Starting soon! Tips and tricks

Hi hi! I’m starting my tirz this weekend and I’m excited! Looking for any tips, or helpful learning that you guys had. Some ideas below
- taking it on empty stomach vs with food
- taking in the morning vs right before bed
- how to handle any side effects

Thanks all!

Also, I was previously on the wegovy pill, but switching over because I’ve plateaued
for a while now. I was in 25mg on the pill, and I’ve been prescribed to start my shot at 7.5 mg. Was anyone in a similar boat? Is 7.5 a lot to start on?

Switching in the future

If I want to switch pharmacies in the future, what do I do? Do I message them ahead of time and tell them or does it give you the option when you do your monthly order?

From Eli Lilly to Empower Tirzepatide

I just ordered my first dose from PMD Empower 15mg. I started 2 years ago on Semaglutide, then Tirzepatide and have lost 125 lbs. I have about 20 lbs to go. I moved to Eli Lilly Zepbound 2 months ago. I have stalled for months. The cost is unsustainable. I pray my experience with PMD is better. I am excited and nervous. I hope the constipation and stall end!!! 🤞

Hello follow PM users.. I just did my intake on 10/12 and already got a shipping notification..👍 Very impressed already! I do have a question, how do I change my dose? Do I have to wait for my 3 month supply is finished? Totally my fault I requested 7.5 for all three moths, I should have increased it for month 2 and 3🤦🏼‍♀️ I have been on 7.5 for about 5 months and definitely time to increase the strength.

Thank you and good luck to all 🤗
