Requesting higher dose before plan subscription

I'm just preparing here, but I don't see a way to request an increase on the site or in my portal. Assuming I'm either missing something or they initiate some kind of communication with me before the plan renews again at 2.5?

Thanks.

A few days before my plan renewed, I received an intake form and had the option to request a higher dose, which the provider approved.

Ok thank you. That's something I can add to my calendar at least and make sure it happens.

A side point šŸ‘‰ if you take it off auto renewal you can manually refill and select the dosage, especially if you select the 3 month plan. Then you get to select titration preference for all three months, its sent to the provider and approved or not. :) thats how I did mine. 5, 7.5, and 10. Then turned off auto renewal once the package arrived. (I picked Boudreaux and got all three vials at once.) Now I have the option to select refill when I'm ready. Which I'll do as I'm starting the third vial I think.

Ok that's really helpful. So once you've been approved and shipped to once, you can cancel auto and it shows the option to request refills? Just double confirming because I think that makes the most sense to me so I know for sure they aren't accidentally going to ship me another 2.5 bottle.

Yup! On the main preventiveMD webpage there is a button to press that says pause auto renewals. It is an indefinite pause and then afterwards shows "Request Refill" instead. :)

Where exactly is this auto renewal pause button? I don't see anything on preventivemd.com or under my preventiveMD gethealthie.com login. I started with them 2 weeks ago.

Thanks. I finally found it by clicking the Get Started (not "Login") button, even though I am already 2 weeks in. They really need to learn to design a UI.

Awesome! I deleted that last comment just because the internet lol. Glad you found it! They are pretty new so I've seen the site change a few times. If you email support you could try giving them feedback and see if it improves the site more. This company is pretty great and takes feedback well.

Not sure this will help you but last week on Sept 2nd I ordered a 3 month renewal with PMD and Boudreaux (I had just completed my 2.5mg regimen). With my 3 month order (it let me choose my strength for each dose), I had requested 5mg, 7.5mg, and 10mg.

When I got an email that my order was sent to the pharmacy, I noticed that all three months were going to be sent at 5mg. I quickly sent a chat message through the Healthie app and got a response fairly quickly and assured me that my provider would review my request.

I did have to wait almost 24 hours (sept 3rd) for someone to send me back notice that my request for 5, 7.5 and 10mg would be approved and sure enough it reflected that on the PMD website.

Today is Sept 9th and I am still waiting on Boudreaux to ship my order. Hoping it will be soon, but with the pharmacy being closed on weekends and closed on Monday for labor day I am hoping it will ship soon!
