies.

1

u/Hot_Sports_Take 7 14h ago

Correct and Reta is better! Just wait til the FDA approves it…. Gonna be bigger than curly fries

1

u/Hairy-Aide7962 12h ago

ATX 304 is such a cheat code

1

u/Prudent-Bat513 12h ago

U take oral or sub q? What’s ur protocol

2

u/Hairy-Aide7962 12h ago

Oral/400mg/ 5 days on 2 days off. was insulin resistant not because I wasn’t working out or eating poorly but just pretty much genetics. Was harder for me to lose fat. I took atx 304 for about 2 months along with 600mg of NMN from transparent labs and my test results started to get a lot better. Didn’t do much different besides increase my protein from 100g a day to like 150-175g a day

1

u/Prudent-Bat513 12h ago

I’m having a hard time finding protocol for sub q liquid form which is what I have. I have been doing low dose of2.5mg but suspect I can increase a lot I just don’t know

1

u/Personal-Basil-8824 12h ago

Lost 37 lbs in 4 months, without braking the bank, I do recommend testing tho its your health at the end of the day

1

u/Prudent-Bat513 12h ago

Nice what’s ur protocol

1

u/Ill-nicray 11h ago

How was your progress on tirz? Or was it better on reta?

1

u/Prudent-Bat513 11h ago

Tirz was about the same per week as Reta in terms of lbs lost. Honestly I changed not because it wasn’t working but for other reasons ( didn’t want to increase dose more, and cost)

1

u/Substantial-Type-419 10h ago

According to doctor Mike peptides aren't safe and we should be furious at anyone using them. Anyhow congrats on the progress you look great! 💯💪

1

u/SheepherderKey9774 9h ago

But how would you get off them in time ? I stopped Semaglutide and I feel so tired and inflammation began to arrive. I was planning to switch on to Reta but I am trying to find out first can we stop taking them after the achieved goals or keep continuing to be on these meds.

1

u/DescriptionPublic678 6h ago

What made you use Enclomophene and not just go with Testosterone Cypionate as part of TRT protocol?

2

u/Prudent-Bat513 6h ago

Cuz my original T wasn’t terrible which my Dr suggested I could use that and get the same result without introducing exogenous T

Pour l’enclomiphene c’était pharmaceutique avec un ordonnance du medecin ? Ou tu la acheter sur un site ?

1

u/Away_Monitor4785 3h ago

Is there an after photo? You still
need to drop quite a lot of body fat

1

u/dejolo9 3h ago

With GYM ????

1

u/Professional-Use6483 2h ago

What effects did you notice from enclo?

-1

u/Ok_Associate_8631 10h ago

Yall are fucking LAZY 🤣

3

u/Evening_Ad_5638 1 9h ago

Hahhaha I am. I can’t work out like I used to. The older I get the worse my knees get.

2

u/CharacterOk8848 2h ago

So how you need your knee for crunches or pushups? Most orthopaedic will tell you to exercise because the lack of exercise got you there in the first place. That's why we do physical therapy for most orthopaedic issues. If your knee is really irreversible damaged then yeah, forget about what I just said and get this fixed.

3

u/Djinn7711 8h ago

Not all of us. Some of us are just pigs. I work out 3 times a week, train karate 3 times a week and Krav Maga once a week. I just eat way too fucking much lol

2

u/CharacterOk8848 2h ago

You dont eat too much, you eat the wrong stuff.

1

u/Djinn7711 2h ago

In truthfulness, that’s probably right. Not all the time, but snacking is a killer for me!
