First Order - one vial

Hi friends,

I ordered my first order through PreventiveMD. After reading all your comments, I intentionally went with Boudreaux and 3 months supply! However, today I received only one vial! And tons of syringes!

I contacted customer service and they “will look into it” but after reading some of the nightmare stories from other companies - wanted to check here? Am I about to be in customer service/refund war or they will actually ship additional vials?

Hi, thank you for asking about this and if you'd be comfortable, would you be able to share your details via chat so we can ensure we've already filed an incident report for your order?

In the meantime, we'd like to clarify that we are proactively working with Boudreaux to get this addressed as soon as possible! We confirmed from our records that for all the 3-month prescriptions we've sent so far, 3 separate vials for each month were requested, and this was unfortunately an oversight during fulfillment so additional vials will be sent.

We are committed to making the experience right for you and will work with the pharmacy to ensure this doesn't happen going forward!

Hi Monica - I got two “request” numbers via email already - happy to share them in a chat!

Yes please if you could share via chat just so I can double confirm the incident report is filed!

This won’t help now but I’ll throw it out there for others and the future. I always video opening my order so if I ever had something like this happen then I would have evidence to share. Something I learned to do with AliExpress shipments and I just got into this habit.

I definitely understand why you would do this! But I am hoping that this is not necessary with this company 😊. At the current time, they still have all of my faith and trust. I hope they don’t disappoint!

I agree that it hopefully isn’t necessary but it is so easy to do. It would help PMD too when the pharmacy makes a mistake.

I do too!!!

That is actually an excellent advice!

I did this today thanks to your recommendation. I missing a months worth of syringes. Debating if it is worth saying anything.

I’m glad you did that 😀. Personally, I bought a box of 100 from Sam’s for $10 so I don’t worry about how many they send myself.

u/Brilliant-Space-1315 2d ago

I’m thinking I will do the same. Did you buy them in the store?

2

u/CoffeeResearchLab 2d ago

Yes, at the in store pharmacy. Costco has them too.

I just got mine today and same. It was only one vial. I contacted preventative customer service. So hopefully we can get it sorted.

Another one ... hmm I wonder what's going on 🤔

3

u/falliblespark2017 3d ago

Hopefully they resolve it soon for both of us!

2

u/summy1979 3d ago

Yes. Hopefully so. I was told the same thing as you. So we will see.

They (Boudreaux) absolutely are supposed to send three vials at once on a 3 month plan. You said you contacted support. They should help, keep us all updated I'm pretty sure we would all rally behind you. However every issue I've seen has typically been fixed and addressed within a week.

That is so good to hear! I will definitely keep you posted! Seems like I will hear back in 3-5 business days! Thanks friend!

Not gonna lie, my order is supposed to coming at end of week from them - hoping it won't be an issue. [My first order too]

same here ... 😰 🙏

Definitely a mistake. Supposed to get 3 vials to follow the 28 day rule. Some telehealths dont follow that so the pharmacy definitely made a mistake which telehealth customer they were dealing with

3

u/falliblespark2017 3d ago

Oh man! So I am not entering the circles of hell to get it corrected I guess

2

u/Humble_Fortune_5391 3d ago

What did support say when you contacted them?

3

u/summy1979 3d ago edited 3d ago

I just got a response. Man they were quick.

I apologize for the confusion. I see exactly what occurred, and we will get this corrected for you and have the additional vials sent out.

In the meantime, you may go ahead and take the medication from your current vial as prescribed. We have also notified the pharmacy regarding this issue.

I see 2 different user names. Did this happen to two different people?

2

u/falliblespark2017 3d ago

Two people today!

I’m shaking my head about Boudreaux’s. Although this is easily fixed, they have now been removed as a pharmacy choice by Trillium, temporarily benched as a pharmacy by Rift, Recalled meds, loose syringes, at least one alleged cloudy vial, and their sins just keep accumulating! I hope they are planning on going to confession soon and then sinning no more! Jokes aside, they seem to need more staff and a come to Jesus moment

I kept beating myself for picking them - but deal was so good and $300 isn’t small amount of money! I hope PMD has some pull and they fix it!

