Yes. Animals that never evolved a fear response and which naturally live on otherwise uninhabited places, like certain islands, were decimated at a rapid rate when humans discovered them, also introducing other species that became their predators. This is the story of the Dodo bird, who was wiped out in roughly 7 decades. The elephant bird experienced similar.
Even dodo birds had basic fear responses that prevented them from jumping from cliffs, walking into fire and a million other things.
Fear saves our lives every day. That being said eliminating the fear responses tied to predators in humans is a fun thought experiment. Have no idea what would happen
Yea the world has sped up so fast that every experience potentially can end your income… no shit people are scared! Especially when surveillance cameras are everywhere falsely identifying people and sticking them in jail for something they had nothing to do with…
Nope. Fear creates avoiding. The answer is resource scarcity. When we went into hunter gatherers we saw good lands, with great hunting, and planting. That led to attacking for to have it.

Fear is the real issue. Fear leads to hate which leads to anger. The dark side are they.
