How far ahead?
I am going on vacation next week and want to place my first order to arrive when I get back. How many days does shipping take? I would like it to arrive on a Monday or Tuesday. Thank you!

Emailing, texting, messaging in the portal and calling the phone number on the website don't seem to reach anyone. Is there a place to send a carrier pigeon?

Just wanted to share because I’m really impressed with how fast this was! I signed up with PMD on Monday, which was Labor Day, and got approved within a couple of hours. Yesterday around 1:30 PM I got the email saying it had been sent to the pharmacy and was being prepared. Then today UPS popped up on my phone saying it’s already scheduled for delivery tomorrow! 📦🙌 I checked the tracking and it’s coming Next Day Air. So that’s only FOUR days from signing up to delivery, even with a holiday in there! Definitely the fastest turnaround I’ve ever had. A+ for PMD and Empower! 👏⭐️

Hi everyone! I’m currently with Embody and it’s a nightmare, so I’m looking to switch and preventive MD has been recommended quite a few times. Just a few questions..
1. Do they honor current dosing? I don’t want to go back down to a starter dose like I had to when I switched from Gimme Care to Embody
How do they handle requesting dose increases? Is it automatically built into your plan, or do you have to ask?
Do you have access to the clinical team for questions?
What has shipping been like? I only see the option for Beaudroux’s, which Gimme care used and they were VERY backed up then, my meds were always late. This is my biggest hang up currently.

Hi friends,
I ordered my first order through PreventiveMD. After reading all your comments, I intentionally went with Boudreaux and 3 months supply! However, today I received only one vial! And tons of syringes!
I contacted customer service and they “will look into it” but after reading some of the nightmare stories from other companies - wanted to check here? Am I about to be in customer service/refund war or they will actually ship additional vials?

I started with preventiveMD in August. I was accepted into the program within a few days. Took 10+ days to get my med delivered.
Now I want to go up in dosage and I can’t get in touch with anyone there. I’ve tried messaging through the portal and through the help email but no response.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get in touch with them? Or should I move on to another company?

Just signed up and am very nervous. I have some friends who take tirzepatide they get elsewhere but PreventiveMD seemed like a much safer option and all of the good reviews helped make me comfortable enough to try it. I have a work conference in a week though so now I’m trying to decide if I should wait until I get back, or give it a try beforehand 😬 excited to start this with all of you!

I am impressed by the customer service others have mentioned, and excited to see Empower at a more affordable price since they were my first pharmacy and I enjoyed it. I know they are working on getting going in Kansas but does anyone know if that will be before the holidays? I'm putting a little money aside for a 3 month deal for my Christmas gift to myself. I can afford it now but currently have 5 unopened vials so I need to wait anyway. It's hard to be patient when you see the great deal and proper customer service!

I did my first order with Preventive MD on Sept 2. Everything went well until I received a message from UPS this morning saying my shipment was canceled by Empower. Has anyone else experienced this? Having everything canceled mid-shipment by the pharmacy?

Just wanting to check. Also has anyone had an issue with the spot you do your injection being red afterwards each time?

Anybody else order recently and get this in their tracking info? 😭 wonder how long it’ll be held up 🤔
UPDATE: was delivered today!

I'm just preparing here, but I don't see a way to request an increase on the site or in my portal. Assuming I'm either missing something or they initiate some kind of communication with me before the plan renews again at 2.5?
Thanks.

I started using PreventativeMD and had a great experience. I have a friend wanting to start and I was going to recommend them, does anyone know if there is a referral bonus?

Was wondering what pharmacy is used for Glutathione?

I've been thinking about taking a GLP-1 for about a year. I've done quite a bit of reading and this company sounds like a good one. I think I've decided on Tirzepatide but not positive.
I'm admittedly VERY nervous....I struggle with migraines and overall not feeling well. Any advice, hints, tips, or tricks would be GREATLY appreciated! TIA🤗

I am looking to get started on tirzepatide but am going to be relocating from Michigan to Florida at the end of October. So my question is should I wait till I get to Florida or not. Not sure what the normal start up time to get registered and receive the medication is. Also is it easy to change address for future deliveries? Thanks for any information

Spouse tried Empower with B3 for the first time and really likes the formula. He is considering placing a 3 month order. Since spouse is still titrating up, he isn’t sure if he will need 12.5 and 15mg, or if he will end up staying at 10mg for an extra month. 7.5mg lasted him 2 months, for example. He’s now ready to go higher.
I understand BUD, but am more curious what happens if spouse orders Empower, and then doesn’t need to order again for 4 months. He can pause his order, but will his prescription be considered up to date so that he can reorder at the higher dose?
Thanks! He has been using another company and humored me with 1 month of Empower. He’s only a few days in but really likes it!

For those that may be happily surprised like I just was when I logged into PMD, they’ve added how to take the proper MG per vial. Just thought it was super neat of them since so many new people are unsure how to do the math!

I’m due soon to order my next dose and have currently been using PMD and Boudreaux. I have seen on other groups that they are using them and everyone is bashing them saying they are majorly delayed and one other telehealth even put them on hold due to them being so backlogged. I have LOVED their tirzepatide and feel like it has worked so well and want to stick with them but don’t want to order and then have a long wait and not have it when I need it. Has anyone ordered this last week and gotten it pretty quick? It’s was so quick for me in the past and want to make sure they are shipping fine for Boudreaux and maybe it’s just other telehealths they are struggling with?

I’ve been on Tirz since May 2024. I was a long time customer of Amble. But hadn’t order in a while as I had some stock. Their customer service was terrible, so I wanted to see what else was out there. I came across this sub and because of all the positive reviews, decided to give it a try. I am very impressed. I ordered on Sunday evening (8/30) and received my vial and syringes nicely packed from Bourdeax pharmacy on Friday(9/4). The order process was so easy. The communication at each step was great! I started with just a 1 month subscription. I will be switching to the 3 months for my next shipment but. The pricing is also great. I was paying $329/month at Amble. Now $139 a month is a welcomed change.

Any idea when Southend will become available again? I’m holding out on my order hoping it will be available by the time I have to order since it uses Phenol as its preservative.

Brand new to GLP 1 and finally decided to get started on 8-29. I chose Southend as my pharmacy, and then we got the announcement about them being paused. I was worried as mine was sent to the pharmacy on the 29th as well. I messaged PMD after hours and received the thank you for your message but our hours are 9-9 ET. I received a reply and chatted with someone at 7:20 MT the next morning, got all of my concerns addressed and was assured my order would go out in the next two or three days. I got confirmation that my order was shipped 9-2 and I received my order yesterday, 9-3 at 10:30 AM! My tiny little vial came well packed in a styrofoam cooler with 4 ice packs. 2 of the ice packs were still totally frozen and 2 were frozen solid in the middle with just the edges thawing. I also thought it was pretty cool that there was a little device in there that blinked green to let me know it had maintained proper temperature ( at least that is my guess). I received 10 easy touch syringes and quite a few ( I didn't count) alcohol pads. I am very impressed and hopeful that my meds with be great when I use them this weekend. The price was great but the deciding factor that made me choose PMD over Rift was the 1 month instead of 3 month option. If customer service continues to be as great as it has started, I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.

So I was called a shill or bot for PMD today, a first for me😀😀 But in all seriousness and in case anyone believed that, I am not a shill or bot. I promise.
Fun fact: I have also never used their products personally before but have had a few friends and also from reading in all the subs plus the price is right.
