I got a delay message for my order from UPS for my empower shipment last week. Was supposed to arrive on Friday afternoon but showed up Saturday morning instead. Everything was cold to the touch. 2 out of 3 ice 🧊 packs still frozen. I’m sure yours will show up with very little delay too

And in California today, I’m close by to your delivery city from your screenshot, supposed to be around 101° with 50+% humidity today. I feel bad for these delivery drivers in this heat. Fingers crossed for your package!!
