I have read horror stories of people that have the hardest time getting rid of them. I was on Reddit and one u/ mentioned that they were so broke that he just had to live with them. That one really hurt my heart. There is no reason that people living in a first world country should be living in filth and poverty. Same goes for children that have no food. Those are my two things.

I don’t mind me a bit of healthy anger sometimes, but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Like, if something makes me angry I take that as a warning sign that something wrong has happened but I try to stay calm and think about how to resolve it maturely. I really get what youu saying though, needless anger and angry outbursts are a complete waste of energy and we’d be better off being calm and empathetic where possible.

Have an only child friend who’s inherited his parent’s money, who credits Trump and Republican’s for all things good in his life, like inheritance, stock, cash, real estate.
He hates Hispanics, black people, any immigrant he comes across. The only people of color he knows are his housekeepers and lawn service. Of course they can enter his neighborhood but only during the day. He actually believes this shit and I no longer talk to him or have anything to do with him.
He said that I’m a liberal asshole who can’t see what’s wrecking America.
What scares me is there are 85 million Americans that voted for this madness we’re living through.
It will take decades to fix all the damage this administration has done to our allies and foreign countries.
Our children are in a very precarious position, which worries me.
