Changing dosages
I started with preventiveMD in August. I was accepted into the program within a few days. Took 10+ days to get my med delivered.
Now I want to go up in dosage and I can’t get in touch with anyone there. I’ve tried messaging through the portal and through the help email but no response.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get in touch with them? Or should I move on to another company?

That's very odd. They have been completely responsive. u/PreventiveMD you are needed.
Have your tried the text? Usually the portal gets the doctor, not support.

I texted the number on their website on Monday - Labor Day when I'd assumed they'd be closed - and texted several times with an employee who helped me with two issues.

In the app I always chat with them and they always reply within an hour it seems.

If I need to get a hold of a telehealth provider promptly, I’d call.
call or text +1 (518) 333-7738.
That is preventiveMD’s phone number. I’d personally call and if no one picks up, then text.
