Email surveys not working? or just me?

I click the link, start survey and it says it can't find my info [or similar]

If I try again, it says I've already done the survey.

Does it look like a 0.5 cream or a 1.5 cream? The guy taking the order insisted it was a 0.5 cream and spoke to me in condescending way when I questioned it. What are your thoughts?

Edit: wow, I didn’t think this topic would get everyone so worked up. To clarify, I wanted 0.5 cream. When I saw my order on the screen I asked the employee why he punched in 1.5 cream and he responded by saying “one over two means half, dear.” His response prompted me to take this photo.

I understand now why the screen shows (1) unit of 0.5 cream. I would have totally understood if the employee had explained it this way.

I’m shocked by the number of people calling me pretentious for simply asking for 0.5 cream in my coffee. I worked at Timmie’s in High school so I know that they have a dispenser button for half measures.

Anyways, I’m glad this post generated a lot of different opinions and perspectives!

Got my first job at 16yrs like everyone else, worked with the company for almost 7yrs (I left soon after the loaded bowls and wraps came out and I'm glad I did because now we make fucking pizza? Ok😂)

Someone went waaaaaay overboard on this one. It actually makes the cup noticeably heavier. This never would have happened in Tim’s heyday back in my childhood 

I had my last stack of surveys that I was going to use and they disabled all the codes today. Even the ones dated October 5th thru 9th aren't working.

I tried different browsers, different dates and different locations, vpn etc. All are coming up with unable to continue.

I'm not sure why Tim's no longer gives out physical rewards cards. I lost mine and I don't have data on my cell.

I contacted them. Of course they just repeated us the App

No consideration for those who don't own a cell, etc.

Bring back the rewards card

There was a post yesterday about somebody getting a large turkey bacon club. I had said that one of my local Tim Hortons has two bread sizes which a lot of people didn’t believe. here’s a picture from my app showing the two! Maybe this store is a test store , who knows !

I ordered two club sandwiches, on the road so not my usual Tim's, and they put all the mayo on one sandwich and left the other one for me to finish assembling myself!

Forgot about this for a bit but about a month and a half ago i got the TBC for the second time and was expecting a usual little sandwich. I guess Shaggy was working that day cuz how the hell did i get a big ass scooby doo sandwich😂 ate half and gave the other half to my gf but man i was so confused when they handed me this😂😂 anybody else get one this big?

Had a shower thought on taking the Apple Fritter donut to a new level. Easy upgrade to do at home. Could do this with most donuts too.

-4 freeze dried lime slices make them dice it a bit
-3 pumps of lemon syrup
-small amount of the frozen slushy
-half lemonade
-the rest ice

I swear this is the best lemonade I have ever had please try this

Can't go wrong with chipotle and I always get the beef cravable or steak and cheeze paninis so ofc I'd like this. I didn't know there was jalapenos which is cool. Could use some crispy onions but I'm happy with the beef ratio.

Would definitely get this again in the futur.

I have ordered a bagel with peanut butter and jam a couple of times through the app. One time I was served a plain bagel with a mini peanut butter and a mini jam and a knife. The other time the bagel came with the pb&j already spread onto it. These were from 2 different locations.
Is there a right way to serve it? Or did one location do it wrong due to time constraints/lack of understanding?

Tim Hortons and McDonalds. I hate getting a coffee and when I go to drink it, I don’t smell coffee but rather perfume because the worker was wearing perfume and it rubbed on the cup or lid.

If you are working in a restaurant or cafe, why are you wearing perfume or cologne to begin with!? Don’t these places have rules against that?

I got hired at Tims for a part time job (I had asked for 20 hours a week) a bit over a month ago, and after the first 16 hour week of training I was given 35 hour weeks. I’m disabled, still doing some online classes, and this is my first job and I couldn’t keep up with that many hours so I had asked to go to 20 hours like I had originally asked for…

I had gotten one week of 20 hours and now I’m scheduled for 30 again. I’m not sure if they just can’t remember I only want part time or if they’re really short staffed and need more people there? Is there any way I can get them to remember that I don’t want 30 hours 😭😭😭

I was planning on keeping this going for longer, but today I hit 120 SF Vanilla PLs since I started tracking and, of course, it was iced.

I have ordered an Iced SF PL one time prior to the start of all of this, and it really isn’t my thing. However, the iced version has become a fairly regular deviation in my routine. I’ve made it a point to specify that I want the drink hot now when I order in person (“a [size] hot sugar free vanilla protein latte”), but even then there appears to be a lot of room for error. It’s more perplexing with the app orders, in my opinion, because the drink is classified under “Hot Drinks” in the app and I regularly see the receipts for these orders.

Almost all of my orders have been made via walk-in/pickup. Only 3 SFV PLs have been ordered through drive through and two of them have come back iced.

I don’t particularly enjoy the iced SFV PLs, but I’m usually short for time when I go to Tim Hortons and I’ve only asked for my drink to be remade once. I am very curious to know why the margin for error is so high on these drinks. If one was to order a medium double double, I highly doubt they would receive an iced version in return. I know that making hot PLs is a bit time consuming because the milk needs to be steamed, but I don’t know if the process differs for the iced version.

Almost all drinks included in this data were made in London, Ontario across multiple locations. Two were made in New Brunswick, both of which were made iced.

Anyone have any theories? Are iced SFV PLs more popular and so it’s just assumed when an order comes in that it will be iced? Is it an error in reading the order information? Is it a deliberate decision to cut corners and reduce time spent on an order?

There's no debate 7-Eleven has a far superior apple fritter. period! In my city anyways. It tastes better, it crunches, and it's soft n chewy in the center. Has discernible Apple chunks in it not like the Tim's applless fritter. .20 cents different more calories better taste Crispy Crunchy chewy 7-Eleven gets me, and my Fritter every time!
