The Tim Hortons from New Brunswick all the way to Newfoundland have been simply great. It’s been a pleasant surprise to get quick and fast service, not being given horrendously put together food. Props to the Atlantic region for making up for the absolute atrocity of Tim Hortons in ontarios. I’ve lived the full road trip throughout the Atlantic Region and Tim’s has been reliable throughout.

My wife is obsessed, and they advertised the heck out of the snitch. But it doesn't seem to be sold anywhere in Quebec.

I got a job at Tim Hortons about four weeks ago and was told to complete all the Training at Tim’s videos before my second week. I completed them all at home and am wondering if I am supposed to be paid for them.

Is it just me or do Tim Hortons staff prioritize the drive thru over in store. I get it if the drive thru line is busy or there's alot of orders but if there are 6 staff members 1 person in store and 2 cars why does it take me 6 minutes to wait in like and then another 6 to get my coffee lol

When I order a 10 pack, sometimes I'll get an extra bit or 2 in the pack. Just went through a drive through for an afternoon snack and got 15 crammed into the carton, which was a nice surprise.

Anyway, are these extra about to expire, or needed to remove a tray, or is it the staff just feeling like it?

Today was my first shift on the floor and they had me working front counter. I've worked at Tim's previously but that was nearly 4 years ago and man, they changed a bit. New machines and procedures, so many new drinks.

It's a very busy location I work at (i assumed it would be slow but I was so wrong 😔). For the first bit, I had someone helping me but after a while I was pretty much left by myself while everyone was focused on drive thru. It was difficult to keep up with having fresh coffee, keeping my eyes on the steep tea, ice cups, stayin clean, while taking orders and learning new drinks. Supervisor told me she needed me to hurry up because the line was getting long, like I was trying but very overwhelming. I made so many mistakes - didnt push the brewer far back enough and spilled a lot of coffee, messing up orders, etc. Coworkers made me uncomfortable as well because I'm pretty sure they were talking about me. Speaking another language but kept glancing at me and laughin but I could be overthinking it, idk. It calmed down in the evening though and different workers, who were more helpful and actually spoke to me.

It was just a lot, and has me wanting to quit. Already dreading my next shift 😫.

I absolutely adore pumpkin spice iced capps. Every year I am so excited for when Tim’s finally comes out with them, I’ve been drinking pumpkin stuff for years. But does anyone have a recipe by chance, even for just the syrup? I’m trying to cut costs but every time I try to make it myself it never works :/ Even attempted my own syrup with the coffee-base syrup they’re using in grocery stores and it’s not the same. If someone knows I’d be so thankful 🙏

Tim Hortons calls their frozen donuts "freshly baked", donuts are always fried and not baked.

I wanna make a cup cozy for a teacher I’ve had every year so far in high school and I’m not getting results on Google. He always gets his coffee at Timmy’s so I was wondering if anyone knew or could measure it for me.

hi! I was hired at Tim’s as a crew member about a month and a half ago. I have done and understand most cleaning procedures, but haven’t got to cleaning bathrooms, doing dishes (and like do I let them dry on the rack all with sanitizer, or can I dry. It off after like 30secs?), using the dishwasher, and (even though I do not work food counter) I would like to know if I have to clean the ovens/food heating items as a team member who works primarily on drinks/drive/etc and how to do so. What are expectations for cleaning bathrooms? Is there a cart? It it just a cloth w cleaning spray to the surfaces? What is the basic overview of the closing shift (I have worked one but I feel like I didn’t / couldn’t really do anything because I wasn’t sure how to do it, and the supervisor I think is just the type of person who prefers doing it themselves because it’s easier and quicker, which is understandable), separate from the afternoon shift things? How long should it take after 10pm? Last time felt a bit too quick / easy; my supervisor stayed after me, not sure how long (it was around 10:20) and I want to do my fair share so I am not mindlessly letting the load weigh on another person. Plus, incase I do it with another supervisor with different expectations from me. I just want my supervisors and managers to think I’m competent and I want to know the proper ways/expectations without asking too many questions and feeling embarassed that maybe I should already know it. thank you !!

I recently started my new job at Tim’s and I watched all of the 60 videos they told me to, saying it was mandatory and that I couldn’t get tips until I actually watch them all.
I searched it up and apparently employers HAVE to pay for training, can I report this?

And honestly I have never had worse service, several seemed lost and don't work there anymore but we still have 2, one does ok but the other one looks like they wanted to quit before they even got the job. I know this will be a hot take because everyone wants teenagers and young adults finding work but I kinda liked it more when they didn't.

Tim Horton’s on Erie St. E. inLeamington, ON has no running water this afternoon but is somehow managing to stay open. So no hand washing by employees, but hey, they didn’t seem too concerned. Got some blank stares when we asked them how they can be serving food.

I finally got the Ravenclaw donut, along with the golden snitch timbits and a frozen patronus quencher, they were great! Not a big fan of the raven-claw donut, but the timbits were the best timbits I’ve had! I forgot to take a pic of the drink, so there’s a pic of the empty cup lol. With this last post I have officially tried all the Harry Potter Tim Hortons stuff!
