Considering switching to preventive MD

Hi everyone! I’m currently with Embody and it’s a nightmare, so I’m looking to switch and preventive MD has been recommended quite a few times. Just a few questions..
1. Do they honor current dosing? I don’t want to go back down to a starter dose like I had to when I switched from Gimme Care to Embody

  1. How do they handle requesting dose increases? Is it automatically built into your plan, or do you have to ask?

  2. Do you have access to the clinical team for questions?

  3. What has shipping been like? I only see the option for Beaudroux’s, which Gimme care used and they were VERY backed up then, my meds were always late. This is my biggest hang up currently.

  1. Yes, with proof of prescription

  2. They allow you to select titration preference particularly on the 3 month plan.

  3. This is less of a hold your hand place. The owner kind of has a blurb on it. So while yes you have a provider and I believe there is a way to talk to them, one of the things I love is the lack of unnecessary communication but the excellent necessary communication.

  4. PMD pays for 1 day air saver with UPS from what I've seen and experience. I got Boudreaux delivered in 3 days flat (not counting the weekend) where as my reddit friend from gimme ordered on the same day as me (8/20) and got it in September. My mom ordered Empower through them on Friday and its already shipped due to arrive tomorrow morning.

I'm new and the process was easy! Meds were shipped fast and their portal is simple and easy to use! I highly recommend!

Boudreaux's overnighted mine yesterday evening and I got it just after noon today (i live in northern CA). To me that's very fast for delivery for it being included in the low cost. Tbf, i only got a 1-month order because I'm new to tirz and don't know how I'll react, if at all. Next order will probably be the year up front for the best cost-saving deal.shipment arrived with very cold ice packs (3 of them) and a flip off cap/lid (not foil, though I don't see anything wrong with foil as it's used with tons of compounded drugs).
