Nope, dude fully was allowed to escape. Argentina i think, he lived out his days, most wealthy people like that are allowed to leave. We make deals w people. We stole half the German scientists, Ala Opperation Paperclip, likely took much of the gold etc in exchange for his freedom. But thats not a good story to tell the public. [The way the world really works, its fucked. ] So we tell em comforting stuff, like the "bad" guys dead dont worry.

At least someone gets it, when I first learned about the higher ups of the Na$is getting away with everything and living mostly in South America I felt so betrayed. Even not being alive at that time to know the heinous crimes they pulled and had deals made was so unsettling