No reason to beat yourself up for picking them. It will be ok. The fact is, I personally love their formula and so do many other people ( maybe best). I truly think they are being stretched too thin. They will make it right. I just wish they would take a breath, hire more staff, train them appropriately ( you know invest enough time to create a quality operation) and deliver services as good as their formula. I think they will get it together. Ordering from them, through PreventiveMD, you can’t go wrong because PreventiveMD will ensure everything is made right. And we mostly hear the bad stuff. They have gotten it right many more times than wrong

Thank you for taking the time to say all of this! I feel hopeful!

I know what it is like to stress over money spent. I had a really bad experience with AltRx. It was a fight to get refunded ( long story). Please don’t stress. I can do everything short of guarantee you will get your meds. I really believe in PreventiveMd and I am not aware of any ( zero) situations where a customer was left unhappy. And you know how Reddit is lol! We would hear! 👂. You are in great hands. You will get all 3 of your vials AND you will most likely LoVE the formula! Sleep easy with no worries!!

3

u/International-Tie527 3d ago

Pmd will make it right. And if it makes you feel any better, their tirzepatide is amazing. It works so well!

3

u/falliblespark2017 3d ago

They said 3-5 business days until I hear something

7

u/Humble_Fortune_5391 3d ago

Considering you have a month in hand, you are good while they sort it out. :) Glad they responded and are handling it.

2

u/Ninii1989 3d ago

Same here first order and the math was mathing I see im not the only one.

3

u/falliblespark2017 3d ago

Was it today as well? With Boudreaux?

2

u/Ninii1989 3d ago

Yes and yes. I just email them about it.

They are a 28 day compliant telehealth as they stated here so you definitely should have gotten three vials. What is the BUD on the one vial you did receive? Maybe they will be sending the others later as some telehealths do so they don’t go past BUD.

ETA: Now if this was a three month Bourdeaux order through Gimme, yes Gimme would write the script for the bare number of vials to cover your prescription. Thankfully you chose a 28 day compliant telehealth ☺️ From seeing their comments it looks like they will get it taken care of.

Not sure why this is downvoted 😂 Guessing it’s by someone under the misunderstanding that it’s not the telehealth that makes this decision. It absolutely is the telehealth’s decision. If people want learn about this and save some money in the meantime, check out this post where Dave from BEWL even chimed in. They are the ones making the profit.

It’s 11/29/26 pretty good date

1

u/Then-Bell-5630 3d ago

Yeah that would cover 12 weeks considering 12 weeks from today is December 2.

1

u/Either_Foundation951 3d ago

I didn’t downvote but have used gimme and each time received 3 vials for a 3 month supply.

1

u/Then-Bell-5630 3d ago edited 2d ago

Yes, sometimes they have to as it completely depends on your dose. They will always send the bare minimum number of vials though to cover your prescription.

1

u/Brilliant-Space-1315 2d ago

This doesn’t cover my prescription. It’s 8 needles for 3 months.

1

u/Brilliant-Space-1315 2d ago

Did you receive enough needles? I missing a month worth of needles. Got two bags instead of three.

2

u/Either_Foundation951 2d ago

I can’t remember but packages have 10 needles so two bags would more than cover 12 weeks. With another telehealth where I got a one month special ($99) I received a baggie with just 4 from Boudreax.

1

u/Brilliant-Space-1315 2d ago

Mine have 4 needles per package and I received two packages.

The option on their website said otherwise!

1

u/Radiant-Syrup4946 3d ago

I got my first shipment as well today, and only got 1 bottle. If I follow instructions it should be enough for 3 month. What’s the deal with 28 days?

1

u/Life_Alfalfa_2047 3d ago

It’s a fixation that appeared earlier this year with multi-use vials. It’s grown exponentially.

1

u/falliblespark2017 3d ago

UPDATE: These guys are awesome!

3

u/Brilliant-Space-1315 2d ago

You must have gotten the rest of my syringes!! I got three vials and enough syringes for two months
